At present, the Company considers its principal risks - business, financial and operational – to be
the following:
• Management of liquid resources and cash flow
• Exchange rate fluctuations

• Government, regulatory and community actions
• Management of fiscal regimes and free movement of cash
The Company adheres to its financial position and prospects procedures memorandum (FPPPM),
which sets out a framework of internal financial controls, the effectiveness of which is reviewed
by the executive management, the Audit Committee, and the Board in light of an ongoing
assessment of significant risks facing the Company.
The Board is responsible for reviewing and approving overall Company strategy, approving
revenue, capital budgets and plans, and for determining the financial structure of the Company.
All material contracts and expenditures are approved by the Board. Monthly results and variances
from plans and forecasts are reported to the Board, together with forecasts for the current financial
year and the following year.

controls.
In addition, Directors are covered by the relevant Directors’ and Officers’ liability insurance and all

Rob Collins has over 20 years' experience in natural resources corporate finance, advising on a broad range of corporate transactions spanning various commodity groups and transactions primarily at Evolution Securities, Canaccord Genuity Europe and GMP Securities Europe. He has successfully advised on numerous IPOs, public and private equity raises and M&A transactions for many UK, Canadian and Australian listed companies as well as acting as CFO for Victoria Oil & Gas Plc. Rob commenced his career at Coopers and Lybrand and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Boil have been very transparent about where he worked. Kever you really do need to start reading the rns' if you are goinng to sharpen your deramping skills. Really can't take you seriously at the moment when you don't have a scooby doo about the fundamentals on Boil.
Kever Vog had problems way before Rob joined you may want to go back a few years. Also he is not on the bod. https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/markets/article-2542216/Bitter-dispute-oil-firms-RSM-Victoria-Oil-Gas-set-return-arbitration-courts.html
Do remember Andy Butler is in charge at Boil he will be directing where the money is spent.
BOIL shareholders need warning about Rob Collins. He was utterly incompetent at VOG and he was CFO when they went tits up. But of course the demise of VOG had nothing to do with the CFO who manages the purse strings !!!!!!! LOL
Kever, you seem fixated on Victoria Oil and Gas and Boil's new CFO, Boil is a different company to VOG and it has a serious asset, with farm up achieved and is in discussions for farmout with a rejuvenated and highly motivated board - you have ignored all the other good work Collins has done and his general experience - even if that includes inherited problems at VOG which involved re-tested and quite complicated legal dispute.
Rather than just concentrating on a specific, why not check out the company and recent RNS' / interviews, then see if you still want to criticise otherwise it just seems like deliberate disruption.
Still listed as a Director of the failed VOG at companies house. Stinks the house out. Why wasn't this mentioned when he joined BOIL that he was still a VOG Director ?
"i've told you countless times rob collins only became vog cfo in august 2020 and 18 months later a tribunal ruled against vog for claims relating back to 2016, a case that had been going on since 2018 long before collins. so its nothing to do with collins who had only been in situ for 18 months"
Talk abour defending the indefensible. Collins was CFO for nearly 2 years at VOG before it went bust. He was adamant that VOG would win at the tribunal. He had no contingency plans if they lost. VOG did lose. Collins was utterly incompetent at VOG. Collins was complicit in VOG's demise. Don't say he had nothing to do with it as he bloody did.

Froggy - Please turn spell check on. That was painful.
The appraisal well is considered “low risk”. The entire purpose of the well is to prove the asset. You never know until the well is drilled, but as I say, AB and his team consider it “low risk”.
If you go on the Baron Oil website you can see every RNS and read it. All your questions will be mysteriously answered.
Alternatively you could just listen to Santiago and Kever. They will guide you well.
Santiago - you need a lobotomy.
Meadow - best to ignore mate. I plan to.
kever- you can say what you like you will have no effect on genuine baron oil holders so the only person suffering is you and if you are on something i suggest you come of it.
santiago- boasting on a post over the weekend " i'm holding 70million odd" talking out of is **** as usual there must be better places where you two can post, and kever if we lose money in baron oil we are all grown ups or should be take the loss and move on with your lives.
Done with this kever the copy and paste p r i c k. Honestly far too many idiots on this site. Admin need to get a handle on it. Waste of time
Nobody told him nothing he’s just talking gibberish
