Good update
It would be good if the company could release an RNS outlining progress and timescales....
With current shares in circulation that would be 20p (39 m euros). Obvs we gonna get diluted, but coming back at 10p would still be great.
By the end of the month hopefully will be interesting the value it comes back
It isn't new news as it was discussed here last year - I think most people assumed it had stalled but it's interesting that the report states it is planned for February. Fingers crossed
Great find! Also been following for a while and am new to this - what does this mean for the stock? Does it mean our shares will be re-listed (perhaps under a different name) and at what point? GLA
Apologies, the link was removed. You can find it via Irish Examiner (was posted about 1 day ago).
Been following this thread for a while but finally made an account. Interesting article here, look at the last paragraph.
“…the company is also preparing to float on the London Stock Exchange next month through a reverse takeover deal involving Conduity Capital for €39.3m.”

Some good news?
Thanks Dibs61, HL also advised the new shares will be assigned appropriately on listing ??
Now sure thats not going to happen here...but its a great question...and i guess because they were in an ISA you cant claim the loss if it did happen...anyone with any concrete facts on that please
I guess that does mean, should it all go t*ts up, you can declare a capital loss on your tax return.
A little disappointed that my future mega gains won’t be sheltered within an ISA!
;-)
HL has just notified me that my shares in #CCAP have been delisted and will be transferred to my shares and funds account on the 5th Nov
HSBC - showing as 'STK Out' and seems to have disappeared.. Will this come back when they relist or holding gone?
Thanks jh, helpful...
Thanks for the update
smarttech was set up as a company yesterday (or the day before) and has 1 director Greg Collier
he has confirmed that things are proceeding as expected and all parties are still aligned
the email was published yesterday in the CCAP telegram group
so nothing to worry about so far....is the message from Greg (the so far is my little add on)
I received a communication from my stockbroker on 7 October (first part of letter below). I presume we just await developments...
'Conduity Capital PLC delisted from AIM. The delisting is effective from 7th October 2021'
Shouldn't we have heard something by now regarding the delist and subsequent (hopefully!) relist?
Denny - not so. Can I refer you back to a post by NJW1 on 6th Sept. In this post he quotes an email reply from Greg Collier in which he confirms shareholders would not be affected by a cancellation and subsequent relisting. I am expecting an RNS next week to confirm the cancellation and I assume that the intention to relist will be reaffirmed in the announcement. We may even get fresh news on it but nonetheless I am confident my shareholding will be reactivated with the relisting.
Sounds like their going to let them cancel and then relist at a later date, I think thats the Shareholder buggered then?
Your thoughts?
Given the status of the Company's progress with the Proposed Acquisition and the time needed to complete the necessary due diligence and relevant documentation to effect a RTO, even if it decided to proceed, it will not be able to complete this process before Cancellation. Consequently, the Directors expect to seek to complete the Proposed Acquisition after Cancellation and then re-apply to join AIM. Cancellation is expected to occur on 7 October 2021.
dvharrison - why the ‘!’?
RTO is obviously gathering momentum and t’s need crossing and I’s need dotting which takes time. Very optimistic regarding this stock.
'Cancellation is expected to occur on 7 October 2021.'!
Liking the words “urgency to restore trading” hopefully not long to late.
Thanks for the response ??
