Yu can look at this negatively - and most are as were expecting A5 and A8 updates ..... Clive's having fun while his ice gets delivered.
But, Tim Field, Total's Dunga field which they told us circa 15000 bopd ?
3AB is right on the coast ... they said we are going for an off shore block - we've known about the Caspian Explorer for a while.
Kuats also got some transport companies (tankers) and a shipping Co in Holland - there's a big plan here.
We just aren't privy to all of it yet.
Look at it this way, remember all that acreage he folgged us a couple of years ago - that was a win win, was'nt it???
With all the figures in the RNS it is a shame the price at which the tub was bought by the seller is missing. A Milo Minderbinder business deal.
Look at it two ways are the Oraziman's off loading some crap onto us or is it a good deal allowing them another 160,256,410 shares before the big bang making them even more money. Possibly a win win here, or we get stitched up only time will tell.
SickRat I feel the same. Butt seems to be really sore for some reason. As CC said they will do whatever they want.
Think of it as a tax on succcess!
Well clearly I am the only one who sees a problem which is disappointing. Unnecessary dilution affects all shareholders when future dividends are paid as our slice is then smaller.
If this turns out to be a poor deal because the value of the CASP shares have risen so much that the vessel is no longer good value for money, then all of us will surely be smiling! I am personally hoping that this is a really very poor deal indeed, the poorer the better.
SOTRR.
Kuat 800m shares
Kairat 255m shares
Motion carried.
Don't worry yourself, just sit back , they cant be stopped anyway - W H Ireland have said there is nothing to see and Limmerick has thrown his 0.22% into the ring ( thought he had more than this, haven't seen a TR1 that he has sold any to the contrary ? )
SickOfTheRatRace - personally I wouldn't care if we are are 20p at the time.
I have been in another share where a consideration was settled with shares at a certain amount, only problem was on the settlement date the shares had gone up significantly and suddenly it was a very poor deal indeed.
So the cynic in me sees a deal at 12p share value for these knowing full well that once they announce the deep successfully flow tested the share price will be much higher. So actually we won't be paying $25m in dilution at all, we will be paying the number of shares multiplied by the price at that time. So if we vote and agree to the deal and the share price at the time is 20p then we are significantly overpaying!
So if there is room for debate at the meeting I would be saying that the $25m should be settled by an appropriate number of shares at the time the deal is ratified by shareholders (can still allow the premium percentage).
Bull - re Caspian Sunrise Plc(CASP-GB) Schedules Shareholders Meeting for 13-February-2020 6:00 AM ET.
Is that the one where Clive says resolution - I have 1bn shares here so that is carried.
Reminds me of WSG when they bought the ferry. FFS just get the deeps flowing, o ye i forgot don't give a flying F about the PI'''''''''''''''''''s. And why only a three month lock in if it's such a great deal.
Caspian Sunrise Plc(CASP-GB) Schedules Shareholders Meeting for 13-February-2020 6:00 AM ET.
This is a very good deal. We've picked up a profit making business for peanuts.
Pros
1) The unaudited consolidated profit for Prosperity Petroleum for the year ended 31 December 2018, was $7 million on revenues of $18 million. The net assets at 31 December 2018 were $53 million.
2) for a consideration of $25 million to be satisfied by the issue of 160,256,410 new Ordinary shares at a price of 12p per share, a premium of 27.7 per cent to the closing mid-market price on 20 January 2020.
Cons
1) No revenue in 2019 is a concern, although the $25mil revenue should cover it sitting in the dock at $1.2mil .. will have to wait and see what they do with it in 2020.
2) Based in Dubai ... so can't see the financials.
As posted on the other board. It made 7mill USD PROFIT in 2018. I glad I now own part of it!
unless they already know the deeps will flow ....
It's another huge drain on the stock. A pointless asset. You firm up what you already have now they have obtained a 25 million dollar machine that's going to cost 1.2 million a year if in a dock as they havent got the money no the competence to drill more holes at the moment I can only see the share price go down further. They should be spending 25 million getting the drops to flow. Not buying useless equipment.
Opens up two opportunities imho...….
Listening to Greta then with a 3metre rise in sea levels, will BNG area be under water?
Alternatively, could we fix some wheels to it and just tow it from one deep to the next?
