Wonga borrowers have still got to pay the money back, shame it don't work that way for PI's when this sort of thing happens as I would call it tough s**t. I lost on HMV and lone behold they carried on trading under the same fkg name. Rules for them and rules for us, FCA chocolate teapot. I suppose they can't prosecute too many of their mates or the champagne breakfasts will stop.
Nobody could invest in BMR whilst the license is in default and the new license conditions could not be met. It is still technically in default (whatever JLP tell us), although it seems that JLP has received verbal assurances from the Ministry around their proposed new timetable.
Just been flicking through JLP website came across Kabwe project , the last line makes reference to strong earnings ? if this was the case why or why did AB fcuk it up for us, i am sure we could have found the right investor if he wanted to .
Targeting the recovery of lead, zinc and vanadium from surface assets at Kabwe located in Zambia
6.4 million tonnes (3.2 million JORC compliant) surface material containing an estimated 356 843 tonnes of zinc and 351 386 tonnes of lead.
Jubilee holds 87.5% in Kabwe Operations Limited, a joint venture company formed with BMR Group PLC to execute the project.
Jubilee retains 29% of BMR Group PLC, and therefore a total beneficial interest of 91.5% in the Kabwe project
Jubilee has been appointed as the sole operator of the Kabwe project giving it full control of the project execution methodology.
Currently negotiating terms to begin production in Q2 2019.
Profit offers strong earnings potential targeting the production of lead, zinc and vanadium.

Morning BigBaadAL
Can't paste an actual link for website as it appears to be a banned term on LSE
The best I can do is
https:// b m r w a t c h. s h u t t e r f l y. c o m
Take out all the spaces and it should bring you to where you need to be then follow the instructions.
(I think you will need to sign up to shutterfly first and whatever email you use there will be the email you'll use for signing in to the BMR W atch site.)
Also the email you need to prove your holdings through is below.
bmrw. pool @ g mail .com (remove spaces)
Ensure you let them know which email address you’ve used to sign up to shutterfly with so they can identify you.
Good morning Danlaur,
I am a holder of a significant amount of BMR shares.
I am also a dinosaur who knows very little about websites etc and have had consequently not been able to find any website relating to BMR Watch to which you have referred ??
Is the BMR watch website on the dark web ?? Please enlighten me as to how I can find it, and then I can register.
I note you have provided an email address which I will use after I have had a look at the BMR Watch website you have referred to.
I would appreciate any help you can provide to help me find this illusive website.
Many thanks,
BigBaadAL
We had very little information when we were Listed - i expect nothing from here on ..... BMR Watch Group is more important now then ever if we are going to be heard !!
• Governance – Non-listed companies are not required to comply with corporate governance norms other than their standard duties under the Companies Act.
• Notifications of substantial shareholdings – Listed companies must provide timely updates on changes in the holdings of major investors but that is not the case in the unlisted market. This means it is harder to find out who else is on the shareholder register of an unlisted company.
• General meetings and AGMs – Listed companies are required to hold annual general meetings (AGMs) and other extraordinary general meetings (EGMs) to pass shareholder resolutions, such as if they want to undertake a capital raising or to vote to approve a dividend payment. There’s no requirement for resolutions to be passed at general meetings at unlisted companies, though shareholders must be notified in writing of any changes
So much for Ab keeping us informed,he’s not even decent enough to do that———snake.
For those interested in contributing to a legal fund - There is a poll running on BMR Watch to gauge how many people would be willing to donate, and how much. At this stage you don't have to commit to anything, we're just interested in potential figures.
Also, if you have already posted your shareholding on BMR Watch but not officially confirmed it, could you please log on and do so by following the instructions in the discussion section? We need to increase our official shareholder voting power.
Thanks,
Bring
I also said I would be prepared to donate to the legal fund.
I am surprised at the sniping that goes on here as I considered all to be balanced educated people with common purpose in trying to salvage what is left of the company. We had the chance some 4 years ago. The warning was on the wall ( shades of a previous departed member of the BOD- Ali whatsit), but I am sorry to say the British disease of" apathy" has struck ie wringing of hands and howls of what can I do. I do believe there used to be a saying " together we win, but fragmented we fall" Thereby we have become immobilised. So we should rather become constructive and not destructive As the departed Cameron once said "We are all in this together"..........Are we?
I think that the venom and anger and that feeling that we have of being financially used and abused should be directed firmly and uncompromisingly at the BMR board. Muster our resources and call an EGM. First things first is get rid of Borelli and put our own people within the AIM vipers nest to protect that which remains. Then make sure that we leave no stone unturned in examining the path to this engineered debacle. I will happily dig in my pocket to help fund any legal challenges that may be pursued. Giving Bird and co a very challenging ride will be high on the list. Where is our Elliot Ness?
3 Card...
Tonality is always difficult in the written form...
Whilst you post the opening line from my initial post, you apparently / conveniently miss off the most important bit at the end... “LOL”
Perhaps I misunderstood the tone of your original post where you infer “you have either a previous BMR handle or an existing alter ego”... or perhaps not. 😳
Have a nice day!
"Run out of other people to poke have we ?
I don't believe I was having a poke. I merely asked a quite reasonable question on your background in view of the sequence and timing of your very recent appearance on this board. I'm sure one or two others may have had similar thoughts.
Why so touchy?
Danlaur is a confirmed committee member of BMR Watch. He's proven his shareholding and Laffer, (site owner and committee member) has done his background checks.
3card, have you signed up to BMR Watch and confirmed your shareholding yet? We need as many shares pooled as possible so we have a fighting chance of making a change for the better.
Run out of other people to poke have we ? Lol
I’ve been in the shadows on here for many years, having (sadly) been a holder of BMR for a long time.
No, I’ve not had a previous handle or anything... simply decided to start posting in response to notice of delisting after offering to help / Support BMR Watch and in the eager anticipation of hopefully rescuing something from this whole mess.
You joined this board 3 weeks ago with this tentative quote "My first post, so please be gentle.", coincidentally the day after our notice of de-listing, and since when your entire posting history has been about BMR Watch and an almost desperate plea for all to join and prove holdings.
Obviously you have either a previous BMR handle or an existing alter ego on here. Might we be permitted to know what it is so that we have some idea of who is trying to garner our personal details?
hidsight is a wonderfull thing
well done.

Yes... It’s time to send in your PROOF OF HOLDINGS
Dear BMR Watch Members,
I have been appointed by BMR Watch committee as our share records keeper.
I have been tasked by them to collate details of all current members with a view to us all proving our holdings.
I have created an email address to facilitate this.
bmrwshares.pool at gmail.com
Full details of precisely what is required can be found on the BMR Watch website.
Please send yours today.
If anyone is a member on other discussion BMR forums, please copy paste this information for their attention too.... we need to pool our shareholdings numbers to give PIs a voice, and give us strength in numbers
Thank you
Lots of talk about how badly off we are...
Are YOU just gonna sit back & take it ?
Some of you talk a good job about what’s best for our recovery...is it just BS ?
well let’s see YOUR skills put to the test.!!!

We NEED your support.!!!
We all make mistakes, Rofert. You must have made one or two in your life, otherwise you wouldn't be posting here...
Ha! The p.s. amused me.
Bring - and if you were smart you would not own shares in a company that was clearly a failure for several years. Everybody had the chance to sell before suspension.
Or perhaps you don't own shares. Who knows the truth with you.
Sure, maybe I should have listened to you and sold my shares here...oh wait...you turned up after we were suspended!! Nothing I could have done then, have a good day...
P.S. If you're more knowledgeable then me on BMR, you must posses insider information.
