'The Directors are pursuing a number of options in order to maximise value for shareholders including seeking an alternative trading platform for the Company's shares with the full support of Jubilee, its 29% shareholder.'
I knew the term 'shareholder value', or in this case 'maximise value for shareholders' would be used somewhere !. Basically, they want to provide the means for as many PIs to sell off cheap. They will then increase their share and reduce the influence of PIs. Canny bast**ds, that Bird and Borrelli !

Barno, if he's been lying we could easily find out, especially if we are successful with BMR Watch. I would also suggest that he could now divulge as much insider information as he wants, seeing as we are not bound by AIM rules anymore.
Sounds like JLP would prefer us to be trading. Maybe we could list on the NEX like some have already suggested.
Sidebar - the longer it went on the more I knew in myself that delisting was going to happen. I read what others told me not just here but elsewhere and always thought to myself 'well he would say that wouldn't he' about everything relayed. Borrelli couldn't just come out and say what he had planned. He started making negative noises yesterday conveniently when it was too late.
Barno - in this game I really wouldn't be surprised by any outcome.
hope.
Sounds interesting. Thanks for posting. We still need to take action though, things need to change.
...on investegate website:
The Directors acknowledge that the Company was delisted from AIM today and are particularly disappointed having made significant advances in recent months with Jubilee Metals Group Plc ("Jubilee") on the Kabwe project and in securing a prospective new nomad who recently visited the Kabwe project.
As announced by Jubilee today, BMR and Jubilee have entered into discussions under which Jubilee has offered to fully fund the completion of the Kabwe project against an immediate fixed dilution of BMR's interest in the Kabwe project.
The Directors are pursuing a number of options in order to maximise value for shareholders including seeking an alternative trading platform for the Company's shares with the full support of Jubilee, its 29% shareholder.
Shareholders will be kept informed of further developments through the Company's website
It does look like Borrelli has been lying through his teeth while generating enough white noise to keep everyone at arms length. It makes his self righteous indignation at MA's criminal betrayal even more nauseatingly hypocritical.
I suppose Jubilee will be warming his seat on their board as a reward for services rendered.
Perhaps there is an AGM coming up for one of his other companies. He'll be there.
KlueLoss - I am certain that AB engineered the delisting. A lot of people called it weeks ago, it's just hard to really believe that kind of stuff actually goes on. AB is just trying to get out of this as intact as he can.
I’m sure it can’t be hard to track him down.. find out his whereabouts and question him face to face!!!!!
Sorry I can't stay
Gotta go to hospital now, I'll try and catch up later
yes atgmail.com not letting me put the mail address in
I wonder if the old "Millionairre's Club" could be reinstated.....
LJC might know
Or Valencia
I suspect the 3 investors ( if they did exist) will be saying ' there but for the grace of god, go I' and will be giving Ponzirelli a wide berth along with every other broker, nomad, banker, company director. Indeed he may be encouraged to consider his position on other Boards and if I was a director of companies where he is still involved I would not be comfortable with the lingering smell every time he walks into the Board room. Having said all of that I still think that there is a small chance that shareholders get something back if the plant is built as promised but a smaller slice of the pie naturally.
Is this the BMR group that's being talked about to fight this issue?
sorry missed the **********
Thats gmail.com
Simply create a free Shutterfly account (www.shutterfly.com) then send an email (using the same email address you setup your shutterfly account with) to bmrw.pool**********
The admin will then send an invite for you to join the BMR Watch site.
It couldn't be easier! At this stage we are not asking for proof of share holding.
Why did we choose Shutterfly to host this site? At the time (early 2014) it was the easiest option to get a site up quickly. We are investigating alternatiives.
There never any investors let alone '3'
There has been no NOMAD checking out the site etc....
Up until yesterday Borrelli was espousing full confidence in the NOMAD being on board in time and then yesterday all of a sudden it wasn't going to happen - how convenient .
All the above has happened to calm what would have become a baying mob of angry investors who want answers, various people who've relayed what they've been told have all been used to calm everyone's nerves.
Yes it is a shiny hat I'm wearing and maybe it is made of tin foil but everything is to convenient and doesn't add up.
Bring - ' I wonder what the 3 investors think of this situation,,,,,,,,' I assume that you are referring to the fictitious saviours who were about to invest personal funds at a premium to the suspended price - yes? I suggest you reflect on what you have just written. Now is not the time for mindless comments when so many have lost so much. I hope that a shareholder group is set up and someone shrewd with experience of business and financial markets and importantly the time to devote to it holding AB to account. With respect you don't come across as that sort of person. I will tip my worthless shares in along everyone else and will give the benefit of my own experience as required but best for all if someone of substance leads it. Just my opinion.
Just wondering if Ab has done this to any other company's.
How do you get access to the group ????
It's all still on the negotiation table at the moment, so if we act quickly we might be able to intervene. Although it seems like the whole thing was planned in advance to me, almost like Leon knew he could back us into a corner to take a bigger slice of Kabwe.
