After reading what has been put on here lately I am on the side of Mike007 . Consistency criticism from him seems to prove to me that this BOD are just not up to their responsibility . Free loaders at best .

It is the crazy way they work that is so frustrating
They say that business is working well from home so what do they do reserve office space
I am not suggesting they don’t need offices but do they really need them now when the business has effectively been mothballed
Don’t get me started on the enormous placing potentially years ahead of the funds being required obliterating shareholder value in a stroke
Then to pay themselves so handsomely and hire another pair of hands is completely going against common sense
Amtech
Question for you why weren’t we told who has been allocated the balance of the share options?
Why withhold information from the owners of the company it breeds suspicion and mistrust imo
Don’t know l, dodgy innit. SELL
Don’t worry I will on mass at a time of my choosing
They don’t deserve my money dick was correct incompetent
Unless you take part in their placings, you've not given them any money, just the other secondary market participants.
Don’t be ridiculous you’re shares have been diluted into oblivion and are worth less
Also as there are now so many shares every rise will be sold into unlike say jog where they have relatively few shares
The mistake they made was to raise too much too soon it was completely unnecessary in my opinion
I think its best to move on Mike. They DID make that raise and we are where we are. Regardless of whether it was the right thing to do ( I tend to agree it favoured institutional investors over the likes of us) it is done. The global repercussions of COVID are the main driving force behind the drop below cash value, as well as the rapidly developing change in energy consumption and technology which is in danger of making this sector obsolete. We still need gas, and security of supply, so CLNR is as well placed as any , but smart investment money is probably looking elsewhere at the moment.. I still think there is room to make money here from these levels, but I wouldn't like to say ho well rewarded those will be that are trapped in here at over last summers placing price.
Ltd I will move on don’t worry yourself about that
The placing has made it nigh on impossible to recover the 2p levels I don’t think the management appreciated what they did that day until it was too late
A much smaller working capital placing with some cost cutting to make it stretch a little further was all that was needed
Then when the shares recovered to a higher price that was the time to raise more money with far less dilution
All that happened here was control was effectively handed over to the institutional investors and the rest is history
Dick said incompetent at the time and I have to agree
I will sell but can’t at these levels unfortunately
Gloster makes a valid point Mike, ii’s put money into the company through placings etc. Pi’s are on the secondary market, yet even the ii’s are down on their investment due to covid. They probably also needed to prove to Shell that they could cover their part of the licences. They are still working with Shell and other things, still have costs, and still need to keep moving forward and all that is covered during this time, so even if you think they raised to much too soon at least they are covered. Stroke of luck if you ask me, image if they raised a little amount just to cover for 6 months back then and now try and raise funds at this time and at this sp level. If sure you’d be spitting feathers even more then.
Maybe Amtech reasonable post I guess
Why would the same seller put through 2 x 100k sells
Instead of putting through in one go?
To keep things in check perhaps?
If so it didn’t work Mike . Nice steady buying pressure today ...
Clearly a tip somewhere?
DM tipped to buy undervalued , capitalised, with huge upside potential.
Thanks do you have the article?
Who is DM?
Here it is. Proactive Investors have authored it and it's been published on the Daily Mail/This is Money platform -- https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/investing/article-8447317/SMALL-CAP-SHARE-IDEAS-Cluff-Natural-Resources.html
32nd licensing round results should be out any day now - hopefully some goodies for CLNR and a bunch of other AIM minnows
I have been around shares of various sorts for years. Lost money on some, made money on others.
This one, if you have the balls, could make you a millionaire, without a massive outlay.
Only in my opinion.
If you had £100k to invest at these levels you might be right .
Name change done on 23/6. Good luck homies https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07958581
Well if they have good news now is the perfect time to release it!!
Why does it say nature of business "mining of Iron Ores"
