Thank you that is appreciated. I,m glad that i wasn't taken the wrong way.
Hopefully if everything comes to fruition, we will all do well.
Best regards to you.

Thanks for replying and respect to you. You have cleared up the trading situation even though it’s your right not to have done. By doing that and being so open about your status it has made everything clear and again, you could have chosen not to.
You rightly show your concerns and questions especially on why Antos has not come aboard. What I would say in respect of this is, based on what we know and what is out there, this is a very well-run water tight situation which cannot afford one hold up, and especially at this stage of the proceedings with October 5th looming, 31 trading days away. The opposite of that would be one great con and a hoax, and one brilliantly master minded. Based on my own outside research and talking to the right people, I will side with the former. However I am not stupid to except everything UNTIL its clear and in black and white. That way we know it’s covered legally. For me whether Antos is on board or not is not important. He has shown his support, and whether you have 2bn or only 1 share it’s still support. I don’t know what he is like at the head of a business as I have never had that privilege, although there is plenty out there to support he does do a good job. I can safely say I respect his current support as a shareholder. So him coming aboard is not as important for me as WHAT is coming into BOU?
I have been in so many previous situations where when someone has been told something and then they go off blurting over social media and to close people. What will happen next is erratic price movements, RNSs on share price movements, RNS to clarify something that was not true, and the list goes on. Why? Because people have a tendency to misrepresent, and fail to realise that any information 10 levels later could become Chinese whispers. So looking at the price right now and the band it keeps moving within and the strategically placed sells right after buys when they have all day to have sold, tells me that BOU is being controlled and for good reasons. I have and maybe others have experienced this kind of behaviour before. I am 99% sure on the outcome, that 1% I will reserve until it’s in black and white because as clued up as we think and believe we are, no two situations are alike.
Wish you well Neilin62
Hi Countingcards,
Hopefully i will answer your ? others queries.
You have my word, (people that know me know exactly what that is worth) that i am NOT a trader. I hold every share i have bought with the exception of Debenhams, which i sold before they went into admin, and Quiz which i sold the day before the release of their accounts. (but did buy them back approx. 2 weeks later.) The £5.95 dealing charge is because i placed more than 20 orders in that month. Hope that clears that one up.
RE the green lithium, i knew about it previously. as you say, the info is there for all to see. I mentioned the dormant status, as chriszzr suggested them. What i find strange is Antos has not come aboard BOU despite his holding. When you look at companies house records, i also find it strange that he is connected with 3 others that have been mentioned on here numerous times regarding their "impressive credentials" The reason is say i find it strange is because all these individuals seem to be in the same companies, lots of them incorporated recently, lots of them having no assets other than "intangibles", impressive looking websites, (that look remarkably similar format), lots with poor reporting history etc, etc, To me there seems to be a bit of a common thread.
I repeat, i don't want people to get the wrong idea and think i am putting the co. down, i just like to dig into things. i do have a holding here, and i will continue.
I don't need to de-risk. Whilst i understand that my holding may seem sizeable, that is relative. To some it may be. To me it is not by any means. i have far larger investments. Some safe, low risk, some dividend paying, and some downright high risk. Saying that, i still want it to succeed. i

You wrote the following the other day

I would hope not. Green Lithium is a dormant company and has been since incorporation. Have a look at the accounts.
And on the 22 Jun 2019 00:18 (one of the questions)
Questions i have been asking myself :
5. Green lithium ltd. Another renewable connected company, and who just happens to be appointed as director on April 19th???
Now I am not sure but you can clear up, did you only come across the piece on Green Lithium on the 22nd since this was available as you pointed out long before? I met the guy from Green Lithium and found him to be decent but as a business and I mean no disrespect not even worth the time to link to BOU for obvious reasons. If I take a guess Antos joined because he spoke with the Director at Green Lithium and liked the future potential. A bit like you and me buying BOU. It may or may not deliver but better to be in than out just in case.
Also not sure if you are still a holder, or trading, but to get £5.95 per deal on HL would lead me to believe you are a frequent trader, even though to your credit you have said you are in for the long haul. You are still here? and not sold and wanting back in?
Precipice......Aus dictionary: squeezing dick to pi/ss
Precipice in a good way I hope lol
I like that word, precipice, hehe.
Neil
I am sure that we will all be interested if you have some information to offer
Chris
Couer has been done to death on this thread over the past 6 months. As has the previous rto attempts and reasons why it’s not completed. For a PI with a sizeable holding accumulated I’m assuming in the late .00020s. Since you started posting you have a lot of worry’s in your research and postings. Maybe derisking will reduce thosecworries for you. Either way we are at the precipice now - all will be revealed soon
Hi Chriszzr,
My understanding is that IAM SOLAR is registered in the UK with companies house and has to file with them. Be careful with the name though, you will find IAM SOLAR, (note the space) IAM SOLAR, IAM SOLAR (THREE) IAM SOLAR GROUP. Some disolved, some trading, accounts overdue etc. Worrying that 3 certain directors are the same ones involved in other companies, and connected to a certain other in Bould? Just my opinion of course.
Now Coeur Gold Armenia has gone through some interesting times if you look back far enough. Also, as far as i can ascertain, it failed to RTO on THREE occasions, not 2. It appears that it failed to pass beyond the term sheet on due diligance, when the intended RTO companies pulled out. I am suspicious that Coeur gold Armenia held by a certain director no longer appears to exist, yet Coeur Gold does in the UK (Coeur Gold Holdings) formed shortly after the last failed RTO, and guess who the director is.

