Bluerill, you will burst that blood vessel soon, posts at 0230am? Please don't bring my name into your blogs and think you know me, you don't. I still believe that this company has not delivered on any of its promises and your threats of legal action don't scare me or probably John for that matter. It is just amusing watching you get so wound up. I decided not to look at this SP for a while and get on with life. I came back yesterday to see how things have progressed and it hasn't, has it really except to raise more funds? My comment was little sarcastic, and I wont apologise but no full scale production of panels yet, what a shocker! But as TT says, "I am a Wally because all projects are late". But yes, six months late and still no revenue.
I don't know you at all, but I reckon a bunch of people who used to employ you certainly do. Meantime, you were wrong about suspension, wrong about Redfern, and now wrong about 'the delay.' PKF is facing bankruptcy from the barrage of lawsuits coming their way from the number of AIM companies, including ECOB, they severely undermined through their rank incompetence. That's the primary, unavoidable cause of any delay in getting to 'first house' for this Company and the poor share price performance to date. However, any idiot (you're the exception to that rule once again) knows that the more recent releases have projected steady production for Q1 this year and I'm betting they make that deadline. You meanwhile have little choice but to 'get on with life' as your few remaining moles at the Company have likely been sh**canned, making your dopey attempts to try and represent your poisoned inside information as insights, ever more difficult. What a shameless phoney.
Thanks, so the reason they haven't got to first house is because they are taking legal action against their auditors? That does not make any sense to me and we know how well that will go and probably take. Look at the ongoing and rather prolonged legal case with the Kosovo Gov't. Also what releases showing steady production increases? We had one release before Christmas of a single broken wall. Oh Bluerill you should take up stand up comedy. You are hilarious.
Maybe it doesn't make any sense to you because you're too stupid to read and comprehend a few sentence paragraph (hint: whether or not ECOB brings legal action against PKF has absolutely nothing to do with any delays, you complete butt crack). Try again and this time turn off the Teletubbies videos and really try hard to sound out the words of what I last posted. Then, after your nap, have your therapist read this to you at story time: https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/ECOB/factory-update-first-wall-produced/16255498. It's all the way at the end, so you might not make it, but it includes the following:
· Full scale commercial production in Q1 2024 to commence fulfilling orders that are expected to generate up to €114 million in total for the first three years.
Final thought: maybe it would be best if you kept your promise to 'go live your (ahem) life...' You really s*ck at this. And as your contacts within the firm continue to winnow down to a part-time crane operator and some janitorial staff, you're left with just your brief experiences at the Company, the relevance of which is fading very fast.
Look at what you wrote Bluerill.
PKF is facing bankruptcy from the barrage of lawsuits coming their way from the number of AIM companies, including ECOB, they severely undermined through their rank incompetence. That's the primary, unavoidable cause of any delay in getting to 'first house' for this Company and the poor share price performance to date.
Your posts contradict one another all the time. At least I have been consistent and ultimately right in what I have posted. But you must be really stressed because I am assuming that you have a lot of money in this venture and nearly a year on from IPO, they have generated no revenue. I feel sorry for you.
Never mind dopey speculation meant to try and insult me like some 6 year old. You were wrong about the reasons for the suspension, wrong about Redfern and wrong about any delays to date. Again: it was PKF's incompetence that caused the need for the Company to go back into suspension - which you constantly denied and chose instead to try and smear company management, and STILL cannot seem to understand and/or acknowledge - and it was PKF's possible criminal behaviour that required ECOB and scores of other small, public companies across the economy to suffer for months being unable to file accounts. It was THAT malfeasance by PKF that set back ECOB's progress (and of course its share price when it finally came out of suspension) more than anything, you titanic thicko, but the Company have rebounded well and are now projecting the end of this month for full scale commercial production, which is a minor miracle given PKF's malign influence. The market and the share price may not recognise that yet, which is sadly typical in this AIM market, but that doesn't make it any less likely and management's efforts any less impressive. There's no shame in your having been fired, Nobby, although every time you open your gob, as it were, you further demonstrate why.
