Since the recent delay on the agents part and 6 month since we where first expecting to be contacted by the elusive agents.. even if this did come good it feels like a court case for the emotional damage.
My 18.56 post isn’t directed at you upsidedownman
Well there’s nothing at all reasonable about demanding that we call a bloke with meat and two veg, hands like shovels and a head the size of a washing machine “she”
Nor is there anything reasonable about demanding that people are given jobs based on their ethnic minorities as a deciding factor, nor on impoverishing the Nation and destroying its economy chasing a silly unicorn called climate change that is based on lies
Nor is it reasonable to expect someone to know what offends everybody else and why. Nor is it reasonable to demand that people who have never held slaves pay reparations to those who have never been slaves
So in summary, shove wokery up your binary backside because it is anything but reasonable!
Upside-down-man…
If the cap fits
:)
OT but did you read about the Jewish kamikaze pilot that crashed his plane into his brother's scrapyard? Crazy world we live in..
Lol but as much as i dislike your abrasive outlook on life, it is at least a very consistent and hence honest (from your perspective) outlook.
Infinitely more honest than the inconsistency seen in upsidedownwoman, with her constantly changing resolutions. A weak and fickle mind which then so easily succumbs to woke’s rather placid reasoning.
& with the standard of proof in civil cases being ‘the balance of probabilities’ whilst for a criminal case there is a standard of proof that must be ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ which might then be within reach, if we all took woke reasoning as today’s standard of reasonableness. Worth a try ? Lol
Chinese style…. 5000 years past its sell by date.
How's the egg cooking?
Might be right sC32, it’s about the only explanation for carrying this on if it’s all a load shyte.
It’s definitely him doing the updates, people have spoken to him and he references them
HL don’t own those shares as such, they’re the aggregated pi holdings. When all’s said and done they are execution only brokers, will hold the shares and carry out Corporate Actions (if given the information and money!) and that’s as far as it goes.
I don't have a Hargreaves Lansdown account, but I assume others do, so has any of with an account asked them about their shareholding in Cloudtag? They own 4.77% + 4.77% + 3.27% = 12.81% of the total shares in Cloudtag, so you'd think that would give them some level of access to the company. If they've heard nothing from Amit for years, then its fair to say that the web site is a scam. I just don't get why a scammer would keep up the pretense of maintaining the updates for some many years without getting bored.
I having been trying to make sense of what has been going on. Why would Amit choose to tell the world that there is a payout coming if it wasn't true. Why would he string us all along with so many deadline coming and going without the action that he promised? Why would anyone (other than Amit) risk some pretty heavy duty legal action for posting misleading updates on the website?
Supposing that there is a deal and it is under NDA. I Know through experience that these projects cam take way longer than planned often due to unforeseen technical issues and such issues with any part of the product will inevitably lead to delays with the whole project. Imagine that there was a deal with Bloggs and Co under NDA and that it would be inevitable that at some point when the NDA is lifted it would hit the market and that it would be clear that Cloudtag had generated significant income. We would as share holders all expect to receive our share of that income wouldn't we. However if the cloudtag product had been validated by Bloggs and Co and had passed product acceptance tests etc. I think Amit would have a legitimate case for saying "I have done may part, its not my fault that the project has not made it to the market yet so please release the money from ESCROW". So Bloggs and Co admit that they have to release to money to cloudtag and it sits in a bank account accruing interest (£500K or more a year) for Amit until such time as it becomes necessary for him to pass it onto us shareholders most likely either because the NDA is about to be lifted or because failing to do so is damaging him reputation massively.
As I say, just a thought and most likely way wide of the mark but its a talking point.
BTW 1984, don't bother commenting, I am not interested in your opinion on anything.
Don’t forget the £5million deal with cities, who’d never heard of cloudtag 🤦♂️, there’s plenty more to add!
Cindy for goodness sake you honestly could not make this up… given the stress and anxiety he’s caused many pi’s - you think he’d offer to set up group therapy counselling sessions - free to all shareholders who’ve suffered.
‘Dear shareholders’… ?
How many misinformed updates… it beggars belief imo
Actually if true that would be great news if Amit decides to take someone to court as it finally means that he would be forced by law to prove that there is a deal worth $255M, that there is $50M in escrow, that the money was held in CIBC bank, that there is an independent payment Agent, that all brokers had been contacted by said Agent, name the mysterious company that is buying Cloudtags non assets, that Hugh Risenbrow was employed at Cloudtag AND that a runway was constructed in a jungle.
If Amit is indeed telling the truth for the above 😂 he will obviously have detailed documentation for everything and remember any pretend NDA's are null and void in a court of law, hopefully then can this sorry saga finally end.
Difficult to work out which proof did JD easily acquired ?
It certainly can not be proof of a good result.
As he believes at 09:07 that he only “thinks” there might be a result here, which is certainly an opinion that is not conclusive & therefore devoid of any access to verifiable proof..
One doesn’t need to demand anything or exert any leverage on anyone, courtesy of allegedly ‘having sufficient enough invested and having sufficient enough information’ to then obtain proof of Amit Ben Haim’s proven track record of falsehoods.
What proof did you receive, JDentist?
What I am curious about is. How does she/he/it/they (that's to cover all sorts) know this ?
When you have enough invested and enough information to use against someone, it's very easy to demand proof.
It’s beyond a joke when it becomes pitiful.
Amit Ben-Haim, would then need to seek redress for his alleged ‘loss of reputation’ with a Civil law case.
The proper standard of proof in civil cases involving dishonesty “is the simple balance of probabilities, neither more nor less”.
& with his consistent falsehoods he would be laughed out of court.
Pitiful is the mind that still thinks his name commands respect.
Yes, the probability exists that there could eventually be a payout, that the 7 year old algorithms and their data banks, might then warrant commercial value.
Does an eventual financial return for shareholders then warrant that all of Amit Ben-Haim’s past falsehoods get deleted ?
Some will learn from the experience and treat him with the total lack of respect, that he lawfully deserves.
JDentist what makes you think shareholders will see a return here?
While i do think we will get a result here, Cindy888 calling out another member on here re 'published untrue material online that adversely affects another person's reputation' is a bit of a joke when you look at ABH and the constant rubbish we've had to deal with from him.
‘.. also the culprit has published untrue material online that adversely affects ‘many’ person's…’
And has recently been in the process of deleting his falsehoods..

"Over the moon with this update. Silenced all the critics stright away. The dudilugunce is something to be admired. The exhaustion that this project demands is something to be admired. Amit has created a home run here. Over the moon."
Are you still over the moon? You seem in complete awe of Amit, i'm at a loss to why
The lunatics have taken over the asylum, clearly.
Sooooo Cindy, as you seem to think yourself in the know, how many of the post-delist website updates is Amit now claiming are 3rd party authored BS? Some of them? All of them? Do tell.
More importantly and utterly irrelevant of any post-delisting website updates, given Amit's unassisted track record on both truthfulness and delivery, it is hard to imagine how anything could further adversely affect his "reputation".
