Get fed up when see my CINE/ AML and MRO do well and my CTEA just feels like watching paint dry everyday !!!
However still ready to increase my holding should it take a major dip as the fundamentals of this could be amazing with so many avenues ....
Fingers & toes crossed for bloody news soon ..lol
Mike Tindall on the one show now, describing how the rapid test PASSPORT works relative to buying tickets for sporting and music events. He described what the app is all about, how it's used and recorded. and apparently it is under test scheduled for rollout October 2020. Who knows. Could it be us????
Good luck scottydod!
I'v done the opposite and topped up yet again today on these lows while contract negoitations continue.
Lets see who is right!
Cannot be long now :)
@Pingu, I didn't know what to anticipate but I bought in early on based on the exuberance and optimism shown in the video. Plenty on here have been suggesting or, probably more accurately, hoping that this could be the answer to ther UK's track and trace issue.
However, until such time as there is clarity of what any national app looks like, how it interfaces with other apps, etc etc etc I see very little cause for optimism for this at present. I could easily be wrong, I usually am :)
Your post actually reinforces my view. For it to have any real long term value it NEEDS to be adopted by some monsters.
Anyway, I'm not in here anymore, good luck and I hope I'm wrong
Thanks for the observations scotty.
CTEA is tiny. Did you really expect “Scotland” or “Ireland” to adopt it?!?! MacDonalds etc?!?! You’re dreaming. Jeez, they’ll only need a portfolio of defent-sized employers to make dosh. The hospitality sector will be sniffing for sure. And what about all the consortiums contacts in the City? The current practices for track and trace are laughable.
It’s a simple app but it has its place. We shall see soon either way but that’s write it off because it’s not been adopted by Global monster companies or whole nations is laughable.
Russia now have a vaccine for COVID, Sputnik V. Who knows how effective it is. However do not know how this will influence covid shares. I see CINE and IAG are flying.
I'm out of this, again. I just can't see it doing anything.
1. That job advert highlighted they've appointed lead generators. That's basically cold calling, not a sign of something in high demand.
2. Sales manager responsible for developing strategy, systems, sales. That all takes time and deflects from business generation
3. Company has no real record of generating revenue.
4. Competition out there already and is cheap.
5. A number of the major companies (eg McD already using another app)
6. Unless mandated to use an app companies will be quite happy to use a cheap pad of paper. This might have blockchain technology but quite honestly if you're struggling to keep your business going who gives a stuff
7. If mandated to use an app there's nothing to indicate this will be it. Ireland and Scotland already using another for which the source code is now available.
Yes I read that on Share talk
Catenae’s Options
The recent example of Catenae Innovation (CTEA) is an outstanding case in point. The shares were hovering just below 4p at the end of July when the CEO and CFO were granted options on some 15m shares. What was intriguing is that the vesting criteria, i.e. the price at which they had the right to buy portions of the 15m shares started at 10p, and on to 20p, 30p, 40p, and 50p. Each level had to hold for 15 consecutive days above the 30 day volume weighted share price, so no flash in the pan spike would do the trick.
There were two takeaways from this. First that the management at Catenae clearly has high hopes for their company. Second, if the stock rallied enough for them to get their hands on the stock, after a 10 bagger move, few would quibble, not least existing shareholders. This is even though, unlike warrants, the result of options being exercised does not bring significant money into a company as no new shares have been issued. When it does this tends to be at a much lower level than the prevailing price when the exercise takes place.
Not posted for a while, this share is like Carol Voderman.
You would but you wouldn't admit it, bought myself another 60k shares yesterday, Just don't tell anyone ;)
I will continue to top this share up and up, excluding gold/mining I only hold CTEA, GDR (Gemma Collins) and SNG (Charlize Theron) hoping CTEA goes from a Carol to a Charlize this month or maybe even a Margot Robbie!
Agree, now that they probably dumped most of their 0.4p stuff, they could care less.
Agree with CEO just gave everyone a movie star audition ...
Best he stays away from proactive investors interviews for the time being !!!!
Have to admit it is AIM share and would not be the first CEO to lead PI’s down the garden path - GLA
The truth of this probably is they`ve got very little if anything at all to say. Normally they are pretty good at shouting from the roof tops but now the dreaded tumbleweed. Add this to the micro trial and trials in Botswana, the hype around covid and im particular covid apps the SP around 7 was simply a spike and everyday people who were previously confident in this are leaving. (down another 2% as I write which is an everyday occurrance and not even 10am)
I`ve still got £1.5k of these left but its a pure gamble that either they might actually come up with something viable or a bit of rubbish news spikes the price. Its probably a bit late to cut your losses and therefore you might as well hold on and hope for the best. Sorry to be so despondent but thats the way I see it based on the facts.
(Also the famous video with the CEO looks like the cat has got the cream , whats happened to all that , bs?)
Sadly the BOD have nothing to report on progress and unfortunately we could be getting the silent treatment for some time yet ...
Unless they give sone contract news with a revenue stream ...then just tumble weed share days !!!
Sadly each passing day with no positive RNS is bound to have an assault on 3.5p support...Hoping for some good news. GLA
another long day by the looks

1 code and no red dot - surprise surprise !!!
I know I know I’m just bored senseless with this so hanging onto anything for a bit of stimulus
It means nothing. There is no sign of Comms between anybody. It may be someone thinking a share will change their life or a broker skimming stocks to recoup fees.
Whats this mean ?
Weather geek I completely agree. Catenae is my guilty pleasure. I keep topping up when I know any huge rise is hugely contingent on one product. However, I do genuinely believe that they have enough in their inventory to warrant at least 5p. The products they have will be needed. I just hope they get one out into the mainstream soon so that they can be the leaders in the field.
The Catenae RNS is the one I long for more than any other. It will shoot up with the right news.

I believe! RNS code!!! :)
..to be fair its about bl00dy time for news
Buy at these levels, Have been topping up. CEO who was temporary has taken the role permanent and has vest shares at 10p, 20p, 30p, 40p, 50p. Watch the interviews with him. You can see he's happy with how things are going and will want to reach his targets. Markets waiting for news, gives great opportunity to be in before rather than chasing news. Always a risk but huge upside reward here if big contracts land. Travelled a lot before COVID so see the need for this in a big way in many areas.
The country still needs to up it's testing massively otherwise pubs will empty if they only let people in with negative results.
Even with your example the guy could be negative on sat when he went to the pub but tested positive the next day.
From the BBC,
A bar owner has said his "heart went to my shoes" when he was told he would have to shut because an "irresponsible" drinker with Covid-19 had visited.
Jason Brotherton said he closed the Rock Salt Cafe Bar in Stockport, north-west England, after being told a man who visited on Saturday had received a positive test result on Sunday morning.
He said his staff were now waiting for test results.
The nearby Moortop pub has also closed after being visited by the same man.
If only they had this app to give the yes or no to customers, this pub wouldn't of needed to shut down. Now multiply this by a few thousand and you start to paint a picture of the UK economy and the use of this app
