allianze - i have joined the BMR watch group - pooling together seems the best way forward . i have a lot invested here and will do whats best to see AB and his cronies accountable for the disgraceful way they have crushed our dream !!
Still hoping we salvage something ?
i've also signed up to the group..
ruman99,
By setting up a shareholders' group that represents a sizable portion of the PIs. Other shareholders have managed to easily get over the 10% mark. We can then get a formal meeting with him, which if necessary it can be audio-recorded and put on the BMR website or requested from the comany secretary. This was done by SOLO shareholders to good effect. Borrelli will have to answer questions put to him, and we can drill further for more detailed answers, which currently he is able to dodge.
IF the answers he provides do not satisfay the majority of members then they can push for an EGM, and if necessary vote him out. Borrelli does not have a God given right to be CEO of BMR. At this point it may be that JLP may try and save his skin, BUT I will bet that they will not want to be seen overriding the wishes of the PIs and will feel that it would be better for him to go. In either case, I do not think that Borrelli will want that level of humiliation. So he will co-operate in any dialogue, or like Ritson of SOLO will resign. He will be replaced by a non-executive until a proper replacement is found. More importantly, it will send a clear mesage to the other directors both at BMR and JLP that the PIs will not be easily rolled over.
BUT first fet us get to first base, and set up a group. The more verified members the better ! Then we can take it from there.
runman99, at them moment we are looking to build up a group of shareholders with a combined total holding of 5%+ in BMR. Once that happens we can start to demand more information and answers from AB.
If AB is found to have acted negligently against shareholders, then yes, we could possibly take legal action.
Bring - I don't know you or anyone else on here I simply react to stuff which I read when I am invested and if I don't think it is right I will get involved and support or challenge as I think is appropriate especially if I feel that posters are attempting to influence or spin in a way I feel is misleading. AB is of course the one who has failed us all and instead of using the correct forms of formal communication to engage with shareholders both clearly and contemporaneously he has latched onto one or two to do his job for him and to save him the trouble and indeed to give him a buffer which is weak in the extreme. My focus now is to hope that my hedge in JLP will recover some of my losses and perhaps a little return here in the fullness of time. I will resist venting here any more and will engage on the JLP board in a more productive manner to save others from having to read my musings.
BMR - How do we go about getting AB to answer to us shareholders ? what we actually needs to be done ? can we actually do anything - bemused as everyone else in this share - its painful to see this slip away when were looking to move forward with JLP on board .
Can we shareholders take him to court ?
bandit1,
It's not productive in the situation we are in to maintain past animosities. The person who should bear the blame is clear, and it's Borrelli. Lets concentrate on getting a group together now, if only for self interest. I hope that you can also help in any way that you can.
Bandit, you obviously don't like me, perhaps I can be the bigger man by offering you an olive branch. Instead of trying and failing to belittle me on a public bulletin board, why don't you put your time to better use and fight with us? Join the BMR Watch group and ensure we do have something left for ourselves.
P.S. Why don't you have another read of some of my recent conversation posts and tell me where you would find most of that information in the public domain? I think you'd struggle. You could have always picked up the phone yourself if you felt you could have done a better job than me...
Yes, I sent mine a short while ago. I'm sure they will get back to us. I noticed they have updated the site at least twice today.
Bring - you appeared to get off on the fact that fellow shareholders used to hang onto every word from your private updates from AB as if you were some kind of company expert in a privileged position and you denounce people like 3card and me who have been around the block a few times, see right through it - and want you to know that. If you had provided useful information from these conversations which we could not possibly glean from public information and they were not price sensitive ( as that would be illegal if you acted on it) you would have earned my respect. In fact quite the contrary as the inexperienced on here appear to have built up a degree of hope and indeed before suspension perhaps were influenced by your overtly positive transcripts from these conversations . Allianze has the right idea but AB will simply do what he does - duck and dive and avoid implicating himself. The damage is done now and all that is left is for the vultures to pick at the bones so perhaps you may learn from this as AB has played you like an old fiddle and you must feel gutted that he has. Let's hope that whether we are listed on an even less regulated exchange or remain private there is still a morsel or two for us to receive in return for a brutal experience. Chin up and send my regards to Vig when you next share a private conversation or two.
BringMyReward,
Have you managed to become a member at BMRWatch yet ? I have created a free Shutterfly account and sent an email (using the same email address) to their gmail e-mail accounts at (bmrw.pool and bmr.watch ). But havn't got the invite yet from admin yet. I am sure they are busy !
https:// bmrwatch .shutterfly .com/
I know some of the delay can be attributed to us operating in Africa, but I don't buy that off as an excuse for AB to use. Like you say he's had ample opportunity to sort the situation, instead he appears to have dragged his feet, and look where we are because of it.
He has a lot to answer for and the BMR Watch group needs to delve deep into the current operations to find out what's going off. There is certainly more than meets the eye to this never ending bad news story.
It could all change if we take action... Https://*******************.com/
BringMyReward,
I am sure you are right. That's why I have to sent another e-mail for him to claify. No reply yet! However, he will not be able to dodge, fudge, or misinform IF we get a shareholder group together. We can then drill down and get him to answer questions on the record. Until then, it is useful to formulate the questions, and details that he is obmitting now to answer for later.
As I point out in my e-mail to him, regarding the whole license debacle, that is something that will have to be carefully scrutinize by BMR shareholders. In the meantime it's good you have recordings. It may show a pattern of mis-information and intentional delaying tactics. That's why I included a section in the e-mail pointing out that the reason we are in this mess is either by negligence on his part in performing his duties, or that it had been done with prior intent.
I cannot see any explaination other than the above as to why, given the time he had, the NOMAD and lifting of the suspension could not have been done in a timely manner. The unceratinty about the license, if an issue, was caused by the delaying tactics of JLP, which must have been agreed by BMR/Borrelli!
RNS is on the market news section link below but hasn't been added to the BMR collection yet.

allianze, I find that if you contact via Email he is quite selective about which questions he answers from the list. When I have him on the phone he can't avoid them so easily as I can press him for an answer.

No idea exactly what is going to happen. We haven’t lost our investments just yet. Options are being explored behind closed doors.
Sorry for being thick as I am on holiday. Have we lost all our money or not? I don’t understand why we haven’t had an rns!! Just coming to this late. Can someone give me a simple answer please!!!
Is there a comprehensive list of HMRC approved stock markets?
I wasn't concerned about proving it to the doubters, but in a court of law!
Well it doesn't look like we will be going back on AIM, so I'll take another exchange any day.
I have recorded calls and Emails, but that doesn't prove anything to the doubters lol. Stuff em!
Another exchange is dangerous.
I had RRL shares sold for nothing on the Aussi market when an isa provider found they were not trading for over the time limit. My other account Selftrade did not sell. So some interpretation of the rules. The only reason they stay in your isa is they can not do anything with them if they are private company shares. If we re-list on a non HMRC approved market they COULD be moved or sold under the isa rules.
I am with Selftrade
That's OK BringMyReward. But the difference between conversations and e-mails is that the former is documented and time-stamped. It cannot be disputed. With conversations, that's a different matter unless you taped your conversations with Borrelli.
Excellent emails, I can only think that borrelli won't like them. He's been a disgrace.
