Well said Gus, wtf is going on !!!
No updates or welcome from our new CEO, it’s not a good sign and so far nothing has changed. I’d have made communication with investors one of my main priorities
If it wasn’t for our discovery and the Calgary guys I’d have no confidence at all.
Brimacombe buying at this price when he's up you'd think. About 1:30pm.
We only get rumours with this share, so any sourced info should be viewed cautiously, however what goes on in the background will come to fruition when all the details have been completed. Until then, the company can't say anything. Obviously the likes of Alan Brimacombe who has 10% will be more clued up and the fact we have a new CEO who is a finance specialist for oil and gas can only mean that BOR are in finance negotiations of some sort. Bonds, farmout, sale, any one of these options monetises the asset, so it's all good imo.
A great buying opportunity on this no volume drop will quickly push the price up.
Personally I don't believe it one bit, but the bond issue I have voiced before and that could be a go-er. After all, if nobody is really that interested then we have to do it by ourselves. It's not super big money in the grand scheme of oil development and is definitely possible. On another note I just saw an A trade for under £50 drop our value by nearly 10%, the games continue and can continue when the stock is so stagnant.
2nd hand source, and no.
So POC you're a 3rd hand source. Does that Canadian company that took over ARG's licence come into it ?
Kind thanks page of cups surprised its dropped at 2p will buy a load if she hits
Buffit. I can't tell other than a 2nd hand source who has contacts..sorry can't be more precise.
Scoredagain, I believe Navitas bond issue as part of a farmout deal for their share with BOR's own finance piggy backed on the back of the farmout deal allowing BOR to fund retain a bigger percentage. If RKH join in, then funding less onerous.
Page of cups thats new to me with the bond issue where can i read up on it
Can you tell us where you heard it ?
I've heard it's a 3 way partnership with BOR, Navitas and RKH. BOR also getting in on Sea Lion as Navitas are looking for a third partner and if BOR can get finance for a share of Sealion it helps out Navitas to do a deal with BOR. RKH have a slug of cash coming from their arbitration which they can use to partner with BOR along with Navitas..Basically the whole of the Falklands is going to be sewn up with a tri party consortium operated by Navitas. It's a huge deal and Baker is working on the money side for BOR.
Don't think Obee was pushed out. He's been the brains behind Borders for 20 years and co founded the company based on his expertise. Made a basin open discovery with the first well. That sort of success is Exxon like. If he was really that bad he would of gone a long time ago. As for Baker, I don't think he's a qualified petro geologist or petro engineer, but is an equity capital raiser and money funder for oil and gas projects/companies. He's either raising capital for Borders to leverage discussions to get a good farmout deal with our share of funding for a higher percentage, or a sale of the company. The fact Obee has gone, means the geological and engineering expertise is not needed, so either a partner is stepping in to take operatorship as part of a farmout, or it's a sale of the company. There's a potential bond issue, but Borders would need a geologist and engineer to oversee operations if keeping 100% of the asset and Obee would of stayed. Obee going points to a farmout and transfer of operatorship or a sale.
I suppose there is only so long investors can tolerate shi*t communication regardless of the so called prize- we are human. Worrying thing here is its radio silence every single day and not even a welcome RNS from the new CEO. Was Obee pushed out of the job because he was an absolute failure of doing a deal regardless of him discovering Darwin? Who is Baker anyway (our new CEO), according to my research his disclosures are a company that's gone and a company that's dormant.
Is he our Chairman's man/mate or something else? Why him? I don't see a glorious history with Baker?
WTF is going on? My main reassurance is that the greedy ones are still here increasing and as the saying goes- follow the money.....
Anyone contacted the new CEO and asked what he's doing?
Just because there's not much on the bid doesn't mean there isn't much on the quote, which there is a fair bit to buy from 2.5- 2.7p. The ask its all 3p+ so the indications are no cheap selling and the buyers not keen to pay more than a lowish price either. So basically nobody is really bothered about buying or selling which equals- no market. Needs news
Just another shake down POC, they have to move it up soon.
Not offering much on the bid though so maybe working a sell in? Any news on that side, gus?
Where are they going to move the price now??
Nothing doing at these levels.
Navitas steadily moving ahead in the Falklands with 10,000 sqm of laydown area office accommodation etc being constructed. Mud for drilling has been ordered along with other long lead items.
Full stop then comma........... then sleep/ biggest sentence ever written. Welcome on board.
Hi yes I believe in the Falklands have being buying rkh had exite energy when it boomed sold at a good price desire petrol burned me although I was only doing a day trade with desire tired to sell at a profit but bank held up things buy that time they found traces of oil but more evain water in for the long run on this one some inkling they will strike big soon
Nice buy Rookie. Just need some news. It can't be far away.
Well I’ve just put a £10k buy through in my isa about 45 minutes ago and it’s not showing so they are up to their usual games.
Something needs to light a fire under this..or someone. A watched pot never boils as the saying goes..
The heat has been on for a while.
I feel like we are getting close now. Just a hunch but I’m
Sure there’s something brewing.
