Rest of the market is tanking and BAGR does its own thing….
P.
Making more money than super dry. Shares at .50 crazy.
Just thinking once we move past the end of may this year the 52 week high will plummet from circa 2.5p to roughly 1p . Surely that makes bagr a very attractive buyout/takeover candidate ?? Ben ezry will no doubt be aware ...
Agree there.
It's bonkers yes... Just goes to show how manipulated this share price is.
Profit is key "The gross margin for the six months ended 30 June 2019 was 11.8%, compared with 6.7% for the first half of 2018. Largely as a result of the cost reduction program the Company completed in 2018. The Company made an operating gain of $0.2m" $200k half year in June 2019 the year end approaches could have results next week if they make another $200k for second half ( hoping more with the extra suit production increase) say $400k profit though = £308200 or about 22% profit to the current MCAP of £1.63m bonkers.
Up 32 %.
I've always said sentiment drives share prices - nothing else - the clock really is ticking here and it's probably one of the safer bets on AIM.
Ezry is clearly building a stake and may even be going for the buyout but is doing it in a very stealthy and attritional way, waiting for the desperate and impatient to bale out.
Agree markdods the next TR1 may be the sentiment changer and that GAP at 2p will get quickly filled. My longterm target is the 4p GAP (8 bagir! from here).
Hoping when Ezry finally shows his hand again with the next TR1 people will start to take notice.
Some of these joke companies on aim with little to no turnover would be sent rocketing up 50-100% on a 850k contract .
Here it’s less of a big deal when you turnover $58m on a sub 2m market cap !!! Sentiment is everything on aim I guess and our time will come . Soon hopefully ...
indeed markdods.. I read that as the CEO saying as much..
Again, altogether a strong update imho and I'm surprised the market has taken this s/p down off the back when, in my mind at least, the update merited s/p appreciation, not least from these seemingly extraordinarily low levels the s/p is currently at
DYOR as ever of course
Opportunity is there maybe something in this "The trial order for a large UK retail client will be completed and delivered during March 2020 with a $0.85m suit order for 2020 already secured from this customer. In addition, based upon the new business pipeline there are good prospects for winning further orders from new customers during the current year." testing the water?
Will a lot of clothes retailers not be looking to diversify their supply chains away from mainland China somewhat at least now/going forward? And is that not a big opportunity for Bagir?
eg From BBC business today :
''Primark owner Associated British Foods says there is a risk of supply shortages on some lines later in the financial year if delays in factory production in China are prolonged due to coronavirus.
AB Foods sources a range of product from China and says it is well stocked in the short-term.
"We are assessing mitigating strategies, including a step-up in production from existing suppliers in other regions," it said.
The group also owns major sugar, grocery, ingredients and agriculture arms. Several of its food businesses have operations in China.''
Wass, show the love to Bagir. If the trading update had been poor then I would have said fair play. The recent figures are actually robust and shows that they mean business by going on their own.
Anyone can voice an opinion but don't spout Fictional nonsense such as no photos etc. IKnowverlittle is right about selling up if you can't handle it (do believe those are your last words)!!!!!
The only thick one is you, supposedly!! have shares but always spouting negative BS, the only thick one is you everyone can see straight through you. As for Bagir, now a profit making company done a 180 degree turn around from last year what can't you see is positive in that? Oh yeah no pictures of a factory.. Jog on you cretin, you're not very good at this and get shot down everytime you spout your BS.
My average is 1.2p but il be selling as soon as this hits 1p. If it reaches 1p that is. Then you guys can carry on ramping this to your hearts content.
Every board got the local stooge......we are lucky to have a very funny one...lol.
Whats your average price Wass?
Yeah he can have a 750000 at 1p and that's me still selling at a loss.
he can have wass's at 1p .. or maybe even a bit more than a smidgeon less than that .. :-)
He can have mine for 3p
What's the betting Ezry has been snapping these up today wouldn't be surprised if he goes for a takeover. Can take my 1m for 2p a share.
Breaking away from shandong ruyi is positive news as bagir have turned the corner and it's making money. .
you've got to trust the CEO has factored in all the variables in his decision to sue.. I believe in the guy and as I said earlier I believe this was, overall, a strong RNS, not least in terms of Bagir looking to ensure it, in the round, gets its legal entitlements.
Wass, time you took a break and played with your toys.
