This latest order follows the successful deployment of Edgility under the original purchase order from NGA, as announced on 5 June 2023. The Group expects to receive further orders from NGA as they continue the roll-out of the Group's Edgility solution in the current areas of deployment and expand the roll-out to NGA's network in additional US States.
All very good, but not if the SP doesn't move in the right direction. I would pleasantly surprised if the SP moves because of this.
Like I thought, not one flinch on a change
Lol I know your 75% down or so you say iparsnip .. but the facts are the company Batm sp was over 32p in jan last year, fast forward today and they have more contracts are doing better financially with a new younger CEO that Seems to have great drive and that is getting new products ready to go and commercialised for 2023 and beyond … i’m sure you understand the way the market players it’s nearly like reverse psychology. I still see this easily worth over 40p as Telco systems is worth this on its own!
Unfortunately there is no mention of the value of the contract. As such, it is difficult to judge what it means.
Stuart there also wasn't a value on the previous 911 contract either. However this new long term contract is a big positive and can be rolled out in another 49 states. So these 911 deals will probably come thick and fast.
Another RNS to calm the nerves of a few LTH, in what is a very troubling situation.
Is it anew contract or is it an existing one which has been 'expanded'? No values, so assume its small and over 5 years so unlikely to make a material difference. States in America are all independent of each other, so not necessarily so that more states will take this up. Will costs now rise for Israeli companies? For sure, they will.
Edgility supplied by BATM's US based division Telco Systems. Treated as an indigenous supplier by US authorities. 911 service suppliers deliver their services a across many states in the US. Wrong again Dartron.
We have received excellent feedback from NGA regarding Edgility's performance and this expanded order is testament to their satisfaction. We expect this momentum to continue as they roll-out our solution across more of their extensive network. Along with the increasing interest that we are receiving in Edgility from potential customers globally, we are very excited about the near-term prospects for this solution."
Dartron. From the other side of the pond to you your comments are once again wide of the mark. thanks for telling us that it is called the USA the United States of America. Many companies and service providers are State and country wide. It's actually more likely that a state will adopt a service thats working well in another state than take the initial plunge. The state of Texas for example has a GDP larger than Canada, Australia, Russia.
Why do you say that the costs for Edgility a Telco Systems American company based in Foxborough Mass will certainly rise.
You should be cautioned for knowingly spreading disinformation, if you did not spread it knowingly then best advice is to seek advice.
If only they would spin it off, and we could just invest in the USA company perhaps even on the NASDAQ, but what would keep the lights on back home? You echo the same comments I have made about each state having its own choice. Yes it probably is more likely other states may be interested in a successful solution, but we are not seeing any evidence of that yet. If this is an extension (which it sounds like), then they still have only 1 state as a customer, read the first RNS from June, they were offering limited services, which now have been expanded. Better than zero, I will agree, but its hardly a massive take up is it. They got a small contract extension when divided over 5 years, I'm pleased for them really. I doubt it generates much profit by the time its gone back to head office. I do think the company may see increased costs and taxes in these times. Isn't that how wars are paid for?
Dartron I doubt you know as much about the business as the CEO ..“Along with the increasing interest that we are receiving in Edgility from potential customers globally, we are very excited about the near-term prospects for this solution." Why would they be very excited if it what you think is “I doubt it generates much profit” last post I am reading from you! Think I am getting a wet patch from laughing at your Transparency. Do you work in the same department as Iparsnip lol!
