He did pass comment on the bb I mentioned, take a look.
sorry officemanager, just a little dig. maybe bigmj might turn up to the next AGM!
will not mention it again.
No time is of the essence with any potential buyer. They will want any deal concluded as quickly as possible, especially if it's norilsk, as the understand exactly where the metal prices are going.
The longer it goes on, the less potential future profit they can make.
GLA
RR1889, If you bothered to click on BigMJ you would learn a lot, he is a gent with big pockets, he has amassed his shareholding and warrants over the years and held on for his Big payout, he is not stupid in the slightest, he did his due diligence and surmised that this share had the potential to make him very rich over time, If you take the warrants and work back you will realize that to have amassed that many you must have an even bigger shareholding, it would not surprise me if he should have been included on the bottom of that Directors shareholding list, I wish him well as he played it brilliantly...
understand why NN raised $750 million dont assume it was for us
Investor demand for Norilsk Nickel five-year Eurobonds exceeded $ 2 billion, told RIA Novosti Andrei Soloviev, Head of Debt Capital Markets at VTB Capital, which was one of the organizers of the placement. The company on Monday placed Eurobonds in the amount of $ 750 million with a yield of 3.375% per annum. Initially, the issuer oriented investors to a yield of about 3.625% per annum; during the collection of applications, the benchmark was reduced to the final range of 3.3-3.375% per annum. "The volume of the order book at the peak exceeded $ 2 billion, more than 110 applications from investors were submitted within the framework of the transaction. Substantial demand from investors allowed to increase the volume of the transaction from $ 500 million to 750 million, reduce the transaction price parameters three times and place securities from the final yield of 3.375%, "said Soloviev. “Based on the results of the placement, it was possible to achieve the lowest coupon in comparison with the previous issues of the issuer's Eurobonds in dollars,” he added. From October 16 to 18, Nornickel held meetings with investors in Europe (Frankfurt and London) and the USA (New York) on the possible placement of Eurobonds in dollars. The organizers were Citi, JP Morgan, Societe Generale, Gazprombank, ING, Sberbank KIB and VTB Capital.

chimers, read the LION bb , surely you know that as a lth ?.
Well i got it wrong i admit, i said if it was Norislik that it would have been announced yesterday/this morning to coincide with the capital day yesterday - I have take some off the table now as there maybe a longer wait than i thought.
Well another 193k for me this morning on that little drop having sold at a little bit of profit from Koov. Nice. Off to work. Have a good day all.
hay, bigmj, how's TALLY comming along?????
Think I invested back when it was 0.30. Seen this go to 1p once or twice in the past but still held. Glad I did obviously...
Nice buy & nice foresight, pray tell what other shares you have an eye on.
I'd certainly be more interested in your opinions than Rob's lol
...so can you tell us all simply when are you going to stump up the money, tia?
Yes I bought shares in the "first equity" placing last year (0.3p with 1 for 1, 0.6p warrants attached)
I gave notice to convert yesterday but have up to 10 days to make payment, shares & RNS wont be issued until funds received by EUA I would have thought
Working with the company from the beginning or having been involved it such a way the benefits the company.
Remember, it was around .05p until very recently, for them people they may have been sat on them for several years with no progress.
It's also incentives for people to stay with an employer, I regularly get RSUs thrown at me, they are a token amount but sometimes good to help you stay a bit longer
You get to know at the time they're offered and buy them.
Just curious. How does someone be so fortunate to be in possession of all those warrants at 0.6.
Clarity appreciated to enable me to further understand this market
That actually wasn't the point stix.
knowing his form he has some serious skin in this game .
Whatever. Apologies for misspelling his handle.
BigMJ and he is definitely not a walter mitty character !
So, bigjm tells us he's exercised his not inconsiderable number of warrants and we get no RNS? Either he's a Walter Mitty character or the company is waiting for the final exercise date (today) to pass before confirming all are exercised. Then we should see the SP move.
