Grimrip44 - Absolutely well said. I wonder how many of these Trolls own shares. Keyboard warriors with nothing better to do than attack actual shareholders who have invested hard earned money. We are all bleeding here and hoping for a recovery of some sort.
Where will all these trolls be when the OO is over subscribed and they are funded for the up and coming drill campaign having hit the restart button.
Someone point me to another share that has this level of assets that are 100% owned and at a similar SP. The upside from here COULD be significant, which would mean enough for me to break even ; )
Keep smiling and ignore the haters.

Tuckman - I think you know I try not to ramp - I like to think I have a balanced approach and whilst the naysayers point out that they were right - it is fact that their guess that was indeed proven correct - but it very easily could’ve gone the other way.
What I don’t understand is why those who are not invested and clearly would never invest, continue to waste their time taunting those that are losing substantial losses to their investment portfolio? It’s a cowardly act and certainly underlines the notion the greed certainly brings out the worst in people.
I’m sure if the trolls met the holders in the pub both sides wouldn’t be so brave to each other’s faces so why do it set the keyboard? It’s cowardly.
So whilst the invested try to look for the crumbs of comfort in the disaster that unfolded surely the trolls are better off somewhere else and in doing so spending their time and energy on something that they can make even more money with, or is that it they have no money to invest and they get their rewards by kicking others when they are down?
There’s a name for people like this it’s certainly not repeatable here.
Please don’t stoop to that level you are better than that - just remember there are some decent folk still holding that don’t spout 60p by Christmas and are now looking at ways to break even.
Mick boards affect sentiment and like you stated u clearly don't dyor. It's not about democracy.
Yes the situation is nowhere near as bad as other companies but the situation is bad because of sentiment. Hurricane energy, 88e and so many are screwed compared to this. Their sharebase is no way as bad and pessimistic.

This says the focus on the one wild cat drill is not as great as before, so to concentrate on a much better diverse future with less risk and more oil.
One swallow does not make a summer n'est pas
I am not blaming anyone, just wish all the trolls would Bu@@er o@@
Fully agree Thebhoys, I believe they have an agenda , and IMO it is not the invested type. Sadly for holders it always will be the actions of the management that will drop or lift the SP, there is potential here IMO, but can they deliver it for the shareholders or just themselves? Time will tell
Tuckman I have no idea what willie has said as he has been filtered also.
I am sure that SC, Willec, Noviceinv have breakfast together.
It’s ridiculous what they are posting.
Blaming individual for the SP dropping, as I mentioned in my posts yesterday, is atrocious and completely unfounded.
Should be ashamed of themselves and I do believe these individuals are not invested here.
Although just to please the board police I might just hang around, last I checked this was a free bb for investors and non invested. Did I miss something in the terms and conditions. Get a life, what I choose to do with my time is my business.
I agree Tuckman. As you know this is why I have filtered certain individuals on this BB.
The BOD is to blame, S.Potter and his crew.
I don’t know what SC has said, I am not interested either, he has to stop blaming others and post truths.
I posted my frustrations at the fact It’s just ramp after ramp after ramp .
I’m not that stupid to continue reading such nonsense and hopefully others ain’t either.
Stay safe and have a nice day pal
Wow the brass on you star, so the share price is down to the machine gun posting? Yet I see your name ramping just as much if not more than anyone else on here except maybe willec he machine guns more than anyone his dilussions ,
And as for negative comments reducing the share price would that work unless there was anything negative to point out ? Would it work on Google’s parent company ? Tesla ? Amazon? Any good share no but let’s for arguements sake say it is down to comments and not how the company performs ,
Then one could argue just as equally that your constant ramping has upped the share price and maybe even carried it some what over quite a long period of time as you are here daily , and maybe even you can’t keep it afloat with all your rainbows and positivity and pipe dreams and that’s why it’s dropped , so maybe your reason it was higher to begin with going by your own logic , meaning they were the realisists be it for good reasons or personal gain but that being said either way they were still right
But you apparently see how everyone else could potentially affect the share price except yourself , and if you were genuine , why would you promote a share you have done nothing but lose money on ? I wouldn’t try get my so called family to invest in something that went so badly wrong for me but then again the more people buy in the more chance you have of getting out that hole I guess ?
If youve sold, why are you still here??
So many fools on this BB expressing their heartfelt opinion when they don’t even hold shares! What is wrong with some people..
please disappear , existing shareholders aren’t interested in leftover trolls tripe... it’s tasteless, repetitive and rather dull - just like the ones posting it!
Your right HeresHopin, I do have better things to do today. I can leave this board and let willec ramp this to the sky. At least I can leave and not continuously post false promises and unrealistic dreams
I sold because of what I have detailed in the failures of the past and the current projection of dilution that the board are looking for. Basically for me there is no shareholder value in the short term. Basically I may invest back in the future after further clean ups and maybe a significantly lower share price. It is not for me a target share price it is when the RNS’s start being positive.
Starchild no one needs defending.
Your smart your actually, stupid now.
Why would you want to repeat negativity over and over and over again?
No defence you give makes any difference and it is no way as good, As the bad the damage is of repeating over and over again negativity.
Your smarter than me I a sure you. But you remind of oxford graduates who are monumentally stupid.
Tuckman if you have sold for a loss why are you still here. Sold at the wrong time just when things are set to improve with the Saffron drill in coming weeks quickly followed by Suriname.
Some one was interested yesterday with 2 x 10,000,000 trades at full ask near the close
Here we go again, I guess this will happen day after day after day. Blame the BB board for the share price drop. You are unbelievable. Fact is Mr Potter is responsible, he is gone now but sadly not fully removed. Their decisions have made the SP what it is. False promises and failure to deliver any of the potential. flawed financial management. People have sold for a loss like myself because of all the facts in evidence. If you choose to buy so be it but I would guess even you are now short because of your behaviour. Whatever your angle, if you are an investor your a really bad one or if your up to something else you should have a warning sign on your posts!
Rickierich: Thank you for the 2nd clarification post as I read your first one 3 times trying to understand your complaint.
I take your advice on board, however as part of defending an opinion, one has to provide detail. I sometimes use thought experiments, eg.... 'what if you were the BoD?' Yesterday I used a hypothetical IPO analogy to make the case the SP is seriously undervalued in the medium/long-term.
I'm sure you agree there's a handful of posters who machine gun post negativity. I rarely engage with them direct, but feel compelled to defend the company and the share by providing opinions using lengthy rebuttals.
I'm sorry you feel I'm costing you money. If true, despite being wrongly accused of being a rainbow filled delusional ramper, or a PR agent of BPC, I must be quite bad in this role. May I respectfully suggest the persons who have cost us all money in the last few weeks are the ones that machine gun posted negativity for selfish aims or out of hatred to BPC. They have spooked existing LTHs and potentially new ones, which is why the SP did not increase to over 0.8p as many thought would happen. This in turn meant we now have a placement instead of Bizzels advancing more money at 0.8p