Other than the brief time you spent with ECOB before being fired, have you ever worked for a public company forced to suspend its shares, particularly one that has just completed a long suspension spent closing a complicated RTO, Nobs? Of course it's going to cause serious issues that inevitably disadvantage the company and yes, potentially cause severe delays in meeting business deadlines. Company executives can work overtime to try and explain to suppliers, customers and even investors that it is entirely down to the auditor's incompetence, but many will still worry about the Company's health and some will inevitably slow walk their business with the Company and thus, cause delays. I never said it was the only reason that ECOB may be a few months behind their earliest timeline, but PKF's outrageous dereliction of their commitment to ECOB was by far the biggest. Now you get it?
Bluerill the way you bang on it is clear that you work for them. I hope they pay you well or anything for that matter? I don't see how a prolonged audit of the business affects the operations of a business getting to full scale production and then first house which on multiple occasions was broadcasted to shareholders for Q3 last year. Six months later still not full production and revenue generating. Not looking good. You slate John for his comments against ECOB management, I am sure PKF would be interested in your comments, in fact I know a few of their partners and you for that matter, expect them to come knocking soon.
Nice try, nobs. Very trumpian-level projection. By your comments, it's clear you were fired by the Company while you can relay for me to your 'friend' at PKF that he and his fellow 'partners' fear of the equivalent of an American class-action lawsuit is very well founded. God, what a transparent phoney you are.
Blah blah, all noise Bluerill with very little substance. Cannot wait to see the annual report for this company and see how the management spins their lack of success against the objectives originally set. The financial figures don't lie and I would expect a large loss but then that is nothing new from the Fox days.
I'm 'blah blahing', you titanic hypocrite?!? You combine irrelevant, often outright wrong history lessons and then totally ignore comprehensive takedowns complete with receipts of your nonsense, and then move onto the next empty attempt to malign the company, hoping no one notices your methods or intentions. Now it's the coming financial reporting that's going to make you look less the disgruntled ex-employee you are and more some kind of, what, noble purveyor of truth to the ignorant masses? The coming financial reports will cover a period when the Company was severely impacted by the negligence of its auditor and forced for months to have its shares suspended, and thus will reach full scale production and then start to ship into its E114m order book in Q2 2024: of course the numbers covering an earlier period are going to be poor, you muppet. As poor as they are meaningless, however. Do you honestly think anyone, anywhere (except you of course) expects anything different and therefore isn't completely focused on what management say about the business GOING FORWARD and couldn't give a monkeys what the legacy numbers show as a result?!? You must really think that readers here are as dopey, malicious and corruptly selective in their thinking as you are? 'The financial figures don't lie'??? Perhaps not, but you surely do.....
Thanks also Bluerill for posting this link in Zenova

Eco shareholders will recognise the word Eco and also the logo on Gabrielle's Gillet. Wouldn't surprise me if an announcement is not made soon. Thanks Bluerill, I am sure your masters will not thank you on Monday for sharing that tit bit ahead of an announcement. Have a great weekend Bluerill, I am.
And for what its worth, nobs, I can happily go all day kicking your bitter, misinforming butt from one side of this board to the other all day long, but for the health of what remains of your pride, I strongly suggest you remember your dopey pledge to quietly return to your imaginary 'life' and a time when you arrogantly believed there was no one here to expose you, and you could still make meaningless, patronising statements like that without any fear of being embarrassed. Oooops. [final note: since I know just how brittle your ego is, I also am quite aware that me inviting you to keep your pledge to disappear for another few months will have exactly the opposite effect. It's what I'm counting on].
Its already publc, you idiot
I am off, I am glad I don't have your unenviable role of being Eco Buildings Head of IR but before I go, personally I think you should be thanking PKF, after all if they hadn't been the reason for suspension, this SP would have catered a lot further and quicker.
