The role of Chief Ramping Officer has been filled, I notice.
The role of Head of Company Bashing is still open.
Perhaps somebody on here would like to apply.
The scaredy cat show...wonder if we will see so many posts when the share is relisted which is approaching a year :)
I’m sure the vacancy will be on linked in, in no time. All fun and games….still chuckling at it being August! ??
Certainly increasing our expenses…as previously stated, hope the revenues are increasing rapidly too….only another +£15mil to generate in the 2nd half of the year to remain on track. Watch this space….for the next 12 months and we should know this time next year. Patience is a virtue.
Wow!
Thanks for your additional mail implying I am thick well not so stupid as I sold half my holding in dev at 45p and so cannot lose on this share ,the thing that annoys me is the lack of financial information and proper communication from the company regarding this long delay instead they seem to employ bloggers to raise expectations in the share and encourage shareholders to accept this unacceptable silence...do not forget people have a lot of money tied up in an investment they cannot trade some people probably need/ want access to funds.
You sold at 45p a year ago and now you are worried about other investors
Spks..fair point , it was late and maybe Scardey had a Whiskey too many...who's to say Scardey won't be selling down his holding whilst posting here..he did say we need some nerves in September ( let's see if we relist in September).but come November it would have been worth holding.. we're all faceless posters on a website time will tell if some of the names are still here come year end.
I know I will as I have no reason to sell, unless some news I don't like is released (which I don't envision happening )Im a LTH.
Could be worse, Afentra suspended shares Dec 2006, they just resisted today. 65% up as I speak. We can but hope -:)
You sold at 45p a year ago and now you are worried about other investors
I said I sold half my investment...so still concerned for the rest plus others who expect info from the people they invest in...from the top not hearsay !!
This situation is not unique. Look at Critical Metals as another example.
Shares suspended 20th May 2021 due to reverse takeover of DRC.

'The Board is cognisant of the frustrations of shareholders to the time it is taking to finalise the Proposed Acquisition. The Company has experienced unexpected delays in a large part to the asset being in a non-English speaking jurisdiction, which is therefore inherently more time consuming and often complex. As we have noted before, the management team and legal advisors in four different jurisdictions....All key advisers continue to advance workstreams in relation to due diligence and application for readmission to trading on the Standard List, including the preparation of a Prospectus, is at an advanced stage.'

'Progress towards Re-Admission continues and the Company expects to be in a position to update shareholders again in the near future.'
Yes, of course it's frustrating having money tied up for so long and, for sure, Dev Clever could have issued more re-assuring platitudes, as shown above, but the company is going through a very tedious, complex and frankly boring process with the FCA. Hopefully, there's a light at the end of the tunnel now.
I chose to deal with the situation by doing some research on the company and posting anything interesting/relevant I might find. There's plenty of info out there, if you're prepared to look for it. I have friends and family who are also invested here and it's as much a 'blog' for them, than it is for any other purpose. Others chose to deal with it in a different way, which is fine, it's their choice. I just think it's a bit of a fruitless exercise banging on day after day about the re-listing process.
