Sloths are plentiful in Panama. Can't say I've ever observed that. LOL
Makes sense Bob, why sell 2 barrels for $35 each, when you can sell 1 for $70
I cannot think of a single OPEC country which foes not need the Revenue to recover from Covid, So to me its a no brainer that controlled production levels will be used to keep oil prices very high
Yes that suits us .We are here to make money for our families aren't we ?
Here's hoping, Hoping. (not a stutter)
:o)
spot on rolling
perfect timing , perfect storm brewing on completion, A.M. should make a movie
what a title
ATOMIC RISING episode 1 Copl Strikes Back !!!
Rising oil price
Rising Production
Rising Revenues
Rising profits
Rising Market Cap
Rising SP
Now there a great plot being written by A.M
:))
J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs more recently have
controlled the world for about 150+ years
The are usually right , as they are usually IN and the driving force behind another
coin turning world event lol
:))
All you've got to do is look at the top risers. Most Oil stocks are seeing increases in their share price, including the large caps .... even those with a shed load of debt, which is not the case here.
Perfect timing for COPL's Atomic deal.
Goldman Sachs thinks Oil will continue rising due to increased demand.
Seems Oil is the new Gold at the moment.
With V Shaped recovery's taking place globally I believe it will. Demand greatly increased and Russia depending on a rising oil price I can see the price continuing to rise for quite a while.
At this rate w should hit 70 by St Paddy's Day.
Also Bob, OPEC agreed to these production levels until end of April, we are barely into March, so plenty of time to move closer to $70
Can buy now for 0.3615
Once the deal signed and the revenues flowing that rising oil price straddled with increasing
production (plan to triple) will have a positive effect on the companies value every month
moving forwards
The analysts are predicting a new super cycle, before world events took over and caused the
crash to sub $20 a barrel, the forecast was $200 a barrel with prices having reached $163/£165
for WTI/Brent respectively
Imagine our profit margins on 15kbopd Atomic and a first high impact OPL production well
:))
very true and hopefully an under statement on the day BM
:))
OIL jumping up today. 65,10 and counting
This will have a very significant effect on the SP.
yep
as said earlier , much steadier start this morning, fingers crossed the decks are close to, or clear
so we can move freely on the news when it arrives and our big buyer in for the journey, be it
for themselves or a client they are ""holdings" for lol
The 15th has always been the L.S.D. and it looks like we are going to the wire and per the
presentation they are still confident of meeting that provisional deadline date but it is a
long stop date - which can be moved forward or back, if required
As Tiburn said , unless Arty states otherwise in a fresh rns, Atomic completion is the 15th
but he could get the PR show on the road, with an update on the audit/financial sign off
first and or any other positive news TR1's or even an OPL/other talks update will help
GLA
:))
True Ironhide and that usually happens in the after lunch onwards. Not that it makes any difference as on confirmation of the asset this will be significantly higher than where we are now!!!
keep them updates coming Shaa thanks
I am blind at the mo, the 2 I usually monitor glitching all morning
Only if a hard and fast detail or timeline elapses is a company obligated to put out
a mandatory update
e.g. we expect to ... by the end of H1
if not updated and we hit the 30th of June the market will expect a mandatory update
you said on the record , you will do this by , the market is now entitled to be updated
is it still happening , if not, why not , if continuing what is the probable outcome etc
Frustrating as hell at times for the holders but it is what it is, it could be worse many
things required a suspension pending news, funding etc on the worlds other markets
at least we are not subject to that process very often in London
plus Arty did say this is technically an RTO situation but has been assured if things progress
as planned we should avoid that scenario, which is a blinding piece of work on his part imo
:))
Similar thinking to h4b, ie the ‘status’ of the upgraded forecast, from 5000bod to the recent simulator fig of 7000bod, has been done in-house, probably by AM’s chief mud-hound aka previously named ‘black cloud’, as apposed to the original estimate being done by a CPR....
Just an update, buys coming in and sells also.
4 MM’s on 0.37p.
Nice and steady, good that we haven’t tanked, normally apart from last Friday, we get ‘last minute Larrys’ piling in around 4pm on Fridays.
soz PR vice pf
not a typo prob wishful thinking on my part for pf growth on news lol
:))
Did not need to rns as already in the public domain, the process and the date although
obscured 16th Dec - 15th March inclusive is the long stop date referred to in the RNA
message
A.M. is compliant to the rules, once a subject has been reported to the market, he is
under no obligation to update (its nice to have PF for us though)
Until the status changes from in negotiations etc to completed he can sit on his hands
Once had a ceo do a video podcast and he came out with 3 things we shareholders all went
wtf that's 3 rns we should have had, made inquiries and it was the same deal
Like the courtroom thing asked and answered already
Once the market loosely informed, unless the STATUS has changed all is good, just
would be nice of many a ceo/bod to do the PR route via rns sentiment than as a lot
do these days
Flower it up with repeating the same snippet on twitter week in week out
:))
COPL stated in last presentation on their website , notified of its existence on twitter:
"COPL WILL close the acquisition on March 15, 2021. COPL has SECURED a $65 million Credit Facility from a large US Credit Fund to finance the purchase."
thats not:
in the week commencing
at any time from mar 15th
assume it will complete on Mar 15th
using funds we hope will be secured..
But will close and using the money secured already to do so. This is what has been advised to AM by the legal teams from the finance company and as agreed with Atomics team. Documents have been signed, the process is rolling.
I still dont understand why this information was not issued by RNS, especially the increase to 7,000 bopd expected - Its utterly material to investors.
