Just a follow up as couldn’t be bothered to find it last night! “ We expect to publish our audited annual report and accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 on Monday, 18 March 2024. Prior to this, on Monday, 29 January 2024, we will release a comprehensive Trading Update. This update will highlight a record performance in Q4 2023 and FY 2023, demonstrating that the Group continues to trade at least in line with current market expectations.”
TIG has results out soon I’ve got my eye in buying more at around 118 or less. JD I’m still down even with today’s raise, but happy to hold.
I’m with you on the US markets. There will be another big drop, don’t know when, but it will happen. At that point I’m going to invest into some US funds. I was only looking to day at LEGAL & GENERAL US INDEX CLASS C - ACCUMULATION (GBP) , but the price seems high to buy in right now, maybe I’m wrong but going to hold off and just keep it in mind. End of the week some US data Thursday and Friday, hoping that EMG will have a pull back for that.
Anyway see what tomorrow brings. Today I’ve stated to take a tranche in S4 on the drop (to hold for a while)
Wednesday EQLS takeover deadline and I’m waiting for Kelt TU which should be sometime this week, bought at 56p ish on that drop.
Followed US and bought some more at 225p again
Fifteen years ago i have invested in FTSE 100 now i wish i have invested in US markets ,
Two days now JD is doing ok for me ,but not in TIG yet
Yep looking ok, I’m not in at the moment. US futures up by around .2% ATM.
Very small trade this morning at 225.50p
WOSG and JD recovered and now keep eye on TIG.
TIG (CNIC) I've been trading there since Feb 23 (a year already). I have a core also, as I feel it's well under valued and a bit of a cash machine. The only thing is shares held in treasury, wish they would cancel them FFS. In JD on the drop but bought too early 8.3% down as I type but happy to hold. Summer should see a return in sales IMO. In the end I bought a small tranche in Bango, and I'm up 3% yah !!
I am looking to trade JD and TIG very soon and waiting for EMG to be around 220p again ,you never know lol , have a nice weekend mate.
Oh WOSG, yes may leave it for a couple of trading days and have another go next week.
Doing research on Bango dropped over 40% another fintech company, but at first glance looks like cash is tight, oh well I’ll do some more DD on it.
I’m keeping out today, I’m sure EMG will drop below 222 sometime next week. World markets are so manipulated, US markets drive the ftse so I’m sure of some bad news next week to drive the markets down again. I have a takeover deadline on one share next week (EQLS) probably won’t happen, In a way hope it doesn’t unless at a huge premium. Been there since 2020 with an avg of 35p. Anyway have a good weekend and look forward to some bad news next week!
That didn't worked out ,made nothing
FTSE 100 is on a rally , and i am trading EMG this morning ,and looks like WOSG could recover a little bit.
Same here at 228p and i am going to enjoy a bottle of red tonight
Just sold yesterday trade. 227.5.
Yes I got out with a small loss this morning, but it’s on my watchlist to get back in (maybe). Man doing well, tempting to sell now!
Man group is rallying now , and ABDN looking very good as well.
i used to trade WOSG from 250p to 600p and sold before reached £14 doh, but has been on downer lately ,not trading it today , have seen the trash talk, someone loosing money there ,and most of my holdings are recovering well today.
I’ve just pop in to WOSG, at 400p, but big risk, of dropping more! Oh well in for a penny. At last my Nano shares are getting traction. Been there for years 95,000 shares avg 19p. They are going to pay out a return to shareholders 10-12p (still don’t know if div or some other way) from the settlement with Samsung.
Very happy with EMG and CURY this morning
My trade was below, target 228-230, if it drops before then, I’ll just add to the trade. Also added to my wife’s ISA yesterday (my not tarding account just divs)
17/01/2024 Bought B688******* 217.05 1,151 2,504.20
In at 218p today and see what happens tomorrow .
Very unusual for friday but i will take it, always follow US ,good or bad, lol
