Surt, you are not going to get answers on here. If you really are a shareholder and really are a member of BMR Watch and really have signed in then why don't you ask your questions on the Discussion Forum? It is not like you are shy at coming forward or airing your views is it?
Can't take that long to draft 'Sorry'.
But as Elton John wrote "Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word"
Borrelli has no problem adding RNSs to the website within a day of them appearing on the official London Stock Exchange RNS News, so there is no excuse for not carrying out other updates promptly - like deleting the statement about us being listed on AIM.
The site was designed by http://www.corporatesonline.com/index.php
who offer a range of services to their clients. Maybe it was a one off design with no maintenance contract, or maybe we have a maintenance contract with them but Borrelli doesn't provide them with regular updates.
We can't even afford to have the website updated. It still says we are listed on AIM. Borrelli is just treating PIs with utter contempt. Unlisted companies can use RNS Reach
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/products-and-services/rns/rns-reach/rns-reach.htm
to make announcements. They appear in the RNS News section with an 'R' after them, ie RNS-R.
Borrelli can't use the feeble excuse that there is no news to announce. He has responded to every other RNS issued by Jubilee concerning the Kabwe Project, so why not this time?
Come on AB, are you not going to respond to the JLP RNS?
Have you heard of RNS Reach ?
https://www.lseg.com/areas-expertise/market-information/regulatory-news-service/rns-reach
It is for DELISTED companies to use .
I can confirm Eric is alive and well posting on the JLP site, or at least he was yesterday.
The figure is due to be updated, but adding holdings submitted to day I calculate we are now over 49m or about 14.6%
Ruman99, can i suggest you go onto the BMRWatch site and ask your questions there. There is no point discussing any strategy here on an open forum. Borrelli is probably already 2 steps ahead of us .
That should be "No its (sic) going to J. Metals"
" No it's (sic) going to J Metals"
Haha, what a j**k .
Okay, everyone stand down.
GLR RNS 3348V, 23 July 2018, regarding "Star Zinc" - 'The first renewal period initially expired 13 August 2016 but was extended to 13 August 2018. The company has submitted an application for the next period.'
Annual Report 2016 and RNS 3264J of 29 March 2018 mention the Large Scale Prospecting Licence 19653-HQ-LPL ("Star Zinc"). Wonder whether LEL and LPL are one and the same licence ?
Just been looking at this site
http://portals.flexicadastre.com/zambia/
If you enter 'enviro' in the search box our 2 mining licences and the one exploration licence 19653-HQ-LEL will appear. The exploration licence is due to expire on 13 August 2018.
Is this something else that we need to worry about ,or is Enviro/BMR in the process of applying to renew it?
"Let the lawyers handle it."
"Borrelli will be prosecuted, and you will be the main witness"
Are you saying that you or someone you know has already initiated legal proceeding ? and are you talking criminal proceedings (proof beyond reasonable doubt) or civil proceedings (balance of probabilities)? If so then it is in your interest NOT to publicise ti here. Join BMRWatch and speak about it behind closed doors.
Or are you just bluffing in an attempt to instill fear and dissuade shareholders from taking action?
I don't think a Court of either type is going to pay much attention to private informal conversations which took place during a period of suspension when the repeating of those conversation here or elsewhere could have no influence on the share price, nor on the actions or inactions of BMR shareholders.
Statements made by Borrelli in RNSs pre-suspension and during suspension will be much more pertinent and relevant, as will statements made by Leon Coertzer - the latter perhaps more so since JLP have been trading all this time and any inaccuracies, exagerations and untruths on his behalf will be relevant and WILL have directly influenced JLP share price and investor sentiment.
If you are going after Borrelli then expect LC to fall too
Hi Troajan my friendly trader, well said.
I have always questioned these phone calls to Borrelli since I resumed posting on here a couple of months ago. Yet I don't bear Bring any grudge. For one thing we have been suspended for 6 months, so no one could act on anything that Bring said Borrelli said anyway! That is why I thought the phone calls were pointless. We are all grown up here and responsible for our own thoughts and reactions.
3card , I hope you change your mind and join BMRWatch. a new user name and anonymity. What have you to got to lose?
For everyone's information you can access the BMRWatch site on your moile phone by downloading the Shutterfly 'share sites' app available on IOS and Android. If you are registered, just log into the app and it should take you directly to BMRW The Android app is pretty rubbish. I believe the IOS one is better. But unless we move to a new web host it is all that is available.
Abertawe, I would suggest that we continue posting on here for a while but only to encourage other shareholders to register on the BMRWatch site. Any discussions about our strategy as a group going forward should be kept on the BMRWatch site where only genuine shareholders can view it.
RNS is on the market news section link below but hasn't been added to the BMR collection yet.

Reference my earlier message, this is the secure message I sent to Interactive Investor from my account, along with their reply:
My secure message:
Good morning. BMR Group PLC have today been delisted from AIM. Can you please advise what happens to my holdings in the company and what options are available to me? Ideally I would like to obtain a paper certificate of my shares as they can no longer be traded through my account. I look forward to your reply.
Reply from Interactive Investor:
"Dear Mr xxxx
Thank you for your secure message dated 3rd August.
You will still hold shares in the company as it is limited by shares and we can hold it indefinitely to you.
As you mention, you could withdraw the holding into certificated form which has a charge of £42.
The other option would be to transfer the shares electronically to a broker who can deal in unlisted securities. This would cost £30.
For the former option, you may potentially be able to sell the holding directly with the in-house broker. However, I would recommend contacting the company directly in relation to this matter.
We trust that we have answered your questions, however please do let us know if we can do anything else for you. You can continue to write to us by secure message. "
If you are serious about offering to set up/run a SAG then I think you should speak to the BMRWatch site owner. There may be a way you can take over the site from him, or he may be able to transfer the contents of the site to another platform of your choosing where you can change the name if you think 'Shareholder Action Group' is more appropriate.
Certainly 'Watch' has more passive connotations than 'Action' and the latter might encourage more shareholders to become active. That is no slight on the site manager of BMRWatch who has always been very proactive.
Allianz mentioned SOLO, where the S.A.G did exactly that.
