so i averaged down about 30p too early.... oh well, all i need is a 50% recover of todays loses and i can kick this piece of sh it to the kerb without losing anything, but how many months will that take? i've already been in this way to long considering i didn't want it in the first place.
Me too, little more downside and more chance of upside from here . Left a reserve for a cheeky boost in case of any further weakness.
Dipped my tail in ….
jiddy................not sure what danderous means ... but I can pluck £6 out of the air with the same level of credibility as those that suggest the 25% drop is overdone..... thanks for the feedback though.......B
A bit of hypocrisy goes a long way yrabsmurruc!
You chastise posters for ramping & then you pluck an SP of £6 out of the air without any justification. DANDEROUS!!!
look at the rns 15 April, citibank bought over 5% at much higher price
and a cool 1000000 @ 632 ....... someone keen......... and that turned the tide..B
fair play Tra1.. looks like 615/616 was the floor for today.............. skipping along at 636/637 now.............B
here we go, US pre market open, IIs hoovering the shares
apologies..3.5 hours in...!............ 620 does seem to be where it has stopped for now, could just be a set of traffic lights..... not sure if it goes up or down from here.....................fun watching though as I would see this as a good recovery play for 2022 at £6 or under......B
Tra1........ I might be wrong...but a tad early to say the floor has been hit......only 2.5 hours in.....B
i am afraid you wrong, this has bounced exactly from the bottom of the channel (to the tick), you can choose your upside target

I remember the same on LOOP .... 50% fall on a tad of bad news, however the know alls came out saying how cheap it was and the best bargain ever blah blah blah..... 6 months on and still not recovered..... so I take the "overdone" and does not warrant this 25% drop with a pinch of salt...... as with the "this will bounce"....... as it was all said with LOOP...... this does warrant the drop because that is what has happened, so one has to decide where the bottom is before dipping in toes..... I still think it is somewhere about £6, but it has been lower in the past 12 months as a guide..... B
Looks like the price has been brought down to the £6 region to allow some institutional holders to exchange shares - 5th highest volume of all time (since 2012) and it's only 10.30am. Once done I suspect it'll ping back to £7ish, an EBITDA miss of £10m does not warrant a 25% fall...
Agree Jiddy, but the fall will have triggered stop losses and then maybe even reached low enough to set of a Hedge/II marker, tbh that looks the case. When targets have been reached or fulfilled, this should regain ground again.
It’s a bull trap, looks like a catching knife situation. Don’t get your fingers burnt folks.
"While the SP is in the toilet" - there are some real jokers on LSE Chat, who add NO value whatsoever.
Today's RNS does NOT reflect a 20% drop in price.
yeah I may have pulled the trigger too early.... typical, oh well that's life.
seems to not have a brake this one... 621.. and not stopping........B
Gone in on a (hopefully) day trade at 631.5.
Nd
I am watching this one.......... if it goes sub £6 might have a punt....... I think the rule is to wait for day 3 as day 1 sharp drops tend to follow a 2nd drop on day 2 and then day 3 is either where it stops dead [like LOOP did] ands stays there till good news turns up... [which for LOOP it still hasnt]........... or it moves back up quite quickly......... 2022 is recovery for this one, just a question of when is the best time to buy....... B
typical H&L set a limit buy while it was showing lower buy than sell and no trade on H&L when it settled tried to cancel that and buy manually, and the limit buy triggered, higher than the current ask... {rolleyes}
on the bright side, i've wiped over a £1 off my average, so hopefully i've made the right move and any bounce back will put me considerably closer to getting out where I want..... provided it doesnt keep falling of course, which is always a risk with this one!
here we go again..... can't get a price to buy while the sp is in the toilet, what a surprise
tell me about it.... what a crock of sh it
The cut is a bit severe. Should bounce from here?
