Meanwhile it's a good time to buy. Just do so knowing you won't see a profit for 2 years, and there is a risk of bankruptcy if funding stops. Seems unlikely but it is possible.
I appreciate the company is not get producing/selling any minerals, but they are far more nearer doing so that they were in Jan 2022 when the sp was 28p. But I take your point that when production/sales start, the current low sp will be history.
It's just because they've not started selling anything. The share price will start to rise then
Once again a positive RNS from the company, but if the last 2 such news releases are anything to go by, the sp might just drop.
I bought my shares 2.5 years ago and until the last few weeks have always been in profit.
It's annoying, but I am not concerned, as the potential for profit is overwhelmingly high, it's just that the market either does not yet see that potential, or not enough people are aware.

Royals visiting Cornwall mining college.
Good sign for the industry.
Thanks MO, you are a star.
Long....just had a 6 hour drive back home from Scotland

Great !!
And yet the sp goes down, typical of the AIM.
Excellent news.

There are not many companies that keep their investors updated as well as Cornish Metals do. Nice progress, and on time to.
Progress.
RW said in his Pro-active talk
".......we believe there is potential to not only grow the mineral resource base, but also to potentially expand production rates......"
I think that could raise the project NPV significantly.
Top up territory !!

I like the sound of
.................................substantially improved mineral processing ....................................
Thanks both for your replies.
Good to know.
I have always seen this as long term, so do not follow too closely.
Agree, the cost outlay for the potential reward is well worth it.

If you reckon on 30-35m a day per drilling rig, that would give you an idea of the length of time involved. I would guess that up to three drilling rigs might be involved, so perhaps 100m per day - 90 days worth of drilling. The time to get results will be determined by how long results take to come through from lab analysis. There have been significant delays over the last 2 years, but I expect the labs have now geared up to respond on a more timely basis.
Was it in the plan?
The Wide formation was only discovered this year, so my view is that it was not in the PEA of 2017, i.e. not in the NPV for obvious reasons, so represents a potentially huge increase in the value of CUSN. Well worth spending a million or two to find out.
I am not an expert on mining geology or this company but....
Yes it was part of the plan but they change frequently in the mining game.
Months to drill but a trickle of assay results could start by year end?
They have been mining tin in Cornwall for over 2,000 years the bet with CUSN is that they missed some commercial quantities of ore which the company might be able to extract.
Interesting news.
To save me looking back (apologies), was this always in the plan?
Any expert knowledge on how long the drill might take and how long for the results to be known?
Thanks in advance
