I am at present over £30k down here. Very painful. It might help others on a loss to know that.
Typo:- was
The way the market is at the moment , you have had the right idea. It does not favour LTH’s. If trials come good then fine. But we on a high average are lose lose right now. But that is the nature of sharedealing. Yer pays yer money. Oliviera sas the spoke in the wheel.
I'm grateful for the low buy-in today (I have an auto-sell each time it hits the mid 80s and buy back under 60) but totally understand the pain, as I've a spread bet down £8K. Problem with selling the 80s is that one day it will soar past £1, and I'll be too late....
Robins and Nelson
Underwater here too
92p with very large holding and very large loss. All for one.
Hang in there
Even if it is well into next year. Selling is giving it away to the undeserving.
110p Nelson, you should think yourself lucky I have them at 160p plus! Though thankfully far more at between 35 - 65 p.
I once had some at £9.00 but bailed out on the way down, thankfully - and, though my average is in the low 70's, 4D still owes me a good few quid. That said I have very confidence and like many am topping up on the dips as cash flow allows; my next purchase will be tomorrow when some sale proceeds become available.
Robins,
My average is 110p - first buy here was at 119p - i dont think you can get much more on the spike than that! I havent lost too much sleep on this one tbh - as you say director buys and lots and lots of news due. If I was Merck I would be sizing this up now as due to the market, they could get a relative bargain.

NtD
I am feeling a bit sorry for myself with an average of £1.00 but spare a thought for our BOD who are more underwater than most of us.
Me too.50% discount to last placing.50% cheaper than CEO and CSO buys of £1.44m each.Double bottom about to be hit.News incoming, hopefully positive.Certainly worth a punt at these levels.
I'm back in today as well
So i started to buy back into DDDD on Friday. 56p will be the double bottom. Added more today. Will keep adding as we go down and then up again. Looks oversold on charts!
