9000%
you in here with 900% profit......lol ?
you should have invested here, over 9000% rise, you've missed out. The Spare, I agree...he is unable to solve riddles.
Im thinking of suing 'the riddler' under the trades description act. He obviously cannot solve our riddles! GLA
If you have three oranges and you take away two, how many will you have?
Chill man, it was only a joke. I have a riddle for you: I'm hard yet soft, I am coloured yet clear, I am fruity and sweet. I am jelly. What am I?
When you made your post in February 2011 did you use the acronyms IMHO or DYOR? Without them your post will most likely have been ignored. GLA
I think we have a case here, someone needs to be held accountable. Riddler....I assume you advised ASTO that the accounts looked wrong, what was their reply, maybe we can use that corresspondence as part of the case?
I am not an expert but it may be worth checking out the Companies Act 2006. In particular section 239: S239 The shareholders' ability to ratify any conduct of a director (including breach of duty, negligence, default or breach of trust) is regulated by the statute and SS261-3 The Act gave shareholders a statutory right to pursue claims against the directors for misfeasance* on behalf of a company (a derivative action), although the shareholders need the consent of the court to proceed with such a claim. *Misfeasance is to take inappropriate action or give intentionally incorrect advice
in the 19th century they would have participated in the entertainment of a public hanging. I put this investment down to a learning curve, never trust the financials.
More to the point is WTF were the auditors doing?
Has anyone read this RNS? doesn't make good reading at all, basically the accounts for year ending 31st March 2010 were grossly inaccurate, and showed a 17m profit, which should have been in fact an 11m loss. it appears that the old management were grossly negligent and didnt have a clue what they were doing. I don't know about any other investors, but I invested in this company based on figures that were available to me at the time, and if we now find they are inaccurate, what legal redress, if any do any of us have now? In my eyes, they have taken my investement money unlawfully, and someone must be held liable. If anyone with some legal knowledge on these instances could post an opinion it would be appreciated. Thanks,
Yes you did but still some made money on a high risk share!! Maybe you need to have a little punt sometimes!(sclp!)
With no accounts published. Anyone surprised????? Incompetance reigns supreme here.
Quick u turn!!!

No point selling, look at the credentials of the two recruited. Finally some f***in news.
No dates, times ,figures? Just sums it up! Will not sell immediately as there is always a bounce!
confirming the details of the directors, and also telling us that the shares are still suspended on aim pending publication of the interim figures for the accounting period ending 30th Sep 11. This to me is hopefully preparation for the accounts to be issued and the share suspension lifted. There will be a mass sell off imho as soon as they are lifted.
