Agree bannor, was thinking the same it’ll be next week. I can’t imagine anyone being sharp on payments here and I’m sure many short staffed….
..... I know my input isn't necessarily wanted here but I suspect you may not receive your funds until next week ... Ganfeng transfer the funds to the owners of shares today means if held in a broker's account the broker has got to receive, allocate & transfer/assign out themselves .... Public holidays provide an ideal time to substantiate 'delays' in processing/actions eh!!
Guess what......iWeb hasn't paid up either!
Still waiting for the cash on ii
with ganfeng settlement payment being made tomorrow… bcn shares purchased in full… they should need to start reporting tr-1’s again shouldn’t they… based on their shareholdings acquired during the offer and as that crosses the reporting thresholds to their 90% target…
No foz, i don't think they will increase. Was just racking my limited brain for any reasons for todays price!
As you say, they would have to pay the same to all - didn't I read somewhere here that any offer to remaining S/Hs would have to be offered to all if before 12 months elapses?
I notice the SP has now sunk back to 68p though not sure if that is a bid or offer.
This was one of the replies I got (of several 23rd December)
I have just checked with the company Secretary and The Offer is still open. Your Broker is incorrect. Please confirm which one it is and we will get on to them to fix it.
Kind regards

Hey John, You really reckon gf are going yeah let’s increase the offer - we won’t worry about the fact we’ve paid a load of private investors less and the bod has effectively tried to “force” pis hands?
Won’t go down to well will it if a law suit lands in their lap that they manipulated private investors with less experience and information to taking a deal and then paying more?
I also am pretty sure they would retrospectively have to pay out everyone at same level.
I also don’t see who steps in here, reckon it’s just some technical mark and it’ll be back down tomorrow!
Personally I would contact BCN as the offer wasn't closed a few days ago I got an email from them and gave them the dealers details and they had to put it right obviously they were offering 65p as a sell before BCN corrected them think some traders are making money on the side
Agree jam
Can only assume there is a plausible rumour that this bid will be increased to get it over the 90% line, maybe after negotiation with one of the ii's. Alternatively for plausible rumour you may substitute manipulation. Or, possibly, news that 90% is unlikely to be reached and some speculative investors are willing to pay over the odds to get exposure to the lithium market in a 'private' BCN. Anyone got any other ideas?
You guys on IWEB who have been told offer is closed - can u trade the shares ? looks like over the offer price to sell and u'll still get/should have ur ZNWDs ?
All very odd isn't it? Some rumour must be rife in the market
Have you had your corporate actions through ii?
I can. With ii as well. Offer is 68.25p.
Can't sell with trading 212 either
Can't sell online with ii.
it’s in your post… below your name…
Where have you seen this?
They have the threshold why is the share price still rising?
I have my Zinnwald shares already, is the 67.5p not nailed on?
and they’re paying over the 67.5p offer… cash in hand… lol… no worries about any more corporate actions to accept and wait 14days for the settlement…
You should get another corporate action on IG soon, as they are popping up on the other platforms. As I said before, I suspect that there will be rolling ones (weekly ones) until the shares are actually delisted.
Still the chance a better offer might be offered if they don't get to 90% but that offer could be years down the line and I completely understand if folks need the cash or just don't want the added risk of holding an unlisted share.
On another BoD who want to screw small shareholders over, I'm going to try and hold on to my JKX shares as well ;D but at least on that one there is a high chance of a dividend! Here, who knows.
Yep, just notice the new corporate action from ii.
For anyone still worried about the company going private you should see corporate actions popping up on the other platforms soon. I suspect that there will be rolling ones (weekly) until the shares are actually delisted.
and me, couldn't not could!
*here not her!
Well, I have put in a cheeky limit sell order which I doubt very much the SP'll get anywhere near in the next few days so might as well take up the 67.5p before the 4th. Big shame it ended up like this probably stick my lot from her in ALL.

Ha! To be honest they didn't give me any advice! I had a rather odd question I asked which they could discover the answer to . But I do think you can trust any advice they give you, seemed knowledgeable.
