Base price of at least 10p imv
I’m sure Erris a Gold will re-float for at least 5p. In which case, buying today at 8.5p = actually buying Zinnwald shares for 3.5p - or 30% discount to placing
8.5/9P @ NT To Buy.
8p
Zinnwald is a decent asset in a good strategic location. Margins are very tight based on BCN's feasibility study and I've never been entirely impressed by Zinnwald and not surprised BCN have opted to focus on Sonora. The real difficulty Erris will face is getting financing to construct the mine itself. Exploration costs (£10/20m) will be found but hard rock is very expensive to mine and process. It is also in an expensive location for labour and business rates. Financial institutions are hesitant with small lithium companies and favour already producing assets. Things are turning and perhaps in a couple of years when looking for full Capex it will be available.
Yep, Kmcd, keep asking cos all the people on this board are very nice, and we've all been where you are and benefitted from other more knowledgeable posters' comments. We're not allowed to give advice. So DYOR (do your own research) appears on a lot of posts.

Happily though I’m in fairly low on Orm, 0.72ish avg
Phoebus I’m in Orm too haha. Orm had a disaster on its main asset and crashed below cash value which is 1p - you’ll see though v limited if any volume to buy, one day it will sure life but it’s a long wait.
Also owns land valued at £2m, has a gold exploration asset prob worth 500k or so and £1m in tax losses. They are looking for a new asset
Audi

Topper lol
Nt. 20p+ today.
Mate your cool, if you need any assistance , not advice.... let us know.
Fair enough Slift, this is the thing there are a bit of uncertainty when it come to these deals so sometimes it's best to take your profits and wait and see how this pans out.
Cash is king and as long as you made a profit that's what matters cos that's what we are here for. Good luck
18p today alone.
Thanks Jet47!....got to bare with me, to say I am new to it all is an understatement!....however this platform has a lot off people on here willing to give advice!
As Predicted.
UKI, I've noticed one or two Spanish stocks are not doing well at the moment, ORM for example. Government hostility to mining? COVID related?
Kmcd, "what do you mean by to qualify?....will these shares not be given automatically or is there something we must do as shareholders before the 27th date?"
Relax, you are 'in' with all of your current shareholding. Watch out for 'Corporate Documents' on your platform. They will tell you what action to take and give you a date by which to do it. I'm sure there will be lots of discussion on here about it though, so for the moment - breathe.

(I added alot more of EUZ just below current levels)
Phoebus - I agree and it's my biggest loss of the year by a distance, but I think the valuation is compelling vs. everything else on AIM mining esp given they're funded. Only risk is licence renewal though it would be v unusual for that not to happen
Ti's time 15p :)
until rise - back trading happening.
Buys coming back in again now off we go again
EUZ seems very inactive and I've not impressed how news flow has been handled lately.
