R N S out ,
Could really do with some follow up information on the trials in space as per 16th Feb RNS . So sums up this company the lack of pr and info for shareholders is a constant disappointment . Come on CRON get your finger out , what is Paul Landau doing since his appointment at the end of Jan and how did the trial in space work out ? I know it's not been long since either event , but i've been hear bl00dy years now and nothing ever happens it is about time Cronin put some of his brain power into the SP and get some return for VERY LTH . PLEASE
Further quotes from Prof. Cronin in today´s RNS... "The Company announced in January that during 2017 it anticipated early product releases of DigitalGlassware™, it's low-cost, easy to use chemical telemetry product designed to enable the routine digitization of chemistry in commercial and academic research laboratories." "The experiment carried out today is part of previous research performed and part-funded by the University, with additional funding from the European Research Council and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council. The research aims to digitize chemistry and make it possible for chemical compounds of all kinds to be printed on demand." The share is in orbit now! 🚀💫
RNS out WOW Prof Cronin said: "It's exciting to see digital chemistry being trialled in space for the first time. Low and zero-gravity offer a range of new opportunities for performing chemical reactions which I believe will only be able to be performed routinely using a digital chemistry platform Maybe life in this old dog yet ?
Cronin Group PLC is delighted to announce that Paul Landau will join its advisory committee, with a remit on the engagement of user communities using digital platforms and innovative ways of exploring telemetry data collected through the Company's DigitalGlassware™ product. He has a strong track record of taking innovative ideas off the drawing board and turning them into commercial reality. Paul joins chemistry and hardware industry experts Laurence Ede and Riccardo Pigliucci in advising the Company on its commercial and technical strategy. Paul was a pioneer in the wearable technology category, founding Fitbug Limited in 2005 after he identified a lack of technology being used in the wellness space. He foresaw that devices combined with digital technology and the internet could invoke changes in the behaviour of individuals with regard to their health. Paul acted as CEO of Fitbug until November 2015. Prior to Fitbug he worked in the technology sector, starting at Accenture in 1998 specialising in systems implementations and process improvement projects for international blue-chip clients.

Great RNS , at last someone more interested in getting something to market than fiddling around in a lab . This can only be good for CRON and us .
Hopefully when they realise the mistake they'll put out the right one that says we're all going to be rich due the prof's new invention .
This RNS is the same as the 9th of jan one , is it not ?
Welcome on board Costa77 , hope you dont have to wait as long as i have for something to happen here ...... i've been here since mid 2012 hoping prof' Cronin can deliver something of his potential to the sp , still waiting !!? Good to have someone else involved , good luck to us all.
I will confess that I have bought into this purely on a speculative punt, as the company doesn't actually make money at the moment. But as there is little cash burn and they are working out of a university, I reckon a very good chance of them producing a great breakthrough. (All IMO), as don't know anywhere near enough about the product they trying to develop. Problem with companies like this, or a positive depending on your point, they don't release a great deal of info and build up any hype. That being said, there was an RNS on Monday about Prof Cronin going to show the product, which ended yesterday, and no news on how that went. Not complaining too much though as this has ticked along nicely since I've been a holder and as with all developmental companies could be a long term before see any results.

Not sure, only been this big last couple of days. Always been about a 20% spread but this is odd. Kills the buys and sells though so not necessarily a bad thing
Spread on this makes it horrible to buy. Lose 20% as soon as you do.
CRON Half yearly reports due?
BOOOOM ?! Sorry couldn't help myself ?! Anyone know what this rise is all about ?
Article on the BBC New/Science page this morning about 'growing' drones. References Lee Cronin's work.
Having read the Chemistry World article cited below I have a serious concern. Cronin is clearly a genius. as was said in the paper; 'Some of us eventually realised that this was someone who was overflowing with ideas and had little control over what he said.’ My concern is that he will always be thinking of the next idea, and will not stop to consider and develop the commercial aspects of his genius. There needs to be someone around him who can develop his ideas into commercial reality, while he charges on to the the next good idea. . There is no evidence of this at present, and no evidence that I have seen that any work for which he has the IP rights is presently heading towards commercialisation. I hope I am wrong.
as you were , back to sleep then ?!
WOW , that's some serious reading right there ?! Well its the first sign of life from this company for months and months , at least now we know they are up to something even if I can't quite understand what it is ?! Is that article why the sp is showing up over 15% on here ? GO CRON !!!

And 4 months after the last post we still have complete silence on what this crew are planning commercially. Scientists do not have a great record when it comes to commercialising their clever ideas.
