NED, further news flow would be welcome for sure.
James, Ethio, appreciate your thoughts on comparable sales. Let’s hope EUA blows the doors off with an RNS drops.
Wasn't Zak Mir part of the forbidden interview back in December? I wonder what was said? Back in the days of swinging hips and loose lips! Zak has a high share price prediction on his charts doesn't he?
Other information I would like to know is who is the other 20% owner of MT assets, and are they for sale? This is significant as it means the buyer needs to find an extra 20% above the sale price if they want to own MT licenses 100%
It has been said before that the market is unable to accurately value EUA mainly because of these reasons:
- No-one outside of the NDA agreements know the figures in the data room;
- The SP is in the current price band because it is being 'held' - see Captain Tilly's M.A.D theory;
- There have been no updates on production at WK thus far;
- MM's play on sentiment especially in AIM (again refer to M.A.D)
I am pretty sure, IMO, once information comes to market we will see the true value via a re-rate. The BOD will release this as soon as they see fit - have faith in them. We, in the majority, have done our own due-diligence in EUA (which DLA Piper are doing now to close the deal).

Interesting that Stillwater was @ 17%. That makes our market cap pretty much bang on for the 1.9m @ current Pd price. Maybe what’s holding everything up is just how unproven the flanks are and what multiplier to use, need AP to pull their finger out
So moving from the UK micro so UK small msci index is like moving from a virtual aim to a virtual ftse250, nobody indirectly invests in us when they invest in the ftse 250 as it is a virtual index, but people can view all thee individual companies and cherry pick which ones to invest in based on fundimentals?
Could be good for getting the word out!
But will they have missed the boat by the 30th November?
Surely there is no correlation between msci upgrade and thhe FSP? That would be insider trading and illegal...
All bets (shorts) are off from the 30th
Cheers aandi, thanks for the explanation. Makes sense.

See the noise about large rollover trades on this page. LSE is like a minute by minute share graph if you scroll back far enough!
2x 1m buys, and 2x 121k share buys on tuesday the 17th after hours. 20 days after share price dipped from its October highs.
There was another dip on the 2nd November so could we see more roll overs tomorrow (21 days later)?
Punters who are all in already and are utilising broker credit to purchase T20 trades.
It never happened last month or the month before because the share price was rising then falling so people would be closing the T20 and taking the hit innstead of rolling them over. The longer this stays in FSP the more T20's are likely to be opened as people gamble with credit expecting the sale imminently.
***not trading advice!!! I've lost more trading than I have made over the last few years***
Some of my posts should come with health warnings!
Yes CAW1 can't wait for the morning!!

Well Tildo, we could get an WK RNS , **** loads of Rhodium that propels the share price to 69p...... and I’ll take double that, I’m not greedy. The point is some news could drop like turned down offer etc. And sp can relate quickly ...... so why are you stuck on current sp to predict final sale price or accepted offer .....
Twisted, you seen the news, hopefully more ammunition to top up here.

Yes CAW1 Locked and loaded mate.... hoping for an offer tomorrow or Tuesday and then pile it all in here before this starts shooting up again... Gl
Tildo - on that basis, could you please explain the offer price versus SP for the recent example I gave earlier over at Collagen?
Manipulation- Accumulation- incoming Deal
EUA stock has been involved in since the RNS & plenty of manipulation prior to it .
Rums all Round

Take a look at the link below.
This was a company which was also on FSP
The share price was 2.50. When they received an offer, the share price went straight up to 6.50.
Take a look at the chart and see a straight line which is when they received the offer.

COS is no longer on LSE. You can no longer find it under COS.
Very soon, that will be the fate of this BB. It will be removed and into the LSE archive.
NOTE: The value of the share price is all about supply and demand. It has nothing to do with the value of the company.
I read a lot of the posts on COS when they received the offer and posted a message here so others can see it. Some had sold out early and were not pleased with their decision.
EUA had posted the AFC report on their website and twitter. If we go by that, we should expect a min of 60p here. a minimum.

That was my point really, it wasn't a speeding ticket but had a real adverse effect at a time of great momentum?
Seemed to enable us to be held in this recent range.
I'm lth, 2018. Not selling until I'm told, although I believe we are heading for some kind of JV.

The SP is holding up well considering the number of PI's sitting on a fortune and the potential of PI's missing out on rising SP's elsewhere. Additionally, we should not forget the huge amount of data concerning the flanks and other areas we will be applying for exploration licenses. So if the company is worth £3 a share then the analysis of the Flank is huge and this will take time and the more information of what is likely to be proved from the flanks we have the more someone will need to pay. The platinum metals are now rising again alongside the base metals, the vaccine is not far off and government spending/QE is not going to stop any day soon. The resources we have are a huge one way bet. EUA are holding all the aces and I still think this is one huge poker game which someone will not only pay up but will need to come up with such an offer which I actually do think is now increasing daily regardless of the SP it will blow your mind. The graphs still look good an I think the SP will start to move putting even more pressure on the potential suitors . However, if we want £3 a share I think we might have to wait until next year. 2021 is going to be another blinder.

Ethio, you may well be right and I very much hope so.
If you could highlight some of these examples of £800M companies tripling in value on release of a FSP I would be pleased to hear about them.
Please accept the subtext here. I would pass out with joy if my holding quadrupled this week with the much awaited RNS dropping. I just don’t think it will. Hope I wrong.
Good luck all.
Twisted, did you jump in on AA, hopefully first 3 billion + offer coming in tomorrow with another next week here.

"If the market thought a sale is likely, and as many on here are stating, the share price will be £1 plus then I would expect a higher current SP."
Again, wrong. I've seen companies on AIM receive an offer and go up 200%+ in a tick.
You're making some very silly suggestions.
The only thing niggling away is that non speeding ticket that had the effect of one and why the company needed to issue it.
Maybe they were sometime away from a final deal and wanted a stable share price.
James. I do appreciate your point and I accept the sale price will be a % of the companies resources value (aandi suggests $38Bn proven). It a fair way to assess a sale price and draw comparison to other FSP.
My point relates to events so far as an indication of future sale price. The market says value today is £800M. If the market thought a sale is likely, and as many on here are stating, the share price will be £1 plus then I would expect a higher current SP.
What has happened to this BB? ie they will look elsewhere....there is no elsewhere y’ daft
tvvat this is the last unconsolidated alluvial PGM resource in the world!
