Here is an excerpt from Final Results RNS of one of Nigel Burton's other companies Tau Capital (currently suspended) dated 27th June 2019....
...'On 18 October 2018, the previous Board of the Company announced that the disposal of its final asset, an indirect interest in Stopharm LLP, had completed and under AIM Rule 15, the Company was then classified as a cash shell. The result of this was that the Company was required, within six months to make an acquisition which constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 or be re-admitted to trading on AIM as an investing company, failing which the Company's ordinary shares would be suspended. The Company's ordinary shares were suspended on 23 April 2019 and the Company now has up to six months from the date of suspension of the Company's ordinary shares to complete a reverse takeover or be readmitted to trading on AIM as an investing company or the Company's shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 41.
Your Board is now working hard on identifying appropriate targets as well as considering other options. '
I looked at the other three companies where he is currently either NEC or NED and the current SP is very unhealthy compared to 6 months ago (or more on) all three !
So why are we even considering getting involved with him? and why aren't AXM being honest and open with existing shareholders ?
You are saying that ultimately none of us shareholders will get much above the level we at now if anything at all and that AXM and it's massive game changing potential will be taken from underneath our feet privately never to be seen again but except it will be just not by us?
4% not 4 Million
4 million shares = £2k thats not going to move this !
Nice or not so nice that is the question........depends what they want.....not a sausage we can do about it either way.
When they all buy in they will have more than 50% of the shares and the controlling interest will lie in the hands of the new cabal ( offered shares at a ludricously low price), who will be able to take AXM anyplace they want.
Hopefully....all will be well......but we are now at their mercy.
11%, 4%, 4%.
If they wanted to stay under the radar, buy less than 3%, so they don't have to declare.
Only 33 people can have 3% each, remember.
The way they are cutting it, only twenty people can share the pie.
100% = 4% x 25
But greedy pig Hawk Investment Holdings Limited has 11.409%.
I do like the neat and tidy 500million shares, though.
Crumbs, that's what the old shareholders end up with.
Still, it's promising, if the bullies want to steal your girl friend, she must be pretty.
Very interesting, I like it.
chekatrade founder buys in here with his doctor mate .
Your last paragraph is the more likely and that the shafting happened because need money or need the people buying the shares.
Don't know.
"I'm a little concerned by the stake built by Hawk Investment Holdings (from a brief search of them). Hope we don't get shafted here."
The shafting already happened.
Shares in Issue 4,382m.
Old 1,888,730,149 vs.
New 2,375,000,000
New shareholders outvote old shareholders.
If they fixed it good, a handful of shareholders control everything.
Take it private, sell AXM to a third party cheap, so we get peanuts.
Obviously they control the third party.
It's a little strange if they want to syphon off the assets to the Bahamas, there isn't that much.
I would prefer to think AXM will be worth £10~50m down the road, possibly more, and they are trying to steal it from the old shareholders.
Unknown.... .stoppit....ther'll be nun of that on this board thank you very much!
If this goes up another 800% I'll get some of my money back.
I want to meet these Nuns snowman knows.
Yes and yes we know what happens when he is around.
We remain hopeful that doesn't happen here.
Thats encouraging.
You haven't seen the nuns round our way!
Ok you can come out the corner now pal.
Do a Nuns knickers go up and down often? I can't imagine they do unless they have you know, a problem.
Yeah it's up and down like a nun's knickers...people selling into it now.
Wait for the dust to settle and see what's going on.
Its 35.71% up right now, nothing exciting in the grand scheme.
Its 0.048 - 0.04 - 0.055
L2 looks interesting, have to wait and see what happens.
Or....might be corporate announcement coming very soon.
Now showing as 70% up at 0.06p !!
Read that as 15 Minutes.
Usually lags about 15 behind on here.
Showing 57.14% up on google since 15.15 !
Showing as .055p !!
I'm a little concerned by the stake built by Hawk Investment Holdings (from a brief search of them). Hope we don't get shafted here.
