Ok, you sold early - but good luck.
16p is cash value, so fair value to 20-30p
Zak Mir will speak on this soon too.
take care. and enjoy the profit. more for us.
Magmanus, yeah i sold half. Healthy profit as of now. Keep the rest med to long term. This is my strategy all time.
I agree, that's why I said "initially". 16p is a sighting shot while the market slowly digests the detail.
yes - correct. But what about mark up? You have zero mark-up.
what woudl the sell value be? Not same as cash value - 16p. :)
The deal leaves the group with a much smaller business (turnover £5m vs £22m) but a much stronger balance sheet, with net assets of £13.6m of which £9m is hard cash and £1m is Haydock freehold (net of loan).
Net assets per share will be £13.6m / 83m shares = 16p per share.
This is roughly where the SP initially should be heading.
only 80m shares!, and most well held. 20p is nothing here, FOMO will set in soon
Hamodeh - you still in or top sliced? :)
anyways see you at 20p, next few sessions
No afternoon today market close at 12.
Expecting one more wave of buy from now to next hour. 15p+ next week. On more news will be over 20p+.
No more dilution here for next 2 years, focus on core product and get rid off unnecessary business by selling and leasing back. Great news today.
Yes, and it will pick up here, ready for next week.
Many got out to soon on open, this has legs to move much higher. IMHO
markets close half day today
20p, on next open. IMHO.
No body selling here - when co has £10m cash in hand, and mkt cap well below. Would be stupid to sell under 20p. IMHO
i think there is more news to come. They have been up to some good things....
JHFH - yes top splice at 20p or so.
Cash of £7M is more than mkt cap - and they have plenty more cash locked up.
Even buyout offer would be north of around 50p. :~)
Cash is king and this has further to go so definitely not advising anyone to sell now.
However I recommend slicing and taking profits WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT FOR YOU.
And it may be a little cheaky to drop in here and suggest but may I recommend the following for considering if you plan to diversify :
Pineapple Power PNPL just listed today so ground floor entry for what is expected to be a very fast acquisition of a renewable energy company.
Hemogenyx HEMO are about to make big waves in cancer treatments in 2021 and possibly have a Covid-19 cure which could be revolutionary!
Anyway, again good luck here, fantastic NEWS!
yes, it was 20p and now cash more than mkt cap.
It will re-rate to 20p. In good time. expect high close.
Remember the good old days.. I out of here...Will continue to watch from afar
Hamodeh82 - agree....this will not stop for now. Long away to go yet
And NT to buy.....most of the time.
12p today, and 20p next week.
So mcap was £5m they sold nearly 40% of the group of £8m = should be roughly £13m mcap equal to 12p. However, the market love cash so we should see 15p on this deal
Watch this do over 70% today
so glad i held :)
Great deal for CRU on every level - I though Joe would dispose of the whole group but he is effectively liquidating the assets himself, having established value of our Haydock site by the granting of a 10 year lease to a massive company .I doubt whether they will use our cash & I anticipate a disposal of our remaining & profitable subsidiaries for £4-£5mill & then the Freehold & we will either MVL or make large capital distribution & sell CRU as a clean shell or seek a reverse takeover - Joe retires without egg on his face & achieves around £1mill for his holding ,Glad to have bought a few more during the recent malaise but also will be very glad to be out !!
Well that was unexpected.
Sizeable cash payment should see existing debt paid down considerably.
Retention of haydock site good news from a balance sheet basis.
I am quite relaxed with regard to my holding here. I feel sure the company is heading in the right direction.. Of most peoples radar.
Fair point, spindok.
I had a very large holding for me here. Case of too many eggs and under the current climate of chaos beckons safety first is the order of the day. I can still reap reward on those I still hold..
