Can not move on as shares suspended
Absolute joke
Taken from Aim rules:
An AIM company must take reasonable care to ensure that any information it notifies is
not misleading, false or deceptive and does not omit anything likely to affect the import of
such information.
An AIM company must issue notification without delay of:
any material change between its actual trading performance or financial condition
and any profit forecast, estimate or projection included in the admission document
or otherwise made public on its behalf;
An AIM company must publish annual audited accounts which must be sent to its
shareholders without delay and in any event not later than six months after the end of the
financial year to which they relate.
Surely the regulator can sort them out.
I agree, terrible set up
No comms from anyone.... getting very frustrated
Think the RNS meant to say couple of months not couple of weeks.
Wake up each morning in hope, rather than expectation we might hear something. Never known anything like it.

Bion really need this job taken
Correct me if I'm wrong but as I understand it (and if I can believe it), the suspension is due to a delay in accessing the accounts to submit to auditors. This is due to Covid restrictions rather than the recent fire?
If we take that excuse at face value then it's interesting that Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah is listed as a member of the 'Audit Committee'. If I were an optimist, I'd suggest that perhaps the accounts cannot be audited since he's done a runner. Nothing fundamentally wrong with the company; it's just that we need his signature. Perhaps somebody with experience in auditing accounts can correct me?
Again, with my rose tinted spectacles firmly in place, I suggest Bion are too small to be a useful conduit for dirty cash emanating from Serba Dinamik Holdings. Surely, even a relatively small transfer of cash from Serba would stick out like a sore thumb?
However, past experience has taught me to be less optimistic. Clearly foul play has occured or at least needs to be investigated within Bion and obvious crooks in one company don't suddenly become boy scouts as directors in another company.
I think we'll just have to wait for this to play out. The communications officer may have his/her hands tied on what they can report. They may have been waiting for a final judgment before they can release a more meaningful update.
Hi ( Email sent today )
Looks like we need a collective to change the board as we have the Non Executive Chairman Syed Nazim Bin Syed Faisa CEO & Executive Director Charged with offense with Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd As a interim we suggest Habizan Bin Habeeb Rahman as CEO
Subject to this we can look to gain control by gaining control via small PI as backers via an AGM which by media gaining traction.
The lack of information has weakened the company to take this to a higher level now.
This company has no interest but personally myself.
Games are being played roppyus , Habizan Bin Habeeb Rahman is the only key to save the day as a new investor will take control.
We could as a collective take control of directors in vote , which now days is the norm for small voters we only need 5% backing.
Surely AIM must have rules. If they do BION must have breached at least one of them. If they are to remain a credible platform they have to stop these shenanigans. How the communications officer sleeps at night whilst drawing a wage I will never know.
I know where Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah is hiding in the locked bion building that we can not get the accounts signed off

Hopefully we are told something soon!!!
Maybe it will be bought out, depending what assets it has. If they are banned from being directors in Malaysia then don't see how Bion could trade without new directors as all their business is in Malaysia.
If it all is criminal, where do you honestly think that will leave us as a company,is it still functioning because they are ripping the arse out of this fire excuse!!!
Same directors who own most of Bion.
How connected are we to this lot? Is the fire a smoke screen(pardon the pun) or is it all down to this Serba carry on,it’s all getting a bit confusing with the lack of any information
I wonder if they can run the business from Prison

Maybe 2022 to get a audit , something is not right and believed linked to serbia.
The lack of communication is awful , looking back all the research pointed to a well managed company with Assets.
