Good update. The only stock in my PF that I'm pleased with at the minute. Hopefully we may see some assets purchased using the oaktree agreement in the future. To add to growth.

Gas goes above $3. Divi chasers will buying soon. SP will surely go above 110 in the next couple of weeks.
Can Gas go above $3 and stay there?

Nice article. Reading the comments, it looks like some people still fail to get the business model. People are desperate to find fault.
A very good write up on DGOC :

First Berlin research note on DGOC just released.

The good news just keep coming. If investments were made on logic and common sense, the SP would be double what it is today.
Another director purchase.

Surprised this only moved us up 5% today, the main thing I saw that was going to slow growth was being able to fund larger deals, this makes them more manageable, gives DGOC approx 60% of the profit once up and running for only 50% of the cost and allows them to get control of assets that would otherwise have been out of their league, plus the huge endorsement of their management and model that another company is willing to trust them with up to a $1billion investment! What's not to like? Just wish I'd backed the truck up when they dropped into the 60p area, if only it had happened a month later when the new ISA allowance was available I would have. Feel much happier about holding what I do have now though, think the market is slow to catch on how good this news is for the growth prospects here now and the ever swelling dividend outlook.

I like the new today. Significant growth ahead through acquisition of distressed assets and then the future gas price rise we all know is going to happen in the years ahead.

MrG123, fully agree. Still waiting for a nice increase in shareprice. I already expected it to rise. Taking longer, but patient enough and will be rewarded evetually.
More shale bankruptcies announced. Gas supply will tighten further. Only a matter of time until Gas goes above $3. DGOC are bound to lock in some great future prices. What to do with all the cash? Share buyback, debt repayment or more expansion? What a great problem to have!
We added another high yielding company to the portfolio, Diversified Gas and Oil (DGOC). DGOC owns a large portfolio of gas producing wells, pipelines and associated assets in North America. These are generally mature but undermanaged assets that were seen as non-core by larger companies. The gas wells generate significant cash flows, much of which is hedged against commodity price volatility for several years into the future. The clear focus that DGOC management brings to these assets improves efficiency and prolongs well lives. This investment was partly financed by a switch from Royal Dutch Shell when that company cut its dividend.
Spoke to Freetrade 30% taken in error correcting tomorrow so get 15% back then should be 15% going forward. Thanks for help
Another nice jump in the gas price. Looking very positive and we can expect a very good update soon.
Not 100% sure, but the W-8BEN might not apply to shares held in a SIPP, just had my divi in the ISA with only 15% taken off, so it’s not reclaimed but paid with 15% deducted.
Had nothing but issues with these divi’s for a few years, not so much the company but the broker who you are we with.
Interactive Investor have now decided that because divi is declared in $’s, that’s the currency you have to have it paid in, but only in my SIPP, even though they used to pay in sterling.
In my ISA it’s paid in sterling because ISA’s can’t hold anything but sterling, but the ISA has tax deducted at 15% and the SIPP has 30% deducted.
So have to do an FX currency conversion, obviously at a cost and a loss on the exchange rate. Decided to sell the Sipp shares before the next XD, paid 72p over three years ago at least so done ok, but like to be able to leave some particular shares just to do their thing, and not have to think about them.
