@Bergcarls so what do you know that the rest of us don’t Are we talking short term (weeks). I would love to share your confidence. The last RNS sounded like EUA had kicked the can further down the road.
Hi KofC yes I saw your response after I pressed post so defo crossed. I agree hopefully soon, but understand exactly where you're coming from. I too am probably too cynical for my own good, but find devil's advocate a useful thing, at the very least to keep one aware that until the proverbial lady in the plus size dress actually sings, it ain't over.
Have a good weekend!
People guessing and talking ****e.
They know F all.
Just wait
I think it only ends one way, the only questions are when and how much? If deals fall through now the strategy continues until it bears fruit, even if it’s 5 years from now. I think this year looks unlikely now.
'GUN' is a company ticker for Gunsynd plc.
Think old Zak has dumped his load
"Zac Mir - #GUN - dumped"
What does this mean?
What does that mean?
Hi oldspursfan. I think my response to CAW1 probably covered it, we must have been typing at the same time.
I accept 'shortly' has been used and the outcome has been favourable, perhaps I'm just reading into it a bit too much having still got burnt fingers.
I just like to question and query things, especially where AIM companies are concerned. Granted WRN was main listed but still wasn't immune to some dodgy stuff.
I saw the Lyle link and got a bit tetchy tbh, I just don't trust the guy based on Whetstone.
In answer though; getting an outfit, that makes assessments about EUA, which has nothing to do with Lyle would be far enough for me.
Good luck to you.
Zac Mir - #GUN - dumped
I don't know. You trust autocorrect will help you as you type with fat fingers, but apparently "Lilelihhods" is OK?
Likelihoods will vary, to clarify..!
KofC I think EUA have already proven during suspension that their "shortly" is not the same as WRN's, though understand the sentiment if you're still caught up there.
Now I also commented at the time on the use of "shortly" but a) we aren't suspended so any shareholder can trade if they want and b) "shortly" here only applies to operational and resource updates. No reason there to suspect anything underhand is going on strategically.
This proposed sale is only ever going to end in one of two ways: deal or no deal. Lilelihhods may vary, but ultimately everyone knows that, so how far away from Tim Lyle is far enough for you?
CAW1. It's probably something or nothing and it does appear that Lyle resigned from Whetstone a while before Biggar hopefully because he didn't want the ongoing association. However, his firm, as a principal of ACF, is ultimately responsible for its utterings. The ACF report has been held up in quite high esteem on here.
I hold EUA and haven't sold but never been a subscriber to the being a 'believer' or you're against us approach. Bit too long in the tooth for that these days.
All the best and have a good weekend.
Evening KIngofclangers, never been on my radar until your post. Will look into it over the weekend if i get a chance and revert in due course (prefer shortly!)
Have a good weekend

Yes - I think we then waited three and a half "SHORT" months before coming back.
But we did, and with a boom, and I expect we will this time, only a bigger boom:-)
Good point CAW1. BTW, I appreciate your contributions on here and do learn a lot from them.
What are your thoughts on the Zac Mir, ACF and Tim Lyle thing?
Funny that. This BOD used ‘shortly’ in suspension statement
‘The Company's AIM securities remain suspended. Further updates will be made shortly.’
And we know what eventually happened
GLA
Zac Mir works for ACF, ACF is an appointed representative of City and Merchant. City and Merchant's CEO is Tim Lyle who was a director of the now, seemingly, failed Whetstone Capital venture perpetuated by the perennial business failures Allan Biggar and Aidan Earley. I'm ashamed to say I fell for the Worthington carp.
I'm not saying they have not made money, so 'failed' might be something they laugh at over a brandy and Cuban Cigar together however it is pretty reasonable and non-liable to suggest that in certain situations they have made money where others haven't.
My message to the EUA BOD is prove that you're as far away from Tim Lyle as possible or some shareholders might be a bit concerned. Get your fingers out BOD; 'shortly' was a word the Worthington BOD used about coming out of suspension and that never happened. I'm sniffing bullshine.
