Interesting find! Junpie has been around the block with Japanese Petroleum, Total etc and lived in the USA,Europe and is back home now in Japan. Facebook shows him as freelancing since 2021 and being the pipe construction director for us since last year. He's also been to North Seaton recently which has to be FES Subsea, great to see real progress and as everyone knows the final tick in the box is capital. Investors with deep pockets arriving as well, exciting days ahead.
Could the connection be this company…
FES International - Delivering fluid transfer solutions to the oil & gas sector

Re my previous post, anyone know of a connection between North Seaton
& BOR ?
Does the " borders " in " borders & southern " refer to the Scottish borders ????
FROM FACEBOOK : Started at BOR 9/5/2023 as Pipe Construction Director, North Seaton, Northumberland, UK.
Previous Jobs : Pipeline Director @ TotalEnergies ; Industrial Welder @ Japan Petroleum Exploration Company Limited.
Banzai ! ?
Yes, good find, so Borders have a need for a pipe line director, dispite not having the funds to progress with the project... .. premature appointment or the world's best kept secret?
Fair play to you POC you know how to dig for info
Interesting...
Sounds Japanese. They fitting out, modifying an FPSO?
So who's this guy. I'm not on facebook so can't open.

You have always been able to buy shares on IG, I hold half of mine with them. They dont offer BOR on a spread bet but buying stock is fine.
I hold all mine through Barclays, but you could never buy shares in bor before on IG, especially not leveraged. Now you can and I’m wondering why.
I do use IG for other trades and think it’s a decent platform but I’m pretty sure that now it offers BOR it will have a big impact on buying pressure on our share price
I don't buy shares on IG , only SB positions, also, Bor isn't available on ig's SB.
I Buy shares through my broker(s) , on line or by phone. Cheers
How come you can buy bor on IG now? You couldn’t before?
Calgary could start buying again. He's missed out on a chunk of shares. Won't like the competetion.
Paid ...£0.028ish....Happy to keep adding in drips when possible at sub 5p...IMHO
Adding *few* more now....The big boys are loading up while the PI
are just watching....never mind
It’s evident that this is being held back now. There’s no way these kind of volumes can be bought and we have barely moved. Like gus said, I’ll wait on an RNS to show if we have had a seller but at the minute I have no idea what’s going on. All positive and pointing in the right direction imo though
Waiting with baited breath, it is fair to say there have been many false dawns with this share, but I am having a really hard time convincing myself that there isnt something behind investors like ADB and Mr Mason being here and increasing their holdings.
Gus, The holding are dated 30th December 2023.
Yeah agree on the website. Needs refreshing and promoting.
I wouldn't trust borders website, still got obee on there as CEO. Pretty rubbish really not to have an up to date exciting website, they have had plenty of time to create one and the money........
Look at the major shareholders on the website. You can see Mr H Mason's holding @ 4.7%.
https://www.bordersandsouthern.com/investor-relations/share-price-information/#major
Yep looks like he took Damille's holding or simply bought more from the open market ( yet to see Damille's dumping notice) Surprised that the price here isn't flying at the moment when its fairly obvious something is afoot.
H Mason is also shown with that holding on barclays research centre Gus, so appears he has upped from just under 4 to 7.22%
Why would anyone be selling here after seeing two huge holders increasing their position?
According to market screener there is a H MANSON which I presume is a typo and is H MASON, he apparently is on the list at just under 4% and if you add Damille holding you will get to the new figure in the RNS (ish). I dont ever remember seeing a disclosure for him crossing 3% before though.
