o yes.. ...where are the bulls today?
again ,,,,,,,,
where does JCB come into the picture ?
But, it would be good to have an update about JCB.
Should be talking to at least one of these manufacturers, if not already.
I am a bit biased as I am invested but the bottom line is we are waiting around for a big order. It could be one week or one year. If it appears next week then its 4p+ and beyond; if it takes more than a couple of months then its sub 1.4 and lower.
Hi, so would you say this is a good time to invest here? regards Andy
A simple Rights Issue @ 1p per share should resolve financing for 12 to 18 months thereby enabling OEM/Tier 1 contracts to be negotiated/completed within that timeframe. Issued on a one-for-one basis, with over-subscription privilege, plus warrants, possibly, to purchase an equal number of shares subscribed at a premium, eg 5p on or before the third anniversary. An opportunity for institutional investors to participate (Ervington/Shvidler?) at a reduced cost base, perhaps?
They had best pull their fingers out over the next couple of months. The only thing to do now is sit tight and ride it out. A lot can change for the better here and on the plus side; not much worse can happen. I have to admit though I thought they would have sorted some more cash coming in by now via some kind of sales avenue. The optimist in me can only presume its round the corner.
always
Not a complete nightmare as we knew most of this already. The aim always was to end 2015 strongly and to do this it was always going to look at its funding. That was why it was down to sub 2p in the first place.
it seems (it seemed so some time back and then made a little fight of it lol) ...why shd anyone "buy in" to this management team's execution capability???
As always, looks positive... until you get to the bit about funding and continuing as a going concern. Let's hope the appointed financial advisers can assist with the process without overly smashing shareholder's backdoor in.
This is beginning to lose its way.. Bad rns..
Looking at the trades someone is building a position under the radar. With this share you can't buy £5k chunks in one go or else the spread goes crazy. Someone over the past 3 days has been buying £475 - 1,500 orders and not rocking the boat too much. Would love to know if it is someone on here. Sneaky but shows great patience.
Of all the news this one really is a winner for CAP. We know CAP is strong in the US at the moment. Still got my fingers crossed for next week.

Kobus van Zyl, the boss of Daimler Trucks SA, tried his best to put a positive spin on things but the most upbeat he could be was to say: "We do not see signs of an upturn anytime soon in the extra-heavy CV market." Not very positive at all then, but things are definitely less depressing in the medium and heavy markets where Van Zyl says there is "positive sentiment". The bus market is also looking good, at least in percentage terms, but he says that it is mostly tender driven and government focused. Van Zyl expects it to stay that way but there is some good news with Mercedes Trucks due to supply 150 new buses to Metrobus. These will be Euro 5 specification dual-fuel buses and deliveries will start at the end of 2015. Around the same time, the company will also begin deliveries of 40 compressed natural gas buses for the Tshwane Bus Rapid Transit system.
