Borelli is off loading all assets to his pals and BMR will then go into administration.
It was actually $591,600 paid by GLR, I typed the 9 and 1 the wrong way around - long day!
Also worth noting that the VAT and PTT came up to $260k in total, on top of the $1m paid for SZ, which it seems BMR paid for! Now try explaining how we're selling SZ and the LSML for $360k ??
Hi All,
As I’m sure many of you are aware, this deal stinks for many reasons! GLR paid $519,600 for their 85% share of SZ – BMR paid a whopping $668,400 for 15%, this figure also included VAT and Property Transfer Tax. Now Borrelli wants to sell SZ, and the LSML for £275k, or $360k!!
He’s almost selling SZ for half of what we paid, plus chucking in the LSML as an added bonus for his mate Colin Bird! How can one justify this when we know drilling results have been pretty good so far at SZ, plus he has spent shareholders money drilling at Kashitu (LSML) which has also been proven to contain high grades of Zinc?
Note that is was Andrew Sarosi, director at GLR that added comments about the deal at the bottom of the RNS. Andrew was a Director at JLP until he resigned on 21st June this year. Seems like all this was planned out, and the shuffling of Directors is being done to avoid ‘conflicts of interest’ surrounding these related party transactions…
Not really sure kiwi. Surely by now everyone must be questioning whether AB is acting in shareholder interests or not? The fact we are giving our majority shareholder all of our limited assets for next to nothing surely must be seen as questionable behaviour?
His reluctance to state our financial position but then sell an asset we purchased not 12 months ago for a fraction of the price we've paid is alarming.
Personal view is he should be voted out. You'd be surprised but there are still people out there who believe Borrelli is the right and/or only guy for the job.
WE NEED TO COMBINE OUR EFFORT TO GIVE US A VOICE - JOIN BMR WATCH NOW !!!

How far is an EGM from being organized?
Fair one mate, I'm shocked over this whole long winded saga especially how it has finally turned out.
It was mentioned on the accounts released 28.12.17 the words 'close to achieving a successful outcome' were used.
AB definition of time related words seem to be as reliable as the MA 'soon'
Our partners in crime have turned on us and are licking their lips. All that time and money spent just to take us to a car boot sale. Both GLR and JLP need to get stuck in to keep Borrelli in fine socks.
The blood thirsty monster, dismembering the body.
I saw mentions of it a very very long time ago now, who knows maybe one day there will be a test case, BMR could even be it! To take advantage of someones indemnity insurance and then a PPi type AIM saga could get spun up but I highly doubt it
re "" recovering the millions from former associates and AC"
Where has he stated he was contemplating that?
Answer - in several RNS statements, although interestingly, not in recent times. Like most things Borelli utters, it's all bullshhiite.
But it is starting to look like an 'unintentional' orchestrated asset strip
3Card, I wish it were true
" recovering the millions from former associates and AC"
Where has he stated he was contemplating that?
3cardbrag, supposedly the money coming from the former associates is likely a lower end 6 figure sum maximum if anything at all.
B) seems more likely. Considering the pace of work we saw whilst we were listed he is now going at light speed in comparison as he dismantles the company.
Can only assume either A) Clearing the decks so AB can concentrate on recovering the millions from former associates and ACI or B) AB getting his grubby little mitts dirty selling off whatever he can to keep the wages going.