Neil
Both of these companies are registered abroad so no information published at Co House, only the UK entity files over here
Chris
Cannabis oil????? Will be a big market soon
Hi Jace86,
It's not something that can be asked as in a question, it's more of what i am thinking based on what i have found. I want to see if i am correct in the way that i think that this is going, with certain individuals involved. Sorry if it sounds cryptic, but as i say, i don't want to give anyone the wrong impression. I,m about to retire for the night. Best regards
Neil
Compulsory almost always means no one filed. If there's nothing in the tank you don't waste time trying. Good holding!
Up to you what you post, if there's a question around it someone may be able to answer it... Or happy to see it privately or on Twitter @smallstocksjay
Hi Jace86,
Yes i certainly am in here, to the tune of just under 150 million, so i don't want anyone to get the wrong idea. I tend to dig and dig for information when i am in something, and it's amazing some of the things you find if you look deep enough, and in the right direction. It's while i was digging that i found out some information that i won't post until i see how this pans out. I don't want to be accused of anything. (10:30 on a friday night, and yes, i,m still digging!)
I understand your point re the strike off,s but some were compulsory as well as voluntary. Problem is, when it's the same people involved every time, it starts to ring bells.
Neil - why would you be at this stage? Sometimes it can be an advantage not to be but cannot rule it out in the future.
Its important to note too that dissolutions and strike off notices are of little importance in other entities. Hundreds of these used to pass through one of my old teams under a former employer every month. Sometimes if a company has no future this is simply just the end course of it's lifespan and a way of closing it. I haven't dug too deeply on those but we're they closed in a compulsory wind up or for any negative reason?
Curious as to what your view is here and if you are in or not?
I thought that Antos would be on the board by now i must admit. Still a while to go so it wouldn't surprise me if it still happens. All speculation still but with Antos being present by telephone at the AGM, i'm still confident.
JBmcr,
Yes, within 4 days! and 10 days before that, he became director of MERTZ PLC.
Looking back, he has also been a director of a number of companies that have been disolved. some of those being in the bio sector.
The thing i can't fathom is why Antos is not on the BOD of Bould given he is the largets shareholder
Neil,
I remember that they applied to be struck off around the time that Syms became Chairman here.
JBmcr,
Did you notice that NANO LAB, the biotech co that Syms is (was) a director of, is now disolved as a result of voluntary was stike off 3 days ago?
Neil
chriszzr, I would not want it to be either of the 2 you mention. "Coeur gold armenia" does not appear to exist under that name anymore, and take a look at iam solar's micro accounts. You want to be in a company that has been the subject of compulsory strike off notifications?
My thoughts exactly JBmcr with the lack of leaks - it re-affirms that everything is being done right and it's not to be something that'll be a tin pot lifestyle AIM co where too many seem to know in advance.
I agree with Jace in terms of Antos and his links(or lack of) with the potential RTO target(s).
Most of my own research has gone into possible Health/Bio companies. A few biggies out their which have hinted at a possible listing this year, however trying to find any link with Antos or Syms has proved near impossible. Nothing has been shared on here either, which on the one hand is frustrating, but the professionalism of those in control with no leaks is admirable. GLA
Hi Cowboyinvestor, i can only offer my own personal opinion on what i think having done extensive research into certain companies and indiviiduals. Green lithium would not be a company to RTO into given their apparent lack of assets. The whole point of the RTO is to get an unlisted company with private equity into the listed market. I have seen Coeur Gold and Scotia Exploration mentioned many times. again, i would urge you to look at their balance sheet. Except you can't as they are newly formed companies, who have not submitted any accounts. As i say, this is all my own opinion, and counts for nothing, but always do your own research.
Neil
I'm very much with you on this thought process. I'm not convinced that it will be a company connected to Antos. I think he just wanted the old assets, however that said, he's very much supportive, from a shareholders point and financially for what may be going with the RTO process.
