Yesterday on Twitter...
As massive hypocrite
@TomWinnifrith
today criticises Bidstack investor 'morons' for setting up their own forum, let's remember Tom hides his articles and comments sections behind a paywall, in the ************* echo chamber. Comments moderated by Tom ?? #BIDS
So I`ve now joined as well...two fingers to you and your pals on here TW.
I agree Mart, It should also be mentioned that ANZU recently closed its $6.5 million (£5.3 million) Series A funding round. now they are still way behind us but this is even more of a reason why we should fundraise. Look at the great investing funds they are now working with, Bidstack will have far far better options to work with being in London and with the names we've attracted.
The round was led by BITKRAFT Esports Ventures, with participation from advertising and public relations company WPP and venture capital unit Axel Springer Digital Ventures.
True Jonny a placing is not always a bad thing, as with a risky start up there will be a discount, and mm's will drop it regardless of any of our views. Everyone knows that.
Just saying once thats out the way, negativity will subside with a clear path to upside.
You go for it, but judging buy the sells v buys this is wobbling a bit, as shadow investors know how emotional bidleivers are so easy to pump then leg it with a nice 30%.
I will join now! Such a good idea, as we have some here who will be negative just for the sake of it! Sorry if you guys already discussed this post but what are your feelings on a fundraise in the USA or with tech investors? I really don't see JD doing another AIM placing. this post this morning sparked my attention, he details why he thinks a fundraise will be a good thing.
I'm going to start a discussion onthis new forum as I think it's worth us talking about. Tw uses placing as a stick to beat companies over the head it's not always bad!

Still gonna wait for the placing here, think it will be a huge discount due to risk.
Then all bad news out the way, happy to watch and wait and sleep at night.

It'll hopefully remove them nagging pain in the arses!! But it's not designed to be an echo chamber.
In case anyone is interested as I'm getting a bit fed up with the forums, I've taken upon myself (with help from MoneyGen) to launch a new site for genuine bids investor news, research and chat https://bidlievers.com aiming for a comprehensive forum with embedded tweets, YouTube video and generally somewhere a bit more modern to talk. Hope to see you there
