Anyone care to share their targets for this?
Why is this a quality company. It is changing business model so you have no history to make this statement.
.........I think some people are sensing a future where property prices will be taking a sharp turn to the downside, if the Labour government are able to implement what they would like to. I believe we'd have had a decent rise here today if Mrs May hadn't called that snap election and lost her majority. That being said, I voted for Corbyn because I feel this country needs a change desperately whatever the financial repercussions are, so I can hardly complain.
RNS out!!!!
ENGI reminds me of NTA (Northacre) that went from 2p to over £1 in a flash! Now is a good time to load up imo in this top quality company. Do your own research.
At the moment. No activity so the market has lost interest entirely. However, once an acquisition is announced, I think this will gain momentum very quickly. You're currently able to buy right at the very bottom of what I am certain will be a great AIM story. This BOD are no fools. Look at Inland Homes... They and their family members own chunks of these shares at 2p and for a very good reason!
...........we get some news soon. Fingers crossed it's not far away now. Whatever happens you can't really go wrong buying in at these prices now. Good Luck everyone.
........This morning. Hopefully something is on the horizon now.
Update on the leasing property project would be good.
The sale of the final property in Kingswood exchanged contracts this morning with completion for next week. ENGI should have their loan repayment shortly after that... I wonder what they'll do with the money?
Low volume and little news is the cause. I agree this is a cracking price now as there is little to no downside from here IMO save for an unexpected catastrophe. The board has a lot of money invested at this level so they won't want to see it drop much further.
Lack of promised news causing the drop? Looking v v tempting at this price!
...........and a few decent buys popped up yesterday. Looking quite tasty again now. I have a feeling the next month could be quite epic here. The sleeping giant stirs...............

.......... https://www.**********.co.uk/company/ENGI/timeline He mentions a video is due to be released early next week which will no doubt follow the GM on Monday. What I find extremely interesting is the fact that Dominic has a follow-up video booked 3-4 weeks later again, which implies things are going to be racing ahead after the meeting on Monday. I'm really looking forward to seeing this start moving over the next few weeks.
Just 4 days left before the GM, after which the board will be able to forge ahead with their plans.
...........expecting to have a very happy retirement. 1.75m shares now tucked away in his pension fund.

The last house sold now will give energiser c2M cash.
Not clicking on to the plan and story being played out here. The current investments and old plan is clearly not the way forward after dominic was appinted ceo.
The RNS stated.... This sale will repay all partners in the loan investment and deliver a profit to Energiser. So not all £725k is profit. Probably very little will be I'd guess
............£30k trade appears to be a buy. Quite a few popped up all of a sudden. Very interesting indeed.
.............This is looking very nice now.
