is anyone going to the 'special meeting'?
will we get any news this week on Q3 results
Dont read too much into this, technicals at this stage not very reliable, I humbly suggest. Even the title is pure gobbledygook "A Reversal For Aureus Mining Inc Is Not Near. The Stock Rises Again." The opposite of this statement is " A reversal is near. The stock falls again. Well call me an old cynic but I prefer the first
its hard to read that without reading mining fiasco.
goggle aue mining frisco fastball
Boovie, Many a true word spoken after a couple of drinks! This is indeed heading for de-listing!
i can see 3p in the next couple of months with pog above 1300 and only if pi vote yes to the equity raising later this month, 3p is the resistance, to see 4p plus the financial results for year ended december 31 2016 due out in march next year have to be good
Have to excuse me had a drink and posted what I feel. Gla
Blimey how long have some of you been with this company, its a conniving bastard of a company
Does anyone think we will see 4p again?!
we're well overdue it,let's hope it continues tomorrow.
Today
Daisan, Thanks I just want to research investment opportunities.
MrEMC2, I refer you to the thread! Two gold miners that I feel both have a more compelling valuation than AUE after the MNG deal goes through. I should point out that I have investments in both.
Daisan I would be grateful if you could name a couple of companies with a more compelling valuation.
Daisan I would be grateful if you could name a couple of companies with a more compelling valuation.
Well, I suggest that you might want to look again as the final results clearly state the cash generation that is indicated in the latest presentation. I would also point out in a previous post I stated "I have no doubt that AUE could possibly make 5p in a year given a very bullish gold price" but I believe in such circumstances there are companies on a more compelling valuation that will outperform given the same price rise. That doesn't make AUE a bad investment and I believe over the next few years gold and, hence, gold miners in general will do very well.
Daisan, What i read from the AAZ financials are completely different, but you are right this is not a place to discuss that. What i want to ask you about AUE is that; what you suggest for AUE? If not a 5p per share future. Why are you here? Whats your expactation?
Oky_3, Not sure what you are reading but if you look at the latest presentation you will see that they generated $22m cash in 2015 and $17m in the first six months of this year. But let's suppose that you are right. How do you explain that they are paying down debt at the same time as ramped up exploration and substantial capital investment if they have negative cash flow? Cash flow has a real impact on the short term operation of the company unlike profit so negative cash flow with limited cash on hand would suggest a rising debt profile and limited investment. Anyway, this is an AUE board and my point was that the valuation you were suggesting for the company is not one that is reflected in other miners currently on AIM.
i for one will be voting NO on the 29th .having once been truly shafted by AUE i'm not prepared for the same thing to happen by MNG as it surely WILL.
