@ Girdz & Cheapshares
Responses much appreciated. Educational for an old git who's last gaming experience involved rocks, paper and scissors.
I guess it is reasonable to conclude that the grids ads are indeed linked to the pre-existing codemasters-bidstack contract. It does suggest that the exposure EA have had to Bidstack, through their takeover of Codemaster, could catalyse (or hopefully has catalysed) direct business between EA and Bids. Would be nice to have confirmation of that to set alongside the Azerion partnership. Nevertheless Bids seems to be on an upward trajectory.
Thanks guys.
This should push the sp up considerably
Hi manofnomeans -
not necessarily.
EA bought Codemasters last year - and Codemasters has advertising deal with Bidstack, has been going on for a long time.
So EA is already involved in adversiting with Bidstack.
Bids is already advertising on the old Grid - so I expect the new game to include Bidtack ads.
If this mobile AAA deal is EA - this means simply that EA already knows how Bidstack business works as they have a few games running Bidstack ads via Codemasters acquicistion. Futhermore, Bidstack has previous EA employee on the board.
This doesn't prove anything but for me, it makes EA verly likely party of the AAA mobile deal.
Hi Man
No it isn’t.
Bidstack were serving ads in Grid pre EA purchase of codemasters.
Also the rns states accross mobile games rather than console
Would really need to see some ads in one of the EA titles like FIFA, NHL and Madden.
Note Bidstack have served some ads in NHL and Madden so more chance either of these games being the sports franchise mentioned in the RNS than FIFA mobile.
So to get back to the key issue and for the benefit of elderly gaming ludites like me....is the preview of the new grid legends confirmation of bidstack input to a new EA release? All I see is lots of Mobil banners.
Excellent find! The advertising is really clear and visible. Like that a lot!
OMG look at these amazing graphics!!!
