FYI
Anyone interested, Lloyd’s are offering a 10 year fixed mortgage at 1.66% …. 40% minimum deposit 1k set up fee…
We are entering a transfer of wealth, form lender to the debtor…. You debt is inflated away (IF FIXED) ..
1.66% interest rate in an inflationary environment, wow….we are told uk inflation is 5.4% but in reality it’s close to 15% ….
All in my own opinion dyor
So troajan
What is one to do to weather the coming storm?

OB

it was also bad in the late 60's,early 70's,under harold....not forgetting enoch.
when the unions and theyre wage rises, ruled the waves
My butt is very sore, my pockets are empty, yet I can see a small glimmer of hope at the end of a long tunnel…
I very wise Scotsman once said to me, fook me once shame on me, fook me twice shame on you…
Does anyone have anything positive to share?
Personally I am expecting some positive news here soon as we were “interfered with” for a reason imho
I thought Richard Turpin died long ago, seems he is still alive and well…
OB
All buys today so far….
Having been done good and proper, we now move on and hopefully upwards?
OB
Ob. Your last post tickled me.
Warmest of regards.
Woodstock
I have 4 children and a 7 year old grandson, all the kids are living their own lives now, just me and the mrs at home… I feel old :)
I am probably in a similar position to a man in his mid 60s, more years behind than ahead, I’m quite happy being old baldy…
Getting old is a privilege that many don’t get..
I’m working on retiring to Greece ASAP…

Ob. I hate that call yourself old baldy.
I believe you and Bradley are from the same generation which means we saw the days of 17% interest rates. I certainly was very poor in the late 80s early 90s. We certainly had an education in the value of money.
Hi Woodstock
Yes I have been there for 10years….
From time to time I line out shipping containers, we were paying £1.85 (pre covid) per Cls stud we are now paying £4.60…
What does one do for the best?
OB
Hello Ob. Sorry for belated reply. You being a craftsman will definitely have seen Atleast 15% increase in materials. In my trade I am seeing similar increases if not more.
We think we got it bad with this stock, look at Odx today.
I didn't realise you were on Val.
Warm regards to you, Bradley, Northern and Draft
Evening Woodstock
Inflation creates a transfer of wealth form lender to the debtor…. Providing the debtor FIXES their interest rate lower than the rate of inflation…
Inflation in the uk is supposed to be 5.4% (the last time I looked) however in truth at around 15%…
One should make sure one fixes ones repayment term, for as long as possible and as cheap as possible and repay what one owes before the loan term is up…
Fix low - fix low - fix low - fix low…. We are headed for a 5#1t storm, IMO
Just managed to get my son to remortgage his house on a cheap 5year fixed rate, staying on the variable could have been financial suicide IMO….
Hopefully his debt will be eroded away, just like out governments…
I call ‘inflation’ a stealth tax…
Play them at their own game, I say ;)
All in my own opinion, dyor….
OB
I believe the Russia Ukrainian situation is a storm in a teacup. High inflation and the inevitable increase in interest rates will be a problem. Anyone whom hasn't lived within their means should be very worried. Unfortunately it appears quite a lot of people have not followed the simple rule of living within means. In short anyone with a big mortgage, cars on lease and unsecured debt will not know what hits them in next 12/ 18 months.
Ob. Great post. No doubt the nurses enjoyed you and your colleagues presence.
How’s about all the private investors sell up at 2p, drag the SP down to 1p, re-invest and double up at 1p or less and then we are in the same boat as RG?
Thefoocare
“Deepmatter” represents less than 1 % of my life I suppose…..(as in, importance ) …..
One of the nurses today was an “angel” to my mate and i, she actually offered us to share her lunch with us….. we as gentlemen declined, but what a lovely gesture…
We are all surrounded buy “unassuming angels”…. Yet often rub shoulders (so to speak) with undesirables :(
I am a very rich man, but I’m not referring to money;)
Take care chap
OB
I'm sure we all wondered what RG knew that we didn't before he was selling down as he was. None of us could have foreseen such a blatant scam as we have witnessed here.
Well, the shafting of shareholders here may make the one's doing the shafting feel like big men but for my money oldbaldy being surrounded by lovely young nurses at work suggests that he has achieved more in life than they ever will in their pathetic wealth at all costs existence.
2p. Roughly 75million MC haaaaaaaaaaa ouch
Hi Bradley
Positive?
Well tomorrow I will be surrounded buy lots of lovely young nurses at work… plus as it’s Friday so my mate and I will probably go fo a nice fry up….
Now I do believe I will have a positive day tomorrow;)
Oh we had over double buys to sells today, that’s also fairly positive:)
Take care
OB
If RG managed to achieve a 5 bagger, I will then breakeven. Go for it RG!
We've all been legally scammed and all we can do is maybe average down if we're lucky and be extremely patient.
Has anybody got anything positive to say.
Now that investors have been pretty well shafted. I remember a degree of blackmail that a potential deal with Standigm Inc was dependant on the placing.
I wonder how long it will take to get any update.
Well NB I hope it does fall to around 0.01 so you can join us again. If it does I've decided I'm gonna buy a few hundred quids worth too. I'd be a fool not to.
Hello Bradley, Ob. I am inclined to agree with Northerns last post. Another thing to be mindful of, is that we are in pump and dump territory. Can't blame the bottom feeders for trying to make a few quid, but not keen on the ramping posts. No offence.
