RNS out confirming the deal with ericsson hold onto your hats
Confirmed. Boom!
Confirmation of the tie up with Ericcson.I think this is under the radar of a lot of people at the moment so this news will hopefully get us noticed.
Also on the Mastercard website.
There will be confirmation in the morning. It's on Ericssons website so it's not a fake.. All looking very positive going forward, this has bagger written all over it from these levels.
Yes, it's a substantial tie up, that's for sure. All looking good for ESG in the coming days. The potential is huge - even a small slice of the market would send the SP through the roof from the current level.
I'm selfishly hoping no RNS tomorrow. GLA
...with about 40% of the world’s mobile traffic carried through networks delivered by Ericsson... Lovely! Boomage ahoy!
John Conoley, Executive Chairman, eServGlobal, said "The first half outturn is as previously communicated in our recent circular. We confirmed in the recent Trading Update that the Company had begun to recover with significant orders received. I am pleased to report that the recovery in order flow has continued in the first 2 months of H2. Allied to the continued downward pressure on costs we can reiterate our recent statement that we are on track to achieve a small positive EBITDA for full financial year 2016."
Just skimming rns, looks like a 300 million placing/open offer at 4p that was under subscribed by 56million shares may but got away in august may have contributed ever so slightly too the sp too.
The mcap is where it is i suspect because they have been turning bigger and bigger losses. H1 this year the loss was $8m. H1 2015 losses were $6m Recovery play ?
why is the mcap here so low ? given todays news or is it the start of the rerate back to 18-20p ?
