I was in bacanora, something similar happened over there, not happy about this even though I am in profit.
Just confirms they did not have their heart and belief in their projects….a good thing they are going…..but have they just done a ‘dum’ deal and selling out to the first punter who waved soma cash at them…would like to know if the co was more widely offered and to what degree the bunch of jokers on the board actually tried to negotiate the price up????
shareholders should reject the offer, firstly who ever takes the first offer....and secondly wresele is just getting going and will be a little jem in my eyes...carry us to the next big thing....
****ed at board just want easy exit.... crazy to agree when the real value is starting to shine though....
gg
Any ideas how to transition from fossil fuels then without incurring the wrath of 95 percent of the electorate?
Speaking of bs the fossil fuel industry has spent billions in the last couple of decades trying to persuade people that climate change isn't happening despite all the evidence to the contrary
I sold last sept at a lot better price .is ujo next on the shopping list

I wonder what the calorific value of bullsh-t is, the greens are so full of it ,maybe it could be useful as a fuel source.
Green Party is “Economically illiterate” in wanting to import foreign gas, at the expense of higher carbon emissions and UK employment.

1) They have differing resources.
2) What of Rathlin?
Not a goer imo.
Why are EDR, EOG and UJO still independent companies? They need to be merged to reduce expense and maximise profitability. The market will never give any value to the three of them separately.

"The United Kingdom’s oil and gas industry is bracing for another strike, after the British labor union Union announced that more than a thousand offshore workers would begin a 2-day strike starting on Monday."
"The 1,300 offshore workers that are set to walk off the job for 48 hours starting on Monday could disrupt oil and gas production for BP, CNRI, EnQuest, Harbour, Ithaca, Shell, TAQA, and TotalEnergies"

"The UK’s oil and gas sector is set for a steep decline in production and capital expenditure, alongside a sharp uptick in decommissioning costs, according to the latest data from the North Sea industry’s watchdog."
"The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) has calculated that annual crude oil production will more than halve over the current decade, dropping from 49.34m tonnes in 2019 to 24.62m tonnes in 2028, including a six per cent decline this year."

North Sea Oil Production Could Fall By 80% By 2030

Add to that:
Tsunami' of industrial action to hit North Sea oil and gas industry
A 'tsunami' of industrial action is to hit the oil and gas industry as 1350 offshore workers are predicted to bring dozens of platforms to a ‘standstill’ in the biggest offshore stoppage in a generation.
Workers will commence 48-hour strike action to demand a better deal on jobs, pay and conditions on April 26, with companies including BP, Shell and Total assets affected.

The NSTA has recently reported the daily production figures for Wressle in January. It averaged 832.49 bopd (barrels of oil per day) and gas at 84.51 boepd (barrels of oil equivalent per day). Because the NSTA uses a 5,800 cu of gas to one boe conversion factor, this means that the daily gas production averaged 490,158 cu. feet / day, which represents a GOR (gas to oil ratio) of 588.8 cu. ft per barrel of oil.
