As a result of the MCO, the Company's audit for the 2020 financial results has been delayed as the Company's finance team and its auditors have been unable to enter the office premises. While work has commenced remotely, this only provides limited access to the Company's accounting systems and supporting documents. Consequently, the Company applied for a three-month extension for the publication of its annual report and accounts for 2020, and it has received approval from AIM and the Jersey Financial Services Commission. As a result, the Company will publish its annual report and audited results for 2020 by 30 September 2021.
Last week i heard 6-8 weeks away. But I've also heard that malpom, penang bion plant back up and running but at slightly reduced capacity.
When's results announced? I vaguely remember seeing somewhere they're due this month after the delay earlier in year.
What's everyone thinking on possible movement of share price?
Not long to wait until the end of the month. Will go one of two ways. Fingers crossed its the right outcome.
Same as that, emailed but heard nothing!
Has anyone had any contact with the company to see what the status is after recent events,I emailed them a few weeks back and never got a reply!
The covid pandemic is pretty much over and the vaccine program in malasia is one of the fastest now so lets hope things move here
Very quiet on here.
When are you expecting full year results?
Be interesting if more power assets are transfered in exchange for debt owed to Bion.
Not long now for full year results
Given the forthcoming COP26 meeting I am expecting govts to be falling over themselves for 'green solutions'. If BION can get their accounts signed off I am hoping it could be the start of something positive.
upwards and onwards

Will take your NAV as more accurate …it is listed on ADVFN as pence and not in MYR so not very good on their part.
Decline in SP possibly an over-reaction with realisation now that BION probably has (or should have) insurance cover against this type of disaster and therefore entitled to receive compensation for consequential losses.
29palms - slight correction required on your NAV, which is .11MYR. This is equivalent to 1.9 pence.
GLA
Nice move north again today and still undervalued IMO given NAV is 12p
Only good news from here
The main point is the plant is not effected , the other this is one of multiple generation plants and was not a factor in last years results in turnover.
We have no details of extent of fire damage or resume of operation.
Maybe Bion found alternative source of the biomass and will reinstate production?
Nice move back north, still undervalued IMO
Topped up on the dip, holding tight on this one. When it goes it will fly
Spread on this one is awful .Suppose it tells you how tightly current share holders are holding tight onto their holdings /
.They obviously believe in the company
Good share temporary mess up
You were right
nice rise