Hi Rickierich,
I think you need to chill out a bit, pal.
I was genuinely interested in where the tax credit came from. I was not being negative. Starchild helpfully provided the evidence, which in turn has altered my opinion of the company. I now see that you have something of a safety net should things not go to plan.
How much do you think stifling contrary opinions would help the current situation? And do you really think that posts on here have such an influence on the share price? Seriously?
Mick
Post but never answer negativity with such detail especially as they are often giving an opinion. You make their opinion seem so factually credible. You miss pertinent detail. So when you do and they spot it and you respond, your giving them cred.
Consolidation is way way too soon imho. Could have taken it to 9 bill shares and hold a .60p price to be honest. The market doesn't have many companies like ours below billions of shares.
Thanks Starchild
I am criticised for rarely posting negativity. Why should I in this public goldfish bowl of sentiment? It just adds fuel to the fire so that persons who hate BPC or have no shares and want the SP to fall further will spew even more negativity 24x7. This is not a criticism against LTHs who occasionally wish to air frustrations.
Criticism against the BoD:
What would you have done differently since 2019 if you were the BPC BoD? Possible answers below.
1. ‘I would have done a farm-in’ [Me too. But what if no one was interested, or at punitive rates? If a farm-in materialised and Percy-1 was a gusher, would some LTHs want to fire the BoD for doing one?]
2. ‘The LOL deal was ridiculous’ [I agree. But during the perfect storm of the enviros’ attempted injunction when all other avenues of finance disappeared, what if LOL was the only choice? Thank G+d BPC only owes $4m minus $500k in fee refunds for the ‘Put’ reconciliation.]
3. ‘Dilution’ [I don’t care. Massive dilution is not a problem if there’s a massive ROI]
4. ‘Overhangs’ [I don’t mind as I’m not a day trader. I doubt the BoD cares about traders.]
U highlight negativity and give it so much life. I keep telling you, your controlling sentiment like I have never seen on any board before. 10 mill raise is nothing you can do that with eyes close, but your costing me money now so stop giving negativity such life.
The mistake we all made was not letting board dilute before way before the drill at 3p, we here now and you let negative thread idea run for days and days. Instead of just shutting up. Like I said your costing me money.
Rickierich: eh?
Stop retaliating to every little negative post, people swayed by it are not coming to take your opinion of it.

Although Trinidad has low HC royalties and the special petroleum tax threshold has been raised from $50 to $75/boe since 1/1/21 which is great for BPC, its corp tax is very high for oil/gas and I believe up to 50%. Our Mcap today is worth less than the tax credits.
BigBear2: Stena debt, refer to Auctus report below.
‘We are a family’ reference. I agree REAL shareholders, especially LTHs are a family. I am more attached to this BB ‘family’ than the share itself. If at some point I sold my shares, I’d still probably post on here out of Stockholm Syndrome. I try and keep the family spirits high by posting evidence backed research and opinion why, subject to ‘DYOR,’ there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. Furthermore, I get very upset when someone attacks my LTH family and my real one by trying to hurt us financially for selfish gain.

Latest analysts’ opinions
Refer to latest Auctus (26/4) and SP Angel (23/4) reports. Go to https://www.londonstockexchange.com/stock/BPC/bahamas-petroleum-company-plc/company-page near bottom ‘Equity Research’ and scroll down to get both reports. You will need to register. Key points:
Auctus: based on 7.9b shares (after placement and other factors) the latest NAV is 1.2p (pre-consolidation). This is based purely on S2 and Suriname spuds with detailed opinions how much cash BPC has and will need.
SP Angel: Buy - Expected return >15%; Hold - 15% to +15%; Sell < 15%
