We are 1 week from interim results 1H 2016 and trading update for progress so far in 2H 2016. There must be some leak of how things are going? Very hard to keep 100% secret? Or maybe not. Anyway, the share price seems to be doing nothing but softening as we approach the date. Either no-one knows a thing or some people do and the price is drifting off as results are going to be lacklustre... I hope the latter. We MSUT see some growth in numbers by now. Fingers and toes crossed....
Don't blaine you one bit joy ! I sold have my Ple on Friday and I sure ain't putting any more in here! Happy you had a winner for once , you deserve it ! Lol who knows Blnx may yet surprise us all ! Have a good weekend
As there hasn't been a lot to smile about Re: Blinkx over the last 18 months, I'm glad that one tickled you :)
If you think I'm giving up my 80+ % profit in three months from pastures new and buying more Blinky...I'm afraid you will be sadly disappointed! It's about time my luck changed, never had a profit like that before in such a short time scale so I'm keeping hold of it. At one point I'd lost 80% here, it's only about 75 % now! Hey hoe...swings and roundabouts. Just so relieved my portfolio finally looking positive because Blinky put a damper on things and stress levels went sky high! I just feel a bit more relaxed now, can let this simmer on the back burner. I still hope and pray Blinky can pull it off, but if all else fails I will pull my 25% out by the end of the year. ( that's if there's 25% left ! ). GLA & have a good weekend.
We ever going to get our " get out of Blnx card" without selling fior a loss ? Come on joy buy some more Blnx with ur profit from u know where ! Lol gla
Hullo Bouncy - you did make me laugh with that link - I read it as an adjective-noun for the ceo name. Very welcome :)
Glad to hear you doing ok. Yes, I'm very OPTI mystic about my new share.... Was 2nd highest Share Riser here on LSE yesterday by about 25% in one day! Yippee! Can't give any more clues.... Ha ha Have a great weekend & GLA
They also seem to have been hit by negative press Re: Fraudulent bot infestation. These fraudulent bots have been a real issue for the adtech industry (which has had to take a lot of the pain). Growth has stalled whilst repairs are made. Blinkx were one of the first adtech companies to be hit with such allegations and thus one of the first to build-in protection. They now appear someway ahead in terms of providing a good layer of client protection and security. Hopefully growth returns as confidence in the company's offering does. http://uk.businessinsider.com/rocket-fuel-appoints-randy-wootton-as-ceo-2015-11?r=US&IR=T
Criteo up 7.4% Rocket Fuel up 4.8% Blinkx down 3.8%
Shroder. If you believe the figures there have been no "a" trade buys all day. So okay someones selling. Guess who is buying ??? Large spread all day ( for a share of this size ) So this curtails any "A" TRADES. One day we will find out the final result.
You may be right with the Quantcast figures as we was told by blinkx at the AGM to use them to see how the company is performing but I feel that they are putting all their eggs into one basket with 1R and slowly winding down the old and redundant bits of blinkx which will show up in their Quantcast figures just wish we could get some for 1R and see how they are doing but guess we will have to wait and get some news on the 17th gla
https://www.quantcast.com/p-59TntzuqummDw/traffic/mobileweb Less than 8% of uniques now mobile.. Hate to say it but Burst just looks like a failed strategy.. I know this is not a perfect indicator of revenues, and there is confusion around what now constitutes 1R, presumably burst plus adkarma.. Even with adkarma added into the mix, it doesnt look good does it.. Im intrigued by how Tosca see things playing out here... To hold over a quarter of the company stock and have no board representation, strange, and surely cant persist much longer
plenty will be wishing yr wealth is diminished...what a strange post over on the scam bb...why crow??
All good Joy and that looks good lol
I think you've hit the nail on the head for me. Yes, it's Tosca and Griffiths that are keeping me here, otherwise I'd of cashed in and placed my money to work for me elsewhere.. I'm not ready to throw in the towel... GLA
Re-post from iiiBB-Thanks to Dallo "Tosca, Richard Griffiths,Hargreaves Lansdown and Michael Lynch now have nearly 49% of the total shares between them. Barclays, TD Direct, River and Mercantile and Halifax ( albeit containing private client nominee accounts) have a further 21% combined. This was the situation as at the 14th October ( adjusted for Tosca's add-on today). Since my last shareholders post of 2 months ago none of the above shareholders have reduced their holdings ( some including Tosca have increased slightly). So selling has come from the floating 30% comprised of small holdings which surely must be drying up soon. So given the tight shareholding structure any positive development will drive the share price higher and very quickly at that imho "
Hi, I'm still in. To be perfectly honest, I haven't a clue these days where this is going...well....been like that for ages really! I was so enthusiastic about this in the early days, did all my research, believed in the company etc etc. I've seen this share fall on good news and devastated by the "kid", that TW, brought over! I don't follow any news in particularly now for this share, I just watch the S/P from a distance and remind myself never to be emotionally tied to a share in the future. Its my humble opinion, it's all a casino now, you pick some good ones and lose on others. Sorry can't give any insight, it's just my opinion.. Will continue to hold long term, and try and ignore for now and pray it comes back to its former glory. What was it I used to say, bounced twice, let's pray for third time lucky... You never know... I'm intrigued by Tosco though! GLA
Delighted to hear it gave you a good laugh, always a good tonic for the soul. I'm doing ok thank you, how about you? I've finally, fingers crossed, found an AIM Share that has made up for the losses I've incurred here.....lets just say I'm very OPTImistic about it.... Good luck on this gambling casino, formally known as AIM in the good old days.... Ha ha. GLA, let's hope next RNS brings us some good fortune here too!
You are right Joy gave me a laugh, the man is and always will be a clown.Hope you are keeping well
Thought we could all do with a giggle, just found this post today on a BB here on LSE. I'm speechless! I would just ignore what TW says. His record speaks for itself. He's a journalist. If you fansy a laugh have a watch of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kf5tT02Tw8A
Criteo SA (ADR) Crumbles Despite Another Solid Quarter:- "Another bottom-line miss and light guidance from the performance marketing specialist left the market spooked." But their turnover has surpassed €1billion. Wow. And they are investing like crazy to grab market share. They are definitely going to benefit from being ahead of the game at this early stage. Hopefully they will leave some crumbs for us. Where is Edelman when you need him...? He needs to rip Criteo apart and spill some of their dirt? Surely there is a lot there???
I think you are right Rusty
of Interest. Did he not come in after the fraud and original one went. Presumably to save the company ( like Brian }
