Will be interesting to see if the directors consider the price an opportunity to buy or not
Quite a markdown given there are less than 100,000 traded.
Despite positive results, shares were marked down by 6%. That's why I don't trade using fundamentals. PS: All the buying and selling was done on 6th March with a record 31m shares traded at the 53p level.
Looks like there will be another RNS for the balance. This should be positive for the SP as it gets UIL out of the way and their drag on the price.
And there we have it; 3 companies revealed in 3 RNSs posted this afternoon, which explains yesterday's large volume. Henderson (buyer), Oryx (buyer) and UIL Limited (seller).
Thanks very much Alan. Have a good weekend.
Part of this is definitely UIL selling their remaining stake of 16371942. They have recently been reducing their holding, and with their regular sales probably helped keep the price down. Another big holder must have agreed to sell as well. Whoever has bought must be close to the automatic bid trigger.
31.5m share were sold today at prices around 47p and valued at £15.6m. Also today's BID/ASK has not moved a muscle, meaning it's an immediate 3.5p per share profit for the buyer/s. No RNS to explain but this won't be a private investor. Can anyone shed any light?
I think today's rise shows a bullish sentiment after the pullback from 63p in November. Results due on March 21st will help direction. With higher lows and higher highs since 2011 the shares look a prospect although the incline has not been steep, and the shares were 50p in Aug 2014, so no great increase over that time.

Maybe with Hinkley on the horizon, interest in this collectioin business rising.
Anyone know any reason for share rise in last week from 45 to over 50 ? Not complaining but no news published or RNS announcements. Admittedly they did seem undervalued - maybe just some people reallising that?
Please tell me why the price go down ????
Yes x its a very good chance indeed x
Anytime now
When is next dividend date?
Must be a good chance of this moving back to the 55 level in the short term, despite the apparent large disposal today Shipmate

Good set of results but a bit of digging reveals a large amount of reported EBITDA is 'profitable accounting' which may explain the weak market response and 1% dividend...
Perhaps the share price just drifted down before because of lack of news. Glad I have held on to these shares despite the volatility. It seemed to me to be a good sector to be in, particularly as this company was developing a radioactive waste division. Profits and earnings have been on a steadily increasing trend, despite the low valuation.
Good set of results
