2 huge sells just gone through
Hmm very plasuable, it could be for a reason such as that.
"proposed board appointment of Nigel Burton as a Non-Executive Director of the Company"
For a company that can't afford rent for an office, it does seem peculiar to hire a Non-Exec.
Some kind of regulatory requirement? No dilution without Non-Executive scrutiny?
He just has to sign off on the Placing, and then do nothing?
Announced in the same RNS as the Placing.
If his track record is that bad how come he is still getting hired by companies.......someone (boards?) must be getting something very tasty out of employing him? What is his game? What is he attempting to do?
Yes I have noticed his track record and it does concern me but what can we do, just hope he does not do the same here, no reason to.
Biggest problem here now is the new director. He ruins everything he touches. Look at his track record. He simply bleeds companies dry for fees and then leaves them on the brink of bankruptcy. Perfect example is his last company RMS. Raised money in January and then in july they issue a statement to say,if they do not get more money they go into administration. Shocking appointment
Haha, lol, now now.
Pile of dung!!! Lol.
Well at 0.0002 I imagine a fair few do or do by now.
One man's penny is another man's pound, it's all relative.
I don't own 50million though ICL, I doubt many do.
Great post as always.
By what criterium do we say "When this comes to fruition"?
Let us say Proses starts building the SISP plant early 2020, and starts production by 2021.
That should give us at least 0.3p.
Assuming entry price of 0.15p, and holding period of five years, that will make it worth while, but nothing to write home about.
Assume 50 million shares
Bought at 0.15p so it costs £75k
SP at 0.3p, the profit is £75k = £150k - £75k
SP at 0.5p, the profit is £175k = £250k - £75k
SP at 1p, the profit is £425k = £500k - £75k
SP at 10p, the profit is £4.9m = £5m - £75k
Note that at 10p, 4.3billion shares means a market cap of £430million.
At 5% dividend, that implies ~£21million annual dividend, so an income stream of ~£25m.
If we call 1p the threshold for a celebration, it still means you need a sizable pot.
1million shares doesn't cut it.
From 16th August, there will be 4,382,480,149 Ordinary Shares.
1% is 43million shares
2% is 87million shares
3% is 130million shares
At 1p, 130million shares is £1.3million.
Remember, there can be only 33 people with 3% of the shares.
At 0.02p,
1% is £8,600
2% is £16,400
3% is £ 26,000
I think BUY-IN to the adult table should be 50million shares.
I am so up for that!
When this comes to fruition, those of us that are still here, we can arrange a meet and celebrate for those who would be up for that.
We can congratulate each other, have a civilised meal, smokes cigars and gracefully sip brandy, we can even get smoking jackets etc.
Well, I've come this far, so will continue to hold it.
Thats how I am playing this share to mate.
I do not have any time frames in my mind, or SPs or targets.
Just to be crystal clear....I have no intention of selling one share.....even if the price drops to just above zero!
Not given up Unknown.....it's the money I've wrote off not the share potential. Just going to keep one eye on things and drift off into snooze mode.........I will jump wide awake all systems firing as soon as something starts happening .....which at some stage I have no doubt that it will !
Guys for f**k sake I admit things are not as good as they could be, but don't lose hope yet, I have not given up just yet, neither should you, come on.
Why? Nothing has really changed.
The tech is still patented and the deals are still in place. The placing doesn't change any of that.
Wrote it off......will just hold and forget about it now for few years.
Why do some think this is going anywhere? People say it all the time, but never seems too happen?
As blunt and factual as one can be, I like it.
So, if you had 20million shares before the Placing
you had 1.059% = 20m / 1,888m of AXM.
From 16th August 2019 there will be 4,382,480,149 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
Forgetting the option and warrants, 20million shares is now
0.4563% = 20m / 4,382,480,149
So we have lost half of what we had, through dilution.
Assuming an entry price of 0.15p, so £30k bought 20m shares.
To break even, 4,382m x 0.15p means a market cap of ~£6.5m.
If Proses comes through and starts paying royalties, with more coming on stream, £6.5m is certainly achievable.
0.15p = £6.5 MCap
0.3p = £13MCap.
1p = £43.8MCap
Tuner Pope doesn't seem to bother with existing share holders, since I was never contacted.
What do they say to the last batch of Placees, I wonder?
"We know you sold at 0.15p and kept the warrants."
Or did they mange to find a fresh load of investors.
It has been about two years.
They say there's one born every minute, so plenty of fresh blood.
Maybe they went to Hong Kong? They will buy anything.
