Hi plantravel,
Many thanks for the welcome!
Yes, I do wonder about the motivations of those who attempt to knock the price (even when it was below 2 pence), but as you rightly say, just let them do it. It is nice to see that the company is in their thoughts!
Hi Tony,
Welcome to the board!
There are a few people that appear from time to time. to attempt to knock the share price of BYOT, with repetitive posts about wasted opportunity, poor management etc.... they normally start posting when the share price is improving, disappearing when it consolidates.
The huge irony is that this continuous, repetitive narrative actually drives BYOT into people’s consciousness.
I’m always happy to see them return!
Profile created today but have been invested in the company for a significant time (years). Perhaps this may come as a shock to you but I have been reading these boards for many months without creating a profile. So yes, I do know what has been posted over many months. Clearly your view is not shared by many investors, or the share price would not be several times what it was when you were trying to put people off with your gloom. Are you invested? Presumably not, so why even post here?

profile created today and know what's been posted over the past 10months.. ;-)
Yes, a lot going on. So why aren't their revenues, profits increasing significantly?.
The company incorporated in 2005, 15 yrs ago.
Fy2020 results, which include a spike in Feb/March against expectations are:.

A lot going for them but not backed up in the results.
stt1,
You seem to have nothing positive to say about this excellent company and nor did you when the share price was 1.775p in January. You gave the impression that the shares would go nowhere, yet here we are with a price of around 7.4p and you still cannot find anything positive to say. Are you actually invested in the company or just wanting to give out negative views? If you are invested, great. If you are not, then why so many posts? There are many things to be excited about (unless you are a half-empty glass type, but that wouldn't be you, would it?). Both Boots and Tesco have incorporated Byotrol into their own brand products so perhaps don't agree with the "research articles" you mention. There is also the acquisition of Medimark Scientific, the new US operations, Tower Brand and other major partnerships, Pet care and Floor Care. There is a lot to like here IMO.
Mozax,
"And you choose not to pass comment on the very good link posted by ‘artrader’"
There are lots of so called "research reports" out there telling you how much they think the hand sanitiser market maybe worth.
This one predicts $5.8bln (1/3rd of the one Artrader posted). Take your pick... This one also stated "Alcohol" based sanitisers are more effective. Byot's is non-alcohol based.
Take your pick on which "research article" you want. ;-)
Even better I'll repeat what you said about broker's expectations.
"Crikey, if we all bought & sold shares on what 'Research' articles thought we’d be in trouble." lol
"Hand sanitizer is an antiseptic liquid, foam, or gel used to inhibit the spread of infectious microorganisms and other harmful bacteria on the hands. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are generally more effective in eliminating microorganisms. The hand sanitizer is used to address microorganism's immune to soap and water. Alcohol-free hand sanitizers constitute another type of sanitizer. These do not strip away oils from the skin and retain moisture."

To quote yourself:
‘I think it's the same PIs now buying back the same in smaller amounts to push the sp higher before the next lot of dumping.‘
All I can say is you are clearly deluded if you think you know who is buying and selling a stock.
And you choose not to pass comment on the very good link posted by ‘artrader’
One may therefore conclude you have a not very intelligent agenda.
Cheerio
Mozax,
" if we all bought & sold shares on what the brokers thought we’d be in trouble."
You clearly are. You go on to mention the 'market expectations', which are from, um, the brokers..lol
Covid was the golden opportunity for Byot - a missed opportunity as others have entered the market.
stt1 Please read this survey and also note that there are only a few sanitisers that work for 24 hours and thats why SC Johnson have licensed from Byotrol.

"The players are who helping the health care sectors include Byotrol plc and SC Johnson."
Wouldn't surprise me if one of the big boys takes us out now.
‘.Broker expectation’.
Crikey, if we all bought & sold shares on what the brokers thought we’d be in trouble.
The Company is experiencing sales ‘significantly ahead of market expectations’ & manoeuvring to possibly consider a dividend, confirms the most recent RNS.
Look at the graph. These were sold down recently.
I think it's the same PIs now buying back the same in smaller amounts to push the sp higher before the next lot of dumping.
Best read the recent results. They announced £6m revenues for fy2020, which included the spike in sales in Feb/March and broker expectation is only £11.5m revenue for fy2021. Given we're in the biggest pandemic for 100yrs, I would have expected a significant increase in revenues, profits and cash.
Other companies have adapted and come into the market.
Next leg up incoming.
Wints will pay 7.2p for your shares.
Buying Pressure afoot.
So far the 100k's have been delayed buys. You need to look at the time of the trade and the price bought/ sold. Generally 100k trades are delayed for an hour.
Would be a lot higher today if it wasn't for the regular 100k dumps!
Technical traders will be all over this should we break above 7.15p today IMHO.
7.15 on my chart is the resistance on the (bullish) falling wedge. We want to see increased volume at this point to confirm the break-out.... Interesting to watch what happens.
Thanks, and get more good news if Joe Biden wins tomorrow as he will take Covid more seriously IMO
'A little to late' sounds like your wife and when she says little she means little
It's too little too late. Covid has been around for a good part of a year and competitors have already adapted to the market needs.
They should have been making significant revenues, profits and cash since Feb, yet their fy2020 results show just £6m revenues.
Now there isn't a shortage of cleaning products nor hand sanitiser as other companies have adapted:
Also in the early stages, everyone was scared, using hand sanitiser, cleaning products etc..
Now office workers have been told to work from home. There's thousands of people out on the streets, who don't care anymore. Why do people at home need sanitiser. Therefore, there's lower demand for sanitiser and specialist cleaning products.
Companies have adapted...

This is indeed good news, oneandonly1 -- and many thanks for providing the link!
This is certainly, if actually not a game changer, an added welcomed bonus for us as shareholders. What is more...the site is appealing in both its presentation and outlay; and also most informative in all its clearly stated detail.
Kudos to the website designer!
Not quite yet as you still can't buy the stuff yet
USA site gone live.

There’s my 100K buy marked as a sell.
Naughty MM’s!
To get noticed, up 3.8% now.
May well start to move properly next week once investors seek out defensive plays like this.
100K of these for starters, at 15:26 but the trade is not showing.
Interesting to read the latest RNS regarding the Company organising itself to provide flexibility to pay dividends.
It seems this share is currently being overlooked by investors whilst Covid19 begins its second wave around the Globe.
I imagine sales will rocket again after the ‘summer lull’!
Product sales for the first quarter to 30 June exceeded £3.4m and orders for July and August continue to look encouraging. Our order book at the end of June stood at approximately £2m. Our current net cash position is healthy at £1.8m.
