Anybody know how long it can take to sort this out
thats not exactly correct mister. CSF may have been offered more than they require for this disposal, so the attention that they have to pay to the consideration from others for accepting this may be a no brainer, which is nominal. The consideration isn't monetary, its what is being offered for acceptance and its only taken 2/3 working days for CSF to accept this.
Nominal consideration generally means very low figure, sometimes just £1.00 not saying that's what is being offered here. But folks need to be aware and not get disappointed in case the offer came at nominal £1.00 only. Remember when ING bought Barings for a nominal £1.00 price back in 1995 because Barings had £800m of trading losses and were not covered by their assets at the time. Sale consideration was effectively the discharge of liability, amount that Barings owed the Futures exchange. Company would be happy with potential elimination of some of the liabilities. However too many conditions seem to be attached with this indicative proposal.
£1,250 lost in 40 minutes Whats the rational
Seems like it's a "buy on rumour - sell on news" reaction.. well sit and wait now for developments gla
And down 25% lol 3p was highest sell price I got quoted today, did go NT a few times and couldn't sell when the 4.2p trade on nex went through.
And it's sold again lol
Nice sized buy - well timed ? IMO
Following the Company's announcement on 8 September 2017, CSF Group announces that the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") has now accepted a conditional indicative offer letter ("Offer Letter") in respect of the disposal of one of the Group's operating subsidiaries (the "Potential Disposal"). The Potential Disposal would be subject to the satisfaction of a number of conditions precedent, including certain restructuring activities, financing and the execution of binding definitive agreements. As indicated in the Company's announcement on 8 September 2017, the proposed consideration in respect of the Potential Disposal under the Offer Letter will be nominal, although the Board believes that the Potential Disposal would significantly improve the Group's financial position due to the potential elimination of certain liabilities and the potential reduction of lease rental payments. * So details needs on which subsidiary is being disposed - restricting costs - and net improvement to cashflow and balance sheet. Perhaps its the part of the company were apparently all the profits are being hidden! :-) Added...
RNS out - disposal agreed in principal for nominal amount .. however good news is that company will benefit greatly from the disposal .. more details will be useful .. perhaps alongside the results ... but no doubt this is a positive step
Sp showing 4.20
Updated chart looks very strong @NicTrades on twitter
Showing 3.6p on google now +20%, vs 2.75p quoted to sell.
Ctag? Sorry! Definitely the wrong share... will post later
To be fair, you get heated debates on other threads and also on Advfn (over there the abuse can be worse and you don't seem able to report the posts or get them removed .. so both websites have their advantages and disadvantages). We all want to make money.. we just differ on whether x share is currently a buy-hold-sell or what's a fair price target. I agree it really should not get too personal or heated.. Now it's up to the company to issue results that should improvement and to disclose their plans for the future because most of us here agree Ctag is a recovery/sleeping giant share and has been dormant for too long. So good to note the company is now being more proactive gla
Also It can get worse finding the things when companies like eg Rem change name and are "remmy" on nex and kdnc on lse. Oh well moan over for today. Come on csfg get a move on.
Nex will grow Itsa, there are too many incentives and its cheaper for company's for it not too imo. Believe ADVFN show both not been on there for ages though - hate the layout and poor formatted message boards and cant be bothered with the horrendous battles that break out on there.
I do hate having to check the trades on nex, when I buy on lse aim I expect to see the trade on aim trade lists not nex. Why can they not just process them on aim? if I wanted nex listed shares I would buy through nex. It's something I've noticed with more and more aim shares now.
The spread best indicator at present. Its at a holding level currently imo.
Last buy on nex was 3.6p....
Gone really quiet here.. Some moved on? Two sells and share price has ticked up!?
Thank you fishing, I bought in at 21p late Friday, so a good 30% up in a day, then SLE comes out of suspension and drops 35% lol, my AST was nicely up today so a good day overall thanks to EME mainly
thatwillkeep on going up
