That's it then. So long Energiser, let's see what you can do in your new incarnation. Over to the Drumz board we go...

6m buy show on ADVFN likely placed on Friday when we saw that strength and filled today. Sellers are being mugged here, I think there bigger things at play which I’m sure we’ll find out about shortly! Anyway that isn’t punt money £44k and nearly 3% in one hit.
Not showing on LSE atm as prices have been a bit messed up all day

I have come across a share certificate for Billiam PLC, but from what I have read they were renamed Energiser? Were the value of these diluted? If I was to transfer these onto a platform would they accept the old certificate or would I have been issued a certificate with the updated name? Thanks in advance.

Interesting. Let's see what comes.
In today’s RNS the caption
‘In addition a key consultant to the Company, has been granted 1,000,000 options on the same terms.’
Who is this key advisor, why are they key and why haven’t the company named who it is? Very interesting and think we could find out fairly soon.

I stand corrected, now down 16% with a 16% spread.
The price has recovered from the early losses but the spread has widened. 14% is criminal.

New product launch
https://t.co/FVuWCxgild?amp=1
This is what 3i do they buy a company or heavily invest in it. They then bring new management in reorganise the business and then sell it for a profit. So a company for example they once brought for 125m and then 5 years later sold it for £325 million.
Long term investment? Thing that puts me off is where it says in the recent RNS that they will need to place to raise capital for their future investments
Solid stock and long term investment signal this one.
Loaded up last week.
gla
Completley agree. This looks a great opportunity to get in at the ground floor of an extremely high potential stock. Given the current MC, the investment space they are looking to enter and the calibre / track record of the BOD it's an exciting play. Will be looking to add more this week, I hope they open up buying with Halifax as has been suggested so I can get these in the ISA.
Good day all....
I bought into tern under AF at 1.65 p yrs ago before device authority was bought
Made excellent returns
Started buying into engi last week with 600k of shares for starters
Looking for a replication here

Fair bit of selling too. Add in the wide spread and it isn't very attractive.
Someone buying in small chunks

If he gets this to £26MM he can ramp as much he likes for me, from a £1.5 m market cap lol
smacks, I wish all holders good luck, I hope it works out well. We have a difference of opinion regarding Angus Forrest. Were you invested in Tern when he was ousted? He was the ramping type of Aim chairman and as the market cap is now £26MM with additional investment and progress, I suggest the £30MM market cap back then was inflated. Last you hear from me on this subject.
Evidently never been to Scotland
Vista. We are not talking about where TERN has gone since he left. It’s where it started. When he founded TERN as a rto it came to list with a market cap of circa 8m. He brought in Cryptosoft, which merged and became Device Authority. By time he stepped down from Chairman in 2016 it had reached a peak market cap at one point under his watch of nearly 30 million. We’re not saying invest for life and get married to it, but he can certainly bring value in medium term.
faze1, no need to be abusive, I have seen the usual twitter rampers use Forrest's name as reason to buy Engi, my experience and others is not positive. Would hate people to be mislead before the DUMP comes. You might want to try a few spelling lessons too.

Nice TR1 RNS. Buyers moving in now.
Have added further at .55 and under, and now time to sit back and let it play out - if it goes the way I think, genuine 10 bag opportunity from the placing price given time from such a low MC starting point. Angus confident to take a big wedge at .6p average
I've been invested in this for 3 or 4 years (because I'm a shareholder in Inland Homes, the business that the 3 directors of Energiser were running). I'm going to stay in to see what happens but curious to know more about people's thoughts on this and Drumz plc etc etc. Thanks for your kind initial thoughts DJP. :)
Having bought on market straight after the recent change in strategy and placing RNS, I’m really excited for this one.
It’s plays like this that I love, very thinly traded, tiny Market cap, all time lows, roughly 50% of shares held by current directors that are supportive of the changes, incoming CEO Angus Forrest has a decent history, and is confident to take 10%+ of the enlarged shares after GM with 25m £150k worth, some at placing price and some at 1p.
I remember one of he’s last companies IMTK doing me almost 200% when it went from 4p to 12p or so, and this in my opinion will do the same whether it’s before or after the GM.
I’ve took an initial position but will happily add further if it dips back far enough as I think we could see a very decent move coming here
added a few more - this is the same guy who started TERN and that 10 bagged
be interesting to see what the DRUM project is

Park a few quid and forget about it. Could go well imo
This is going to get interesting by next month - new shares issued on 1 July, following which this is back to being a technology investment company, with cash and quoted assets worth the share price. Could be another AAA!
What’s happened here?

back in 2008 they subdivided the shares into 1 share and 199 deferred shares. This was because nominal value applied to the stock was 20p and the stock price was 0.625p -meaning they could only raise capital at 20p or more. By subdividing they reduced the nominal figure to a level that they could raise equity at, that being 0.1p.
They then changed the name to energiser - any holding you had, should now be energiser shares. Whilst the number of shares you hold will be less, the overall exposure should be the same.
see last paragraps of rns -

Hi,
I was invested in Billam Plc many years ago prior to them re-naming to Energiser Investments. I had a relatively small holding but am trying to find out if shares in Billam Plc were transferred to the new company, and if so does anyone know what ratio was used e.g. 10 Billam shares = 1 Energiser share?
Many thanks for any information given.
Check out the RNS in KCR where ENGI has a major stake holding . Great time to load up imo.
movement?

Hi everyone Can anyone cast any light as to why it's risen in recent days? (I bought at 1.75p last year; I've been invested in Inland Homes for 3 years and I like the guys behind Inland, ergo decided to invest in ENGI). Not that you're that interested in why but thought I'd tell you!

Anyone know what is up, 25% drop on no news? Should be getting an update on investment of our cash pile?
RNS: Energiser Investments plc is pleased to confirm that, further to its announcement of 24 October 2017, sale of the 20 residential units at Wellingborough Northamptonshire has legally completed at the agreed price of GBP 2,800,000. Net of associated bank debt this has returned approximately GBP1,500,000 of cash to Energiser. The funds received from the sale will be used to strengthen Energiser's balance sheet in preparation for the next investment.
Why would you want to make a market in a 2m company?
A mere 28% spread. Should not be allowed. Pastard MMs
Must be getting tempting now. Good movement on same volume