And for Bluerills friends and daily, rhe acronym you need to remember is FAST
Yeah, you're off alright. You stink a mile away. bye-eeeeee
Crikey. Just had a quick look in here for the first time since early March and WW3 seems to have broken out.
You 2 have had a fine old chat, shall we say a frank exchange of views. I normally get upset and challenge point by point when I feel insulted but my investment here is almost certainly miniscule compared to Bluerills so I won't.
Bluerill, this is a scam. For scam you can read deliberate mismanagement by competent individuals for their own personal gain to the detriment of others, or the running of a publicly quoted company by well meaning but ultimately incompetent numpties who couldn't run a corner shop. That is an opinion based on considerable experience with AIM companies, and this one has total loss to current equity holders writ large all over it. In my opinion you are going to live a world of pain for however long it takes, looking for an RNS every single morning of your life from Monday of Friday at 7am until the inevitable happens . I genuinely hope you aren't in too deeply, and I also hope you think twice before investing/ gambling more funds, but at the day that is your choice.
I bid you farewell, I would prefer it if you filter me if I'm honest although I doubt I will post again.
And I'm still trying to work out what sh**canned is!

People are taking their money and putting it elsewhere- myself included.
When you look at Cap-xx, HE1, Superdry and others that have done massive rises, one has to ask oneself just what is the point in keeping money tied here when communications from ECOB are so poor, to the point of being dead.
my money would be out if it was t so far in the red absolute crap company been dead for months with no comms,i honestly can’t believe that some people are even happy to promote this **** stock
Cap-xx, helium 1 ?!? are you high? he1 didn't have its 'massive rise' until it almost literally went to 0, and its already made a fool of many of the punters that chased it as its fallen 50% in just a few days. And cpx is an even worse example. Are you suggesting you would have waited precisely until Friday to buy it in order to have made the 50% bounce that occurred today? Ecob is a real business with real orders that will satisfy your need for a material update soon enough I'm sure. And when it recovers, it will continue to do so because the product is so sorely needed and the demand is almost unlimited. Promotional enough joe?
No , there is no proof that the current contract is being fulfilled and is going to be profitable and certainly no proof that they can handle other contracts on top, just because there is demand for a product does not mean that your going to make it, they have already had to beg to existing share holders and issue another 6mil share exercisable over a 3 year period so my confidence remains low until they prove otherwise and I want it to succeed because I want my investment back but so far I am not convinced yet
What do you think the dough was for except to be able to deliver on future orders as well? and 'proof'? Investors don't get 'proof' of the business claims like confirmed contracts of any company anywhere and have to rely on the oversight of regulated advisors and public regulators and the threat of severe punishments if the claims provided in regulated public statements such as in RNSs and/or admission documents are shown to be false, in order to make their investment decisions. Of all the public companies in the world, somehow you're demanding that ECOB be held to a higher standard of evidence.....? Didn't think so. The contracts are signed, in place and active and I'm confident the steady improvement in the Company's output will result in updates soon on early deliveries into those contracts as well as progress in other markets.
Anyway, there's enough fighting on these message boards already, joe. Even though I/we probably won't be able to keep to remain this way, for now, let me try to walk back some of my hostility: I get you didn't mean 'proof' in the courtroom sense of the word. Rather, I think you meant that the Company hasn't 'demonstrated' that those contracts in Albania and Kosovo are 'active' as there hasn't been any announcements yet of panel deliveries into them. Fair point, and fwiw I'm just as impatient for that as you are, probably more so. But understand as well, that if the Company for any reason was no longer in a position to deliver soon into those contracts for any reason - from a breakdown in the production facilities to the cancellation of one or both of the 2 confirmed, signed 3-year contracts which represent the potential for E110m to the Company over that period - that would have had to be announced by now. Our default position as (frustrated) shareholders must necessarily remain that the Company's most recently announced timeline for 'first home' delivery will be around this quarter end. Let's go.....
